I was looking for a very specific car, for quite some time. I happened to have found it at Greenwood. Chris and Marc were very easy to work with and provided OUTSTANDING customer service. Price of the car was a bit on the higher side than I liked but it was the EXACT car I was looking for down to the equipment group and color. A few things were over looked or not addressed on the car that was a little surprising. Then again, its a used car and not every vehicular malfunction can be found. Even with the few things that arent perfect, Id still give them 6 stars if I could for being so incredibly accommodating to my needs. I work entirely too much. 12 hours a day 6 days a week and off the day they are closed. I was given a real, fair offer on my trade in and delivered the car to me at work due to me not having any other option. Chris was super friendly and easy to talk to. Marc, bravo sir. Thank you for delivering my dream car to me at work so far away. If/when Im looking for another specific car Ill most definitely reach out to you again.

The used car market values are unusually high due to the chip shortage causing dealership new car inventory to be lower than normal. Being I have a 2019 Audi Q8 means premium $$$. I sent an inquiry about a car the evening of day it was listed and as soon as they opened at 9am the next morning Steve called me to set up a time to come test drive it. Although he had a number of other appointments he squeezed us in right away since we weren’t available in the afternoon. He was very professional both on the phone and in person and also clear that their prices were firm and all-inclusive so we knew what we were going into. We took it on a test drive and decided to purchase and we were done with the paperwork and out the door in less than half an hour. Would have been 20 minutes if we weren’t also chatting while getting things signed 😜. Their professionalism and reviews is the only reason we didn’t get the car checked out by an independent mechanic before purchasing. This was an excellent experience for a first time car buyer

Had my encounter on January 29th 2021, got approved online for a loan with one of their banks. The car was listed on the website at $6,500, they told me they could only accept $4,200 down at 21% interest and monthly payment of $200 on a 31 month term. That math does not ad up. Got a call about an hour later saying the bank would allow the down payment to be $3,800. I came in and did the test drive and tried to renegotiate. During the negotiation the salesman mentioned that the total of the car after the dealer fee was $7,000. I had to bring up the website on my phone and show him that the website said that the dealer fee is included in the advertised price. After this whole ordeal i asked to get the offer in writing so I could review it. He refused. He even refused to let me see any of the paperwork he was reading off of right in front of me. UPDATE: The owner (John) contacted me directly after hearing about what happened. He assured me that his salesman was unaware of a price change with the vehicle which caused the price to come out higher than expected. He offered to make it right by taking off one of the largest fees and giving me the car under the posted sale price. I got an apology from the original salesman and was able to get a much better deal than initially offered. On first impression I was very disappointed but I can appreciate the humbleness and humility of the staff to give sincere apologies and do what is necessary to make it right.

Was looking for a decent used vehicle and check all over. Used Carvana, TrueCar, Kelly Blue Book, etc. Finally found a sweet 2018 Toyota Corolla XSE in the price range that I was looking for. I was kicking around the idea of purchasing a Mustang GT 5.0. I ended up doing a lot a research and had an idea of what I wanted such as the performance package. I wasn’t in a hurry but was looking around the web and visiting dealers around the Denver metro area. I ended up running across a 2018 Mustang GT with the options I really wanted on the Greenwood Automotive website. This vehicle was like brand new with only 3100 miles with a reasonable asking price. I ended up reaching out to Greenwood Automotive through their website, received a prompt response and ended up meeting with Marc the next day. There was no pressure and no one lorded over me while I checked this vehicle out in their indoor garage/showroom. I was shown the manufacturer Monroney sticker for this vehicle, offered a test drive and realized this vehicle was in flawless condition. The vehicle was already competitively priced but I naturally haggled with Marc as anyone would when spending your hard earned $$. Marc was professional, easy going and when we agreed on a price the process was easy. I was prepared to get beat up in a finance booth but that didn’t happen. Marc was able to get me a very competitive interest rate and the process took around 45 minutes, maybe less after I decided to do the deal. If you’re in the market for a quality used vehicle, especially something like a sports car or luxury vehicle that might not be the easiest to find check these guys out.

Bought my acura here. Very well run establishment. Salesman was informative and not pushy, the seller/owner of the car was honest and professional. Instead of low balling me for my old car, he said that Id be better off and would get more money selling it to a private party. Since I already knew this to be true, it became clear that rather than try and get my old car from me for a measly 1000$ or so, he was honest enough to tell me what my real best option was instead of prioritizing his own bottom line. Would definitely buy a car here again.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. I had been looking to buy a Tesla and didn’t mind looking anywhere in the country for the right car at the right price. Marc with Greenwood was fantastic. I had spoken to many dealers and because I was buying out of state many of them were dismissive, not Marc. He took me seriously and helped with everything from start to finished. Txt, called, sent additional photos. Tesla is also unique in that you need to register with the company to receive support and he helped me with all that before pickup. Paperwork was mailed to me and the actual pickup was about 5 min long. This was the least painful car buying experience of my life. I had to travel from Delaware to Colorado and there was not a single worry or problem along the way because of Marc’s help. I have never been loyal to a dealer yet but the next time I need a new car I will turn here first! A+++ cant say enough!

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership and the overall experience was really good. The staff is not pushy at all and is willing to answer whatever questions you might have while staying out of the way at the same time. I worked with Marc while I was there and he was very cooperative. The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars and not 5 is because they were completely unwilling to negotiate the price. Due to the fact that I really liked the truck I went ahead and decided to purchase it even though I believed the price was a touch high. Completely unprofessional dealership. Had agreed upon a price for the vehicle (which was approved by the sales manager) over the phone and the next day they sold it to someone else. No request for a deposit was asked for and no notification was given to come in immediately to finalize the purchase sooner. There are lots of other dealerships in town, I recommend doing what I did and purchasing elsewhere!

Stay away from this shop. Purchased a 2016 Range Rover on Dec 12, 2019 for $50K and it needed a whole new transfer case 2 weeks later ($10K repair). No help from owner or salesman to resolve this issue. They said vehicle was just at Range Rover Denver for an entire vehicle inspection as warranty was ending. They told me to talk to Range Rover Denver to fix issue. Greenwood Automotive was no help in working with RR Denver to help me get the issue fixed. Im not a mechanic but I would guess you would find a transfer case that needs repair when doing inspection. If they are going to treat customers that are purchasing $50K vehicles I could only imagine the quality of lesser vehicles they are purchasing at auction. At the end of the day I had to pay $10K out of pocket to fix.Pour customer service, DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!

Steve S at Greenwood Automotive really gave me the value added experience of finding a great, not good car, and found a great price for what I was looking for. I never felt pressure to buy and always Steve wanted to make sure I was happy through the process.

I inquired about a truck I saw online. NADA and Kelly Blue Book both had the truck priced 30% - 15% less depending on condition. I would be driving a very long distance in order to pay cash and trailer the truck home for my daughters. So I asked about the price. The person responding to the texts simply stated thats my best price. No offer of negotiations. No explanation of the high price. I guess people in Greenwood Village are just expected to pay a higher price. Do your homework with these people!! Beware! Of course they think their price is fair. They have no problem taking more than the truck is worth. Its all about money for them.

Earlier this month, the time had come and we are pleased with our new Subaru. We never used an auto broker before this purchase, but it is absolutely the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Purchased a car in May, did not get title complete notice until late August. I had to renew my temporary plate twice, which they did not accommodate. When I did finally receive the title complete it was not properly registered. I am still dealing with the DMV about this trying to resolve. Would not recommend.

Couldnt ask for better service and communication from the team at Greenwood Automotive. My sales rep Tom Berry was especially helpful and patient.The Tesla I purchased is fantastic. The deal was fair. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again. You shouldnt either.

Worked with both Steve and Tom. They gave a low pressure sales experience and worked with me on getting a price we both were comfortable with. They found me a good low rate loan through one of the many credit unions they do business with. Steve went through the paper work slow enough for me to understand if I had questions, but fast enough that I was in and out in about 30 min. A nice variety of pre-owned cars on this lot as well.

I bought my 2007 Mercedes CLK550 from Marc over the phone. He went over the car end to end, He drove it home and tested everything, He discovered the brakes needed some attention, so they put on new pads and rotors. Marc was the rep that helped me purchase my truck. I had been looking for newer tundra with low miles. I had 2 top rated mechanics do a pre-buy inspection for me. Both said it is a great truck at an incredible value. Trusting a car dealership is difficult, but my past experience with this company has been top knotch.

We had a positive experience here. We worked with James who communicated the perfect amount--not too often but enough to keep us updated. He also gave me resources to get the car mechanically verified by an independent third party who goes to the car when I didnt have time to take it anywhere myself due to a busy work schedule. The car was reasonably prices and there were plenty of other customers--good customer service.

I have bought three cars from Steve over the last year and have had nothing but wonderful things to say. They are always fair, work hard to get you in the car that you want and do it without any of the ridiculous used car pressure.
