I love this store! I found everything I needed (plus some extras) and the prices are very competitive to other places. The associates here were very friendly and helpful too.

Online shopping and curbside pickup easy to do. They keep the inventory on the website up-to-date. Communication back to you is timely. I highly recommend home Depot!

We love the store and options BUT we hate the fact that the last several times we were there ALL the regular check-out Lanes were closed. Only the SELF CHECK OUTS were ope. Happy that the sweet cashier/attendant was so helpful.

I normally go to their closest competitor because in the past Ive found their customer service is better. That is not the case here. Everyone Ive talked to was very friendly and helpful, but anyone can do that...they actually understood what I was looking for,, knew their product and right where I could find them. Michelle was warm, friendly and professional and helped me on a couple different occasions. I was so impressed, that I got the store manager and let him know hes got one heck of a good team.

Absolutely horrible experience purchasing a special order door. When our contractor picked up the door, they didn’t include the special lock or handle we had ordered. They did include someone else’s screen. When we called they said they would have to special order the lock and handle again and that we had not ordered a screen. In actuality, it appears the person who handled our order didn’t understand their ordering system and didn’t check all of the boxes. Think carefully before ordering from this location.

It can cost more than $100 for every lost hour of an independent carpenter, handyman or contractor, and when it’s the fault of the retailer, they almost NEVER compensate for any of that loss.There are nice people that work here, but their online inventory numbers are garbage.Always call this location, talk to a human and make them physically walk back to what you need, look at it, touch it and describe it in detail and swear on their thumbs that you will get what you need from their store before ever setting foot through their doors!

We worked with a very knowledgeable associate named Paul. We were in need of a new washing machine and dryer. Paul helped us make a decision on which brand suited our needs and budget. We would definitely recommend shopping there.

They have whatever you need. Im a bit of an introvert so I wish the staff would have asked if I needed help as opposed to me looking for someone to ask. The store is very clean and I will definitely be back since I bought a fixer upper house.

I took in large paint chips to have the color matched and bought a quart of two differentColors. The person in paint seemed to know little about paint so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I came in to get the paint exchanged and the told me even tho it was their mistake they can’t accept it back. They told me I was just stuck taking the loss. I’ve been painting for awhile now and have had this happen before and Lowe’s has not problem refining the paint and making sure you get what you need. I highly recommend going to Lowe’s and if anyone should feel the need to see examples. I took pictures and that didn’t suffice Home Depot. I will never be back to Home Depot and every contractor I work for I am going to turn away from Home Depot with this exact reason and proof of my purchase and proof that the paint didn’t match. The sales receipt and time stamp of the photos will surely suffice. Do your self a favor a go to Lowe’s. Lowe’s Greenwood has a more than fair policy where “if it doesn’t match you can have a refund or a new container at no charge”.

If I use the app while in store, I am always able to walk right to what I need. For those times when I have no idea why I even went in the first place, everyone is always very knowledgeable and friendly.

I visit home 🏡 depot whenever I need things for my home. Its close to me so its convenient. I drive past it going to work and from work. I had to pick up some glue for home repair i wasnt for sure where it was. I ask associates who was able to point me in the right direction. Also purchase other items. Didnt pay a whole lot either. It also helps to have a home depot credit card.

Bought a refrigerator on 6/27 and set up delivery for 7/10. The day before, got the text saying delivery would be between 7a-11a. About 9a, the day of delivery, I received a call from the delivery service stating my delivery would be delayed until 7/23. A 2 week delay... NOT. After numerous phone calls, and being hung up on by Home Depot customer service from the store and the online customer service, beying lied to by the delivery company, i canceled my order. Was told 3-5 business days to get the credit back, and now almost a week and a half later, I still dont have my money back and Home Depot has no clue.... peace out Home Depot, off to your competitor for a fridge. And I spent more money with them....

I dont normally shop at Home Depot because Lowes is more convenient. But the wife found some deals on refrigerators so we checked them out. Definitely better prices on fridges at Home Depot. Employees were helpful without being too aggressive. The store was clean enough for a big box hardware store. The aisles were a smidge cramped but not bad. The bathroom was in an odd place that didnt feel very centralized and easy to access. I wouldnt avoid Home Depot but Lowes is still closer and more convenient.

When getting the things needed to redo the landscaping at my place of work- I came here because they had what I needed in stock!Anyways- when answering questions, helping me get the right thing I wanted, and helping me get it to my car, everyone was so helpful and nice!! I will remember this when buying future outdoor supplies!!

Staff is fairly knowledgeable, but not always. Most tools and materials are quality for the price. No shady rebate programs.

No customer service, took 3 hours to process a warranty water heater after a had obtained a ra# from rheem. When I complained about the time they where taking i was asked to shut up or leave the store.

I had 3 different employees looking for crown molding I had a sample and they all told me they had nothing like it my boss went in hours later same store and found it if someone works in a certain department they should know what they are talking about such a waste

I knew going in I might run into a challenge. I knew which garbage disposal I wanted I was looking for help for their installation process. I walked up to 3 people in plumbing and they handed me off to appliances like they werent interested in helping me in their own depart. The appliance gentlemen was helping me and he wasnt real sure of the system and then it was $209 to install a disposal. No thanks its an easy swap doesnt seem like Depot really wants to help just to take your money.

I went in to buy a washer and dryer, the man who helped me i didnt get his name i only have a salesperson number. But he was super nice, helpful and informative. I was in and out! I used to be a lowes girl but after this experience ill definitely be taking all future purchases to home depot!

Well there was a woman right at the front entrance with a home depot apron on, when I asked her where the item I was there to buy was located, she says to me, Im a vendor I dont work here. Im thinking maybe you shouldnt be wearing a home depot apron then?? She didnt like that answer. Oh well. When I actually DID find someone that worked for the store she was very kind and helpful. Even walked me personally to the item just to make sure it was there. Quickest trip to Home Depot ever!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!

Very disappointed with the customer service today. I spoke with 7 different employees needing help, guess how many were willing to help? 0! I even had the item number and showed how it was in stock. This location is a joke!

Many store associates at this location tend to avoid interaction or offer any effective assistance; most lack knowledge where an item might be within this store. Reaching out to another associate doesnt seem to even register, unless I bring that up. If this store wasnt so close to my house, I would go another hardware store instead.

Paul in their appliance center helped me with my complicated appliance order from Samsung, we ordered in February but waiting on delivery. While I was about to ordered new appliances Samsung called me and gave a delivery date! If not here by the 14th Ill go back to see Paul and order different ones, he was so nice and patient!

Signs for masks being required clearly posted at all entrances to the store. Standing in the aisle looking at tools, when a guy and his girlfriend come and stand within inches of me. No masks or anything. I shouldn’t be the one to tell them that they need to be wearing masks when the state is mandating it. It should be up to the store. It’s for the safety of your customers. I understand wanting to make money, but if you’re not keeping your customers safe, there won’t be any in the future to give you the business you need to survive. I said something and the guy goes well I just don’t care and continued to stand right next to me. I will not be back.

Browsing through an isle with my mask in my pocket because theres literally no one in the store and greenwood police shows up to check it we have warrants and tell us to leave. The store called the police on us because we didnt have a mask on but didnt say anything to us at all. Couldnt just ask us to put on a mask? Straight to calling the cops. Wont be returning. Thanks for that experience.

Walked in seeing signs the said masks were required to shop in the store, I appreciated that and followed it but saw there were numerous customers walking around without masks while getting help from employees. The rules should be followed by everyone, not just the ones that choose to. Walked out without buying anything because of this.

Dear people do not buy any Appliances from this place. Warranty is TERRIBLE. My dryer is only 3 months old and the heating element is not functioning. It took 10 days for them to Schedule repair and when the guy showed up he said it’s only to determine what’s wrong and then hopefully Another10 days to get the repair done if everything goes well. So 20 days and possible more without dryer. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE it’s a bad business

Stopped in to look at refrigerators. They had the same one as most other big box companies and were a pinch higher but had free shipping. Evened out in the long run. HOWEVER, they had NOTHING in stock due to the manufacturers being shut down for Covid19. We didnt buy one as we needed a replacement now because ours was dead! Found one at Menards across the street.

Not very well stocked in the electrical, but most places are having that issue. Customer service was ok but the older man at the self check out was amazing.

During a global pandemic where both the state and corporate policy required that masks be worn to enter and shop The Home Depot, this particular store wont enforce it and when it was pointed out to them they said we are not going to make our customers wear masks...
