Typical Best Buy. All the gadgets and accessories you need for your gadgets. Large spacious store. Friendly staff will point you to where to go. Ample parking. Clean. Need to price shop some items but its a good store for have to have, hard to find items.
I will never buy anything from best buy again. Sales staff very nice. Delivery, installation and customer service not so good. Best buy does not deliver. Comes from outside delivery companies. Came in two deliveries. One was outstanding, very professional. The other scratched the dryer and was in such a hurry. They wanted to just drop things off and be on their way. One installed the dishwasher and microwave and gave a quick tutorial on how to use it. The other didnt want to install anything and was just like,*there you go*.Had to have plumber hookup the gas for the range. Best buy rep said to let them know when that was done and they would come hook it up and put together burners and so on. Has been 10 days, range still not installed. Have been missing work waiting for them to show to appointments made for installation. VERY disappointed in geek squad. VERY unhappy with customer service.
Things are sorted well. I was able to find the keyboard I wanted at a reasonable price & the check out clerk was helpful.
If youve done your research, you know what youre looking for, and you know it is in stock at the particular Best Buy you are visiting, this is a perfectly acceptable place to buy electronics. However, if you havent done those things, and you need help, you are likely out of luck. My recent experience involves trying to get an MP4 I made from images to play on a projector. It wasnt working on the projector I had. The geek squad was unable to help me remove the metadata that was causing the problem. I was willing to buy a new projector, but there was no way to see if my MP4 would play on the projectors they have for sale at this store. I was told I might be able to go to another store and try there, but no one seemed interested in calling that store to see if it was even possible. Customer service seems to be a declining art.

Placed a $2000 order. It showed it would be ready for pickup in an hour. A few hours past with no pickup notification. It nearing their last hour being open so I drove there. When I arrived I was told my item wasnt ready. I asked if I could walk in the store and collect the items or if the associate could. They said no but If I wait in my car it should be ready for curbside pickup soon. Wait a few minutes and they are closed. I see people and associates leaving. They never brought my items and closed the store. I dont think the manager I spoke to had any intention or preparing my items but instead hoped to close with no problems. I cancelled my order and will not be returning.

I drove to this store from Carmel last month to get a Mac that they had in stock. I didnt have high expectations going in but, I was surprised and impressed by the level of service. Heidi in their computer department was super helpful. She answered all of my questions about the computer, software, and financing. Great job!

I shop here a lot. I’m a Best Buy Elite + member each year. Normally, I find that the employees are helpful, but I had a different experience today. I was looking at vacuum cleaners and an employee asked the several individuals near me if they needed help, but ignored me entirely. Very disappointing, especially considering I could have just looked at reviews and product information on Amazon. I’ll probably do that moving forward.
Stopped in today to buy a refrigerator, an oven, and a television. All three had been pre picked out before I arrived. The only thing that I needed was for someone to put the three SKUs into a computer and ring me up. After waiting for 45 minutes to get help in the television section while Five employees pretended to be busy while helping to customers in the television section I went ahead and talked to the manager. The manager was not capable of ringing up anything with my credit card. Apparently the store quits doing business when they’re chip reader is down. I decided to go look at an oven to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally gave up and just Found the display Item myself, and had a cashier rang it up. They didn’t let me know then if they couldn’t drill anti-tip bracket in my new oven they couldn’t install it. They were also in capable of telling me who they were going to send to install it. I have a 100 year old house with a very beautiful plaster walls. I wouldn’t want some strange delivery guy that didn’t know what he was doing attempting to drill into my plaster. I didn’t got to deal with the very inexperienced assistant manager that already couldn’t ring up my TV. I am glad to say that I am currently picking out my stove at Lowe’s across the street, the refrigerator has already been purchased here, and Amazon will be still sending the same TV a little bit cheaper next week. I will normally only go brick and mortar, but I also remember when this Best Buy could do actual business in a functional manner. Given the experience of the management it’s pretty easy to figure out what’s going on…
With the current supply chain issues, the Greenwood store looked fully stocked with a good variety of small kitchen appliances, which is what we were shopping for. There were enough staff to answer our questions.

Horrible, awful and do not call them. I was stuck in a automated phone loop for a very long time then hung up on. Called back and was on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on again. Finally got through to them to find out that the appliance they said was in stock was not even within 200 miles of my zip code. I won’t buy anything at this store, EVER.
Staff is always friendly. They are very knowledgeable and informative. It is my husbands favorite place. We have never had a bad shopping experience at this store.
Best Buy is great. Its nice to still have a brick and mortar store to be able to see misc electronic items. The Cell Phone agents arent very helpful anymore. My last visit to them they wasnt very helpful to change my (no contract) service over to a new phone. Years ago they would do that if the new phone was purchased from the store. Other than that I do really like Best Buy!

Absolute WORST experience ever. I have been trying to order appliances for weeks and have gotten nothing but constant run around. Would highly suggest anyone looking for appliances please take your business elsewhere.
I went to Best Buy September 18 to purchase a new refrigerator after the one I have died. The Pacifica people were helpful and purchased a unit that was ready to be delivered on Wednesday. Thats when everything fell apart. On delivery day my refrigerator arrives with a single piece of broken styrofoam covering the door and several large dents. Delivery people decided to take it back and I was informed that the warehouse would be calling me to reschedule another delivery within 24 hours. The phone call never came. I called Best Buy and found out the earliest a replacement could be delivered was October 21. No offer of compensation was made or a similar model that could be delivered immediately was suggested. Cancelled my order. Will never shop at Best Buy for home appliances ever again

Was able to get a rtx 3080 here, so awesome they did an in-store drop, very professional and held the event well.
I bought a laptop and Microsoft office. The clerk sold me the wrong product. The store refused to give me a refund. The online and phone support gave me the run around for 2 months. They told me they would send me a gift card. A month later they never did. I contact support and was told the situation was being escalated and handled, and I should watch my email. Email never came support said they wont help me now
When I called my local Best Buy store in Greenwood I received a recording that said they were not answering the phone and I could contact some national location. After fumbling around trying to reach a live person a pleasant female came on the line and asked how she could help me. I asked her, before I drove to the local Best Buy I wanted to know if they had an echo shadow? She asked for my zip code and I give it to her. She looked it up and said yes they had some at the Greenwood store. I drove to the store and went to the display and looked all around trying to find the item, but there werent any on the shelf. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to come by to help me and couldnt find a salesperson anywhere. I finally went up to the lone cashier and asked for some help. After waiting for him for a few minutes he walked over to the display and looked around where I had previously looked. He called on the radio and asked if there were any in the back and was told they hadnt had any for several months, needless to say I was not happy about wasting my time. I have been to this store several times and have not had a good experience yet. This was probably my last time, I will just order Amazon online in the future and save myself the headache.
Great experience today. My son was the customer but I was lucky enough to witness his interaction with a young man who worked there. Good to see a big box store that focuses on customer service.

We came in knowing very little of what we needed in a computer. Syd was extremely knowledgeable and talked us through each computer until we found the one we all felt was best. Being very patient with us made us feel like we really found the right computer! Thank you very much Syd!
They were very nice in assisting me with my car stereo in regards to having it replaced because the blue tooth was bad in the stereo itself. Thank you very much With the help of geek squad 1 guy named Donovan in trying to help me and let me know it had to be exchanged for a new system because it wouldnt pair to my phone. I will return for help in the near future to get everything going once the new one comes in. As well with the guy who helped me at the customer service counter in helping me obtain getting a new one ordered it and having it shipped to my home. Very nice people. The one in Greenwood Indiana.
I waited for an hour to purchase a care stereo, just to be told that they dont have any in stock and couldnt get any. They tried to order me a different model/brand at a $200.00 price increase to $1200.00. I was told most of the displays are not in stock in Indiana and they were unable to order them. I suggested they put signs on the models they were unable to sell and offered to buy the display. They would not allow me to purchase the display and they did not place any signs to save customers valuable time. I will never shop at a best buy again. I hope they go bankrupt.
I drove from Avon Best Buy because Avon were out of stock of iPads. But they said the Greenwood location had some so I went there and wanted to get the student deal and the salesman that I went to go get help with, Tim, who was very rude while helping us, had no idea about the student deal in which I had to educate him on his own stores’ student deal (buying an apple MacBook or iPad and getting air pods for free). A little bit better customer service would be nice next time.
I went in to purchase a television, our service fairly quickly I was also followed throughout the store by manager as if I didnt belong there I get that it is not a common area for African Americans being but I do not appreciate being followed as if Im a lost dog or a known criminal. As I proceeded to make my purchase a manager declared the guy that was helping me that he could go on and help another customer that he would help me I believe that he felt that when he told me the price of the item that I wouldnt be able to afford it. I made my purchase needless to say he also offered me the protection plan that indicated I would be able to use it one year after the manufacturing warranty was up and that it would not be active or start until then so now here I am with this issue of having problems with my television and theyre telling me it expired so he intentionally lied to me for the commission I am reporting this to the Better Business bureau and the Secretary of State because for my knowledge I am not the only one that is dealing with this issue. Do not buy their geek squad protection plan and be careful going to greenwood Indiana if youre a person of color. Decades of past since slavery is taking place and you still get treated as if your animal or some type of dangerous creature or common thief
Went to best buy to have an issue fixed. My washer cord was melted because it was up against the back of my dryer. This was due to them installing the washer and dryer. When I went to best buy to complain and to have the issue fix, they told me that they couldnt do anything about it and to go to lowes and buy a new one.
Poor service today. Had to wait a really long time to be helped or even acknowledged and the they did not have what we needed covered under warranty in stock.
I was impressed with their Geek Squads ability to install out washer and dryer quickly. No fault to them, but the dryer did not work. Back story, bought a new washer and dryer because we had a washer complete detach from the rub seal and start sparking and the dryer was considered an older model. So...when the Geek Squad realized the dryer was a defect, they called the service department, which said they would call us back today. We had paid for our old washer and dryer to be removed and hauled away. To the Geek squad, if you tell your customer that a new dryer is broken, instead of saying we have to leave it here, ask if the owner would like to use their old dryer until we can get you another new dryer. So, here I am, having to had waited more than a week for these to be delivered, I can wash clothes, but no dryer. Oh, and that call we were expecting to reschedule the new dryer to be installed. Number one excuse, because of COVID we forgot. You were just on the phone with a rep, that should have been scheduled immediately. Now we wait 5 more days because the Geek Squad is understaffed, so no one can deliver until then. Best buy did not cause the dryer to go out, thats on the manufacturer, but we have had more than a year to adjust and hire people. Demand is high, but service is at an all time low.

I wanted a security camera but knew nothing about them. The very knowledgeable sales person set me up with just the right thing plus a solar charger to keep it constantly charged.
I asked for help to this guy named Tim and hes the worst. I wanted to get a new Camera but as soon as I asked him for help he gave me a dirty look it seems like being on his cellphone was more important than helping a costumer. He definitely needs to get fired.
I havent been to a Best Buy, outside of one curbside pick-up, since the pandemic begin, so maybe my experience was just the new method of business they have set for their stores. The only reason this review has any stars is the stellar employee who tried to assist me, but this store is a mess right now.Having done my research on the app before driving to this location, I knew they had the item in stock and exactly where it was, so I walked back to the video games section, only to find that everything in this section aside from some stuffed plush characters is now being kept locked up in the back, and you have to go to another department for assistance, per multiple signs and a tag on the items peg. This was odd, but I was willing to give it a go. Turns out that despite both CDC guidelines and their own store policy, they are funneling all customers that need assistance to a handful (I counted four) of spots to stand in close proximity to one another (definitely not six feet apart) to receive assistance.After uncomfortably waiting in line for 30+ minutes, an employee (sad I didnt catch her name, she was the only bright spot of this trip, as she at least tried to help) walked up and asked if she could assist. I showed her the item on my phone, gave her the SKU, and showed her where it was tagged on the shelf as an item being held in the back. Turns out it was locked up, she didnt have a key, and despite seeing a dozen different blue-shirted employees walk into the storeroom she was in, none would unlock the case for her, so she came back out and said I would have to wait in line for one of them to be available to unlock the case. The line had tripled in size at this point, so I decided to place my order on the app for store/curbside pickup instead, but was then told by customer service they no longer had the item in stock and to cancel my order and go to another store.Waste of 2+ hours of my time, including driving to and from the store, trying to find the item myself, and waiting for assistance. This new model of only a handful of customer assistance spots makes no sense and is dangerous during a pandemic when you should be keeping people away from one another. If they dont have the staff to safely keep the store open (given the number of folks I saw standing around in other, less busy departments, they do), management should return the store to curbside-only.

Shelves are empty. They are no longer stocking video games. Rather than taking the time to stock product they hung signs saying ask an associate. When you ask an associate they tell you to shop online or use the app that hasnt worked for me in over a week. They are down to like one row of movies that are not organized. Computer component shelves are empty. They only stock their online store with key items now leaving the brick and mortar stores void of product. Seriously, dont waste your time with this company. You are better off driving to the closet micro center even if its in a different state.
They don’t guarantee or back any of their products. I will never buy another thing from Best Buy not even a piece of gum. I have been screwed over too many times from them not backing their product and from their bogus insurance/protection plans.

Its a big box store trying to hold on in a changing economy they dont have the selection they once did at their height but they have more of whats been selling unique in big box stores their sales staff is trained and can tell you about the products that alone is worth the trip and theark up over all in one stores like Walmart or Target

Would give zero stars if possible! Ordered something online in January 3 hours before they closed. Waited until an hour before they closed to head up to do pick up in parking lot. We waited and never received email saying it was pulled(it was a cable modem). Wife went in to pick item up and was told if it was ordered in the last ever all hours they weren’t pulling it today. So we canceled our online order and since the card is in my name and I knew what we were getting I went in. Keep in mind I tried to avoid going in because I had a sinus infection and couldn’t breathe wearing a mask. Anyways I went in, spent 10 minutes wondering the store without anyone so much as saying hi to me without a mask on. Found what I was getting and went to the register. The guy took my product and said he couldn’t sell it to me without me wearing a mask. I tried to tell him that I had a medical issue and I couldn’t wear a mask at the time. He told me he didn’t care and I was required to by law(false). So I went to a different person, and the guy followed me to that person and said they wouldn’t ring me up either. They sent a manager over and he says “ I understand you’re refusing to wear a mask” first off I wasn’t refusing and secondly I tried to avoid going in the store to begin with for this very reason!! If they would have simply done their jobs, this wouldn’t have happened. They refused to sell the stuff to me and threatened to call the police like a Karen would. I haven’t been back into that store since, and I HAD a credit card for Best Buy.

Came in to purchase a computer but was not able to receive help. Stood in line for 15 minutes and watched two employees conversation and no one came over to assist. I was ready to spend some money to get a new laptop but I guess not here highly disappointed and there were a lot of employees around with no one helping.
I was able to get the GPU i wanted so thats a 4 star in my book
My experience tonight was less than pleasant. I needed a new computer and the wait to get someone to help me was really long. When we finally did get a customer service representative he was extremely condescending and unhelpful. The computer I wanted was not available and I had to get a more expensive model. Honestly save yourself the trouble and buy online.
Large, clean and and plenty of room to move around and look at everything of interest. Unfortunately there were only a few employees willing to help all the others stood by and watched.It is not the store I used to visit frequently. My guess is that management has changed but in all fairness they did have nice merchandising selection to choose from.

Can not talk to one associate in the store over the phone. Keep getting redirected to customer service which is no help to my order status in store. My game was suppose to arrive at my house yesterday it did not and had not even processed so switched to instate pick up to pick up yesterday. Never got and email. So waited figuring it would be today. Still nothing I call they say sense they are not in store they dont know when it will be picked. Just irritated would like to talk to an actual associate at the store.
Selection is limited but they have the basics for most of what people are looking for. The mini Microsoft and Apple stores inside make it convenient to find exactly what you need. They always manage to have the item you are looking for, but at the highest price. And unfortunately they only price match from a small selection of online stores.
Only gave 1 star because you can’t give them 0. Whatever you do dont have a question you will wait in line and if you are wanting to buy an Apple Watch go somewhere else save yourself the time of being ignored I have never had such a bad experience as I did here I went to buy the Apple Watch series 6 and no one could help the cashier was on a power trip over a mouse pad that was in the wrong place never again will I go back here what a joke. I have never had to try so hard to spend my money but that’s okay somewhere else will sell me the watch I want.
The greenwood best buy has got to be the worst best buy Ive visited.I went into the store at 730 and I understand they close at 8pm. I tried to find find usb adapter and stopped once associate who scolded me because he was busy. I said thats nice and asked him where I could get the usb adapter and he sent me to the wrong area. I then walked around trying to find someone to help me. At about 8pm I noticed two guys hanging out in the desktop area. I approached them and the taller person asked the smaller guy to help me and the little guy stated I guess I can try. We walked over to an area where the adapters were located located be entered the isle and turned around and told me to go to Amazon and buy it.Pointless trip.
Seems like the stock is disappearing. Theyve gotten rid of some movie racks, which never seem to be organized in a meaningful way anyways. Monitor selection is terrible, especially if you game. AVR and speaker stock is non existent. It can sometimes feel like nobody is around in the appropriate section to help you when you have questions and you will have questions since the product tags never give you the specs you want. A lot of the issues are probably corporate and not the fault of the location, because I experienced similar problems at other locations recently. Unfortunately there are not many better options for tech lovers.
Carside pickup was very easy, I was in and out of the parking lot within minutes with my order!

Things have changed but I know this store is trying there best to keep it together for the sake of the customers and I wish people would understand that they are being way to harsh on the employees then they need to be. Maybe if people would look at it differently they would understand that they are trying everyday to do the best they can. They are human just like everyone else. So quit bickering and be nice.

Tonight, management declined to price-match a CPU from Micro Center in Sharonville, OH because it wasnt local. The 1-hr drive is well worth $50-$100 savings on components, and they have better GPU drops. Sorry, Best Buy, I was willing to spend $600 today if you had!
The boy from the phone part helped us didnt know much about what we was trying buy. Because it wasTV not a phone. Then Help Us carry it out and actually dropped it on his foot so my daughter HAVENT opening yet I hope its okay because a $400 TV. Need more help in the TV section.
Best Buy is a great place for every electrical appliance that you want and even if the dont sell it they will help you find who dose...got to love Best Buy.

Take note of their return policy. Strictest of any big box store. I tried to return a product unopened with the receipt that I purchased less than 30 days ago and they acted like they were doing me a favor giving me in store credit.
Easiest trip Ive made birthday/christmas shopping Ive made in a minute! Staff is super helpful. Cashier Dakota was amazing! She helped me out so much - I had no idea about the product I was buying. She took the time to educate me and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Friendly/ knowledgeable staff. Though I feel like there is a lot of space they do not utilize on there sales floor. I do not enjoy the cellphone center right in the middle of everything. I believe it could be utilized for sale items right up front but that is a personal opinion.

This was a horrible experience. From beginning to end. They did not treat me nicely at all. Tim is one of the worst people I ever talked to.
The staff at the store are amazing. Sadly customer service and the management isn’t. Don’t order online and expect to get your item. I had to learn the hard way. Don’t make my mistake. Customer service doesn’t care about keeping customers or making things right when they cancel orders even after promising another shipment to come. Will be returning everything purchased this holiday season, will just go to competitors instead.

Was originally told the additional TV warranty covered accidental damage. It does NOT. Now after only 5 months we have a 55 that needs replaced. Extended warranty is worthless.

Now the next test to pass is when the one, which is hooking the TV up, can explain how everything works. The last one bought was 12 years ago and had everything down......time to learn a new remote to work :)
Kinda sad panda when I saw every single one of their games taken off the shelves. Im sure there was a good reason for it, but it was also baffling that it came to that.

I had such a wonderful experience at this store! I bought the wrong phone by accident, and had to come back into the store to exchange it yesterday. LaRissa was so kind and helpful! I was VERY stressed when I arrived to the store, but she was so helpful and made the process so smooth! I was able to get it activated right there as well, so I didnt even have to go through the long process myself. She really made my day so much better, all while she was handling a LOT of customers by herself. Made my day!!
Good place to get electronic stuff but they change prices too often too fast and the difference in price changes/increases is making me think twice about going there again.
