Bought my first financed car here. Rebuilding credit and thought I was not able to get approved but Luis in finance worked very very hard for me and got the deal done. Very much appreciated. Aimee and Matthew were my sales and they did a wonderful job and also did a lot for me. Would recommend this dealership. Ive been in the auto industry for over a decade and this place is definitely top notch all around.

I work the same hours Kuni Lexus is open. Kevin Lee was accommodating began the paperwork over the phone, agreed to wait for me to get through the traffic knowing I would be a little late. The following day of delivery Pierre was patient waiting for me to complete the finance paperwork with another patient gentleman ( I cant recall his name but the other two guys can tell you because they all worked together).
The wok included a lot of diagnostic testing which stretched the service into a 2 day affair. The loaner vehicle was a very nice 2021 RX350. However, after picking up my car at the end of day 2 and driving home I discovered the tailgate was left in the locked off setting (only operable manually) and the under-hood cover for the battery compartment was missing. When I returned the next day to have the tailgate restored to full operability they were unable to locate the missing battery cover. A new battery cover panel has been ordered; I will be notified when it comes in.
I arrived on time for an early morning, regular maintenance appointment. My car was not looked at until midday the following day! If you have an appointment, it needs to be honored. If there is an internal Kuni problem, it needs to be well communicated. Then I felt like there was conflicting info given on what needed to be done.Kuni is not respectful of their clients’ time. It should not take 15-30 minutes to drop off a vehicle and nearly as long to pick it up!! This happens every time I am at the dealership for service. As a comparison, today I took my other vehicle into Lincoln for regular maintenance. It took minutes to drop it off at the appointment time. Maintenance was completed in half a day and pickup took 5 minutes.For the high prices Kuni charges, there’s a lot ofroom for improvement.

Working internally for another car manufacturer, Im a bit beyond picky when it comes to service. After buying a 20 year old Lexus LX470 in Philly in 2020 for adventures, and establishing a terrific relationship with a local dealer in Delaware, it was tough to ponder where to go next after driving across country and moving to Denver. Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village had soonest availability, loaners & extremely friendly phone staff, and the process since day one has been terrific. With a 20+ year old finnicky Lexus classic model, its not just basic maintenance, but often an investigation and they dont blink, and just keep working with constant updates.Every step is digital, from Text message loaner car agreements, to live Text message video streams from the service technician as they work on my truck. Truly, a model for all to follow. Had to travel & fly away while my truck was in service. Kuni response? No worries. Well call you a car to the airport. Priceless.Such an easy experience, even when my old LX470 beast had more high mileage issues. I just bought another used Lexus IS and already have a 1st service appointment scheduled at Kuni. Thanks Josh Matzdorf, and Kuni, for making my hectic life easier!

Ive been a customer of Kuni Lexus for about 10 years, and Ive always had great service! From the time you drive into the Service Department, you are welcomed by your name over the drive and by a service representative. The initial waiting room is comfortable and offers hot or cold drinks until you meet with your Service Consultant. Matt Shields is currently my Service Consultant and is efficient, understands any issues to be addressed, and always keeps me informed while I wait upstairs in the expansive and beautiful customer waiting area. At times, I have relaxed with a book by the fireplace. Other times, I have used the Office Area which is convenient when I have a project deadline. Matt keeps me updated with a video of the service process and the diagnosis of tests accomplished. If I have extended work done, Im always provided with a loaner car, which is very convenient as well. What more could a customer want when having their Lexus automobile serviced? GREAT JOB, EVERYONE! I spent a Saturday with Spencer test driving a new car purchase. He was wonderful. In the end I did not purchase my new car from Kuni only because they didn’t have the exact package in a vehicle that I wanted. Instead, I went to another Lexus dealership where the level of customer service did not at all match Spencer’s and Kuni. Spencer was friendly, professional and personable, and there is absolutely no question that I will do business with him in the future.

After picking up my Lexus LS 460 the tire sensor was flashing. Upon taking my vehicle to another tire shop they re-installed and re-programmed the tire senor and the problem went away. This should have been resolved by the technician working for Kuni Lexus before I picked my car up!!
It was a great day at Lexus to get my car serviced. Everything happened so smoothly and I was out within 2 hours. I was treated very nicely by Mr. Jeff Schenden and also they sent me a video of my car getting serviced which was an awesome experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Lexus Kuni. This was my first true visit to Kuni, so I got to enjoy the client lounge. The young woman at the snack bar upstairs was delightful -- appropriately welcoming and a perfect person for the position! She told me that she has been on the job only a week and I was surprised. She was a quick study because she knew the answers to all my questions. My service person, David, was great also and responded to all my questions easily. I also spoke with a salesperson, Asaya, who interpreted my requests easily and gave complete answers, all without making me feel like I was being pushed into a purchase.

I want to whole-heartedly thank you. I went to a new service shop that promised low priced oil changes. They were a rip-off. A forty dollar oil change turned into $1,200 worth of much needed work. Had me afraid to drive my car home and they didnt even reset my schedule a service warning light. I went back to Kuni Lexus for a second opinion and was reassured my car was safe. I will never stray again. Thank you Nate and the whole crew that took care of me and my car. I know I can trust Kuni Lexus with my car.
We dropped off our 2020 RX350 early on a Monday morning for a complete detail. Our car only had 2,700 miles on it so it was in prestine condition. We were originally told that Kuni would only have our car for one day. By Monday evening, we didnt even receive a call about an update on our vehicle. Late Tuesday, we received a call indicating they were very backed up on detailing because everyone brought their car in for detailing so they were running behind so they needed to keep our RX350 another day.Wednesday came and went until late in the day. We received a call saying they had our car outside but it rained so they had to wash it again! It was so late in the day and we had severe thunderstorms that they offered to keep it in an enclosed area so we could pick it up on Thursday morning. I was very disappointed that Kuni detailed my car and then placed it outside! A detail went from 1 to 3 days and the communication was seriously lacking. We had a rental car but my husband took in my car for detailing so the rental car they provided, couldnt be driven by me so not having a vehicle for 3 days was bothersome. They clearly need to work on their communication. I was very frustrated that a vehicle in absolutely great condition had to be there for 3 days for detailing! The interior didnt seem like they spent much time on it. Feeling a little frustrated at this point.
Very professional, courteous service department at Kuni Lexus. This dealership is a big part of why I will be buying another Lexus for my next car. The waiting area is very large and comfortable with a nice food and beverage bar. Ive always been treated well at Kuni Lexus. Five stars.

I recently purchased a ls400 that unfortunately didnt have a key, so after calling the parts department they said they would be able to get me a new one. I believe I dealt with Scott (not 100% sure, but if I remember I will update) on the parts side, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience, he was upbeat, professional and very attentive it was a very refreshing experience from the usual drull of picking up parts and definitely made an impression on me. Despite another dealer being much closer, Im definitely going to take the extra time to come down here.

Staff are nice and professional, and a really nice facility. However, their used car prices are outrageous. Just make sure you shop around to ensure youre not getting jacked.
I came in at 10am for a simple oil change. I was told it could take up to two hours to complete (WOW...really?). At any rate, I made myself comfortable upstairs and at 10:50 I received a video from the technician indicating my oil change was complete and no other issues had been found. I knew they would probably send it through a 5 minute car wash, but I continued to wait patiently. At 11:45, when I had received no updates, I took a walk around the property and found my car parked way off to the side, bone dry. It had obviously been there for some time. So then I came back in and asked when I could get my car back. I was told the car was still being completed (??) and the service agent was with another customer. So, hes been with that person for the last 45 minutes?Everyone was perfectly pleasant to me, I just dont appreciate the extra hour I had to sit there with no communication whatsoever, when its clear my vehicle was complete. On a positive note, Pierre was awesome and he got my Bluetooth for my new phone working after I had failed for the last week in my own attempts.

I was very pleased with my service at Kuni and I am coming to you for service in the future! I had a bad experience with my RX shutting down at 13,000 feet heading to top of Pikes Peak. Colorado Springs Lexus no only dropped the ball- hell they lost it! Sean helped me pair my new phone, explained the sos button so I would know how to us it. The service manager took over for the second day and he did an equally good job!

Specifically, about Nate Hoffman, he has always provided me with the utmost service. He called me as to the issue the NX300 had with the fuel pump replacement and when he ordered it and provided me with the date most convenient for me. He provided me with a comfortable car I was used to using and keeping me abreast as to when I would have my car in my hand again. The whole process took less than I thought and called me as to when I would pick it up. It was so seamless and convenient. Thank you, Nate!

After having an excellent experience purchasing a used Toyota, a service representative called me to schedule repair work that needed to take two days. I had purchased the car with the knowledge that the windshield and scratches would be fixed. But I was told that I couldnt have a loaner car because I didnt buy a Lexus.
The manager was excellent my service rep didnt send me a video of the service as they usually do wasnt as personal or detailed with the work as they usually are didnt communicate well was vague and dry. The service tech broke a lug nut. Which help me stay 4hrs wasnt communicated to me until 2hrs after being there. The manager was friendly and outgoing from the time I came in until I left. Asked how I was doing thought I was leaving and when I told him what happened he took care of the bill. The rep could have been better

Bill was great to work with, was patient with us, and did not pressure us in any way, unlike other dealerships that we had recently visited. Even when we experienced a bump in the road in financing due to a error on our part, (credit freeze on our account due to prior fraud) they were able to work around and get the deal done. Will probably be bringing another family member in to buy her new car as well.
When I picked up the car, the sales person said he would send me a link to a You Tube video on the car. This did not happen and when I asked for the link he sent me a copy of the an email chain with another customer that contained the name of the video. I then used that name to search for the actual video. I also asked the sales person how to obtain a manual for the car and he never got back to me.

It feels like you are in a 5-star hotel while getting your car serviced, which is just the experience I want to have in my early retirement stage of life. Ive worked long and hard to now be able to experience amazing, and that is just what Kuni Lexus is, amazing!
Third time had to wait exceedingly long time for repair, car wasnt ready on time. Today, 3 hours for changing out tires. No manger to be found. Also charged approximately $60 for rags. Over priced. Headed elsewhere next time. I will add that as I was finally leaving, they comped my entire charge. For that I am thankful. Very nice staff, but they need to get this place under better control.
Ive been a customer of Kuni for fifteen or so years. Kuni always excels in everything they do. I did run into something I had never seen before. I had to leave the car over the weekend . . . and when I came to pick it up the agent apologized that it wasnt clean . . . they had cleaned it on Saturday but it rained Sunday. Uh . . . they could have cleaned it Monday a.m. I know its minor, but its my first disappointment in an otherwise excellent dealership.
Gave me directions when I got there that someone would come take care of me. Service was done in the time they estimated. Really appreciate the video of what was done.

Our sales rep Pierre was nice, however the general demeanor of employees, specially the manager was very dismissive. It seems as though no one there had ANY interest in selling a car. Were looking at the NX300 vs a Mercedes Benz GLC350. We were not explained anything about options, or why buy the Lexus over the Mercedes, or what the luxury trim has over the standard model, etc. NOTHING. We are an older professional, middle class couple, and felt very unimportant, like Lexus has so many buyers right now, that our money just doesnt matter. Definitely NOT buying a Lexus, because truthfully I have NO idea why buy one!

I was made to feel like I was making up that my door rattled. I had to drive from my house, which is by the airport, to do a ride along with the service technician. The door lock fell into the door and was what was rattling. When I came back to pick up my car, my brakes were making a bad noise. Clay sped walked to my car, then threw my keys on the dash sped walked to the service bay, told Adrian to deal with me and stormed off. I never want him as a service advisor again. Adrian was super helpful and pleasant. I could tell he wanted to help me and he said they should have offered to pick up my car and drop it off. That was never offered to me.
I love the facility and friendliness of staff. My Service advisor forgot to notify me of my vehicle being ready, I ended up spending an extra hour waiting, but I understand they are busy. Other than that, the service was exceptional. For this reason only, I would prefer a Lexus vehicle over other brands.
I dropped car off at 10:30 AM for a 10:45 AM service appointment on Monday, 4 Oct. It was to be a 60,000 mile service...nothing special and nothing extra. I was told it would be 41/2 to 6 hours but would be advised if there were any issues. I took my loaner and left for other appointments. After 5 hours I returned to be told that it didnt look like it would be finished that day but I could take the loaner home and come back the next day. Upon return the following morning, I learned that service had not started the previous day and that it would be as late as 1:00 PM that afternoon before the car would be ready. It was closer to 2:30 PM before the car was ready. Over 28 hours from the drop off time. Unacceptable! I dont fault the Service Advisor for the delay in maintenances performance but a little better communication over the delay would have been appreciated.
I learned how to work radio. I had good coffee and a muffin. I used the computer, charged my phone, and watched TV. All good

At the time I made the appointment I was told I would have a loaner car. When I got there I was not on the list for a loaner car. My service adviser was able get on for me 1 /2 hours later. I was very happy with Kunis service with the exception of this one mishap.

Overall buying experience was excellent. Bryson took great care of us, answered all of our questions, and took the extra time to demonstrate the features of our new hybrid. The trade-in process was great and we got good value for our trade. Financing was almost effortless. This is how car buying should go!

BEWARE, Kuni has a vehicle listed at one price, I go to look at such vehicle two days after advertisements were posted. Vehicle now costs $1000 more. They treat their cars like lobster, Btw the vehicle is still listed at the price I went in there for.
I wasnt intending to purchase a new car, rather I was looking with my husband at a few luxury car dealers. I found Kuni lexus and our Sales Consultant Mark to be very welcoming and down to earth. Mark really talked to me about what I was looking for and made a suggestion, turns out it was the exact vehicle I wanted so we just went ahead and financed it. Really great experience from beginning to end, I didnt feel like I was being sold anything rather coached through making a decision. The finance person (his name escapes me at this moment) was super nice and fun. I couldnt be happier with the experience and of course my lovely new Lexus Hybrid. Thank you!!
I recently got my brakes done by the service department at Kuni Lexus. Paid 450 and the noise was fine. After driving for a month and half, took the car for service to another Lexus dealer. They checked the brakes and the tech asked why the brakes had grease between the parts, I told him who did the brakes last and its not something I was able to do. I dont have the skill to do that.Call the service manage at Kuni and chat with him. He mentioned since it a F sport this is something that is common and it will have this issue. Why did they have grease? That is not something we did,,, So I did it … Also the other dealer tech called Kuni service manager and mentioned what is been done. I paid another 900 to fix the issue done by the kuni dealer and they dont care.In short who lose money the person, who buy the car and Lexus just makes money.Beware about the service provided at Kuni. Caution.

Best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had, spanning 10 purchases over 45 years. Sean Beatty was knowledgeable, accommodating, easy to talk to and most importantly listened to my wife & me when at Kuni. Our Finance associate Luis Ramos was personable, didnt push extras but did emphasize the pluses/minuses of them. Test drives, sale and paperwork was completed in less than 2 hours in total. I highly recommend Kuni to anyone desiring a positive and fulfilling new vehicle experience.
Dinosaur dealer. Dont come here unless you like them hiding fees and pulling your credit. Like 20 years ago. HIDDEN doc fees. They disclose $590 but really for every car its $751. So just add that to any price you see. They will. I had my own USAA 2.99% financing. I told them I would buy their car after their salesman sent me video and described car to me. Then they spring the $751 doc fee that is undisclosed. Then they say they have to pull mine and my wifes credit. Why? I have my own financing and Im absolutely not using theirs. They say to secure the car in case the deal doesnt fund. What? USAA not fund a deal? Nonsense. I tell them no problem I will leave the car on their lot until it funds so no risk. Nope they say they are not holding the car. This is why Carvana, Vroom, Carmax, Shift, and bunch of other dealer sell and do everything online. Because of businesses like this.But happy ending. When I refused to allow them to pull my credit the next day I found the same car, with 40k fewer miles for a couple thousand more. Thank you Kuni for being so backwards and fear driven !
I felt a little rushed, as I can imagine with the limited staff, etc., but I feel some things could have been explained more, instead of when I picked up my car. Also, this appointment included a recalled part. Only after I brought my car in was I told that Lexus will fill my gas tank because of the inconvenience of bringing it in for a recall. I had just filled up my car so I couldnt take advantage of the offer.
I reported an issue with the speakers in my car. They told me that the sound technician was unable to hear anything wrong. Its still there and it is fairly obvious. I wish someone would have offer to have me in the car so I could point the issue out. Now I will have to take the time to schedule another visit and hope this issue is corrected. My most recent interaction with Kuni was a simple one. I needed a wiper blade and I was in a hurry. I called the Parts Dept ahead of time (only 5 min ahead of time) and spoke with Scott. When I arrived the wiper blade was already at the counter with my name on it. Scott came outside and put it on the wiper arm for me. He was friendly and cheerful and I was out of there within 5 minutes. What a great experience from start to finish! Thank you Scott, thank you Kuni.
Donnie was great. Kuni was extremely busy, despite that, Donnie was fantastic, prompt & helpful. It was my first time at Kuni & it was a wonderful experience. Will be back for sure!

It was complicated. I brought my car in for a shattered sunroof. It was discovered there was also a damaged part. Insurance was a nightmare. David was awesome. He kept in communication with me through the entire process. Jena arranged for me to pick up for car after your service department closed through the sales department. Your staff was top notch!
I called our sales rep back which he has been very helpful. He was setting up for my car to be re-detailed because of the smell of the car was burning my eyes and nose. Still have not heard from anyone to set this up. Very frustrating.
