Spent 2hrs 45 mins there for them to check the wrong tire. Said we will check the right tire but it will be another hour. Plus it was warranty work we just bought the set 2 weeks ago. Think they would be faster for a prior customer. 😥

Have had good experiences with Belle tire until today. I got a screw in my tire. It happens. 2pm on a Saturday apparently they are too busy to patch a tire by end of the day. Went across the street to Firestone. They did not turn me away. I will definitely remember this the next time I need tires.

Great so far. Tires not installed as of this post, but had a very pleasant experience. After in depth research of the specifically sought after tire, I wanted to see & feel said tire in person. Walked in, saw the tire on display, met Michael M. At the counter (who was awesome) and did all the necessary work to get my holiday deals in place & scheduled for the install date & time that works for me.

17 year old daughter blew a tire on a Friday night. They got us in as soon as tires arrived which was great. However lady at the counter when dropping car off was short with me. Then when my wife picked it up more of the same. Ill go elsewhere next time I need tires.

Got new tires and treated like I was important...

I had a sick (flat) tire off of my utility cart. The tire was tubeless and I simply couldnt get air to hold. I took it to Belle Tire where the staff took my tire and within moments returned it fully inflated. When asked how much I owe, the gentlemen said nothing. Needless to say, I was very pleased. Fast forward a couple of weeks, again my tire was flat. Most likely do to the age of the tire, it just wont hold air. Once again, I took it to Belle Tire, this time the gentlemen suggested I purchase a tube for the tire, which I did. I was very pleased and happy with service I received. I would highly recommend this place for your next tire service.

The store was extremely busy when I arrived for my oil change. Micheal and Jake kept the customers waiting in the showroom updated on the progress of their cars and made a long wait go by very quick. The crew outback was cranking out cars while not sacrificing on attention to detail! This was my first visit to a Belle Tire and thanks to the great staff it won’t be my last!

Had a 11 am appointment been waiting a hour while I was waiting in the lobby a technician called me saying they was busy and needed the vehicle a little longer I told him I was in the front waiting area and he promised to get vehicle in next hour so now around 1 pm so making a appointment doesnt do you any good if you have to wait a couple hours later to get it in the bay

Micheal at the front desk went way beyond expectations!! I was told it would be three hours to put my repaired tire back on and he took care of it then! Such a relief and truly appreciated!

I ordered tires online and scheduled an appointment. I showed up at the appointed time and was told that the tires were on the truck and should be there by two. They called me at 3 and said the was an inventory problem and the tires had never really shipped. Next they said they found another source for the tires and could have them by Tuesday, I just needed to go ahead and pay for them and the could place the order. 15 minutes later they called and said the tires for Tuesday were no longer available, but they might be able to get them in two to three weeks. At that point I felt it was best to walk away. While I feel the folks were proactive at attempting to solve the concern and provide a solution. The initial inventory problem and being told the tires were on the truck when they were not speaks negatively for Belle Tire as a whole. I regret that I applied and was approved for their 12 month interest free credit card. Now I have the hit on my credit report.

We faced discrimination today at this store. Took my impala for flat tire. This guy saw and stayed talking to a co worker and acted like I am not even there. While I was waiting. Chit charged for about 5 mins or so and then he asked me what do I need. He goes you have wait for 45 mins since he does not have bay open when there were two open and also one solve Silverado pulled out too snd I was the only one waiting. Snd then he goes to the car and says he can fix the tire due to some absurd reason then I said I have a spare he did not wanna fix that either .Most frustrating part is I called 30 mins before I got there and provided all the info about hear make model tire etc snd they asked me to come over.But the treatment changed the moment I stepped in .Wasted my time, trip, got late for work snd Firestone near these people fixed it for me.Please avoid going there

I popped in a couple times to look at new wheels and tires for my Jeep. I also had questions about dry rot and other things. I was helped by a customer service rep named David. He was very polite and took the time to explain his answers to the questions I had. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Weve purchased tires for our other vehicles from here and havent had any issues with their products.

Very poor service and time management. I bought a new set of tires for my personal truck and after they put them on told me that they couldnt align it.. Next time when I needed a tire rotation that was included with the original set, I dropped off my truck for over 4 hours with an appointment and they never got to it. They are happy to sell you tires but terrible about the any of the details that would keep you coming back again. One very dissatisfied customer

Came in for a tire rotation balance and alignment left with a broken stud on one tire they wanted $210.00 to fix which they broke and went straight to another shop to have brakes done because they wanted $690.00 for that plus their tire inspection missed a huge nail in my driver front tire. Went to another shop amd got the stud fixed tire repaired and the brakes done for under $600.00. I was told it would take hours to replace the stud. Funny story. I watch a guy fix it in 35 mins. And it only cost me 36$ good prices on tires but thats it if you ask me. Anyone want great work done at FAIR prices and done right the first time go to brooks. Just saying.

Decided to give them a shot on some tires... After getting a referral from someone else who had done business with them. I called up and spoke to a gentleman and told him what I was looking for and where I normally shopped. He then told me to get a print off of what his competition was selling me my tires for and that he would definitely Beat the price. So I took the time to go to my normal location get a printout bring it up to them and said that makes no sense were not going to honor that. After sharing that experience with someone else they even told me that they had a horrible experience there were overcharged on brakes by 40% more than what the dealership would have charged. Will not recommend them.

Bought two new tires for my 2014 challenger last year February 2020. I just went there to have one fixed that had a nail in it and was told they couldn’t fix it because it was bald. They have 10,000 miles on them. Will never buy from Belle Tire again.

Not sure what to say. Arrived at 2:45 asked how long wait. They said. About hour and a half. Had a nail in my tire wanted a plug. Finally took my car to bay and at 5:43 was told my tires were too old they couldnt help me. My luck

Had a screw in tire so I assumed that was the source of the tire leak. Tech found that screw had not pinetrated the tire. They found that the valve stem was bad and replaced it. Glad they were thorough.

I not only mixed up the date or the appointment but the location. Went to Southport first and when I was going to head to the other store and be a little late getting there the Southport location was nice enough to call the store to tell them I was coming but may just be a little behind. Everyone was pleasant and friendly to start with and when it was discovered I had the wrong date they still took care of me with a smile.

The local shop that I typically used since moving to Indiana two years ago had went severely down hill as of late. I was in the market for a new place I could count on for my tire needs. After a lot of research, I decided to give the Belle Tire location in Greenwood, IN a shot, let me tell you, I WAS NOT disappointed. From the second I walked in the door I felt like more than just a sale, I felt like each and every employee appreciated my business and took extra measures to ensure I fully understood each step of what was taking place with my car. The tires I ordered online (that Dodge said would fit) ended up not fitting on the front, The team at Belle took the time to mount the tire on the front, raise / lower / turn the wheels and ensure they fully tested all aspects to ensure I was going to be taken care of. I was able to get the size ordered on the back and the others on the front, AMAZING tires, its like Im literally floating on a cloud driving this car now. Good people, easy to work with. However... I got new gloss black wheels and when I picked up my car, it had chrome lug nuts on it. They had to order the black ones and I have to go back to have them changed out. That, of course takes away from my satisfaction.

Went here to get new tires. Dave was super helpful and knowledgeable, even though I had no idea what I wanted! Got me in same day and everything was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Everyone at BELLE TIRE is incredible. They have helped me out with golf cart tires, snow blower tires, mini bike tires, and our 2005 Toyota Tundra tires. David, Lane, Justin, & Shelly, all greet the customers quickly and are extremely helpful. The mechanics, including Steven and Cory, know tires and are incredible at finding and fixing any problems.

I have been here about a year ago to get my tires rotated and aligned on my car, but came in today for my van that had a huge bolt in it and needed patched. It took a little over a 2 hour wait but makes since with this weather! Got back to pick it up and we werent charged! Very thankful and appreciative! Amazing customer service. Will be coming back soon.

I took my car there because I needed a rear wheel bearing. During the process of replacing it they had to damage another part in order to get it out. I paid for that as well. When we got home a couple days later I was hearing a strange sound from the rear of the vehicle. It happened to be from the same tire where they had done the work. After looking into it the caliper had fallen off and was dangling between the wheel and the wheel hub. It had damage my rotor and when we took the tire off we noticed that They had used a bolt that does not go with the car and the other one was completely missing. When I called Bell tire first thing Monday morning they immediately set me up with a tow truck that came and got my vehicle took it to them and they repaired it. Not only did they replace the bolts but they also replaced my rotor and my brake pads in the back. They went above and beyond to make this right and I will forever be a customer of theirs.

I would rate them with a negative if I could. I bought tires here and paid for the warranty last fall. I have a nail in one of the said tires and called them yesterday to get this dealt with. I was told it was a first come, first serve situation (which is the way most tire stores operate, nbd) and there was a two to three hour wait. Being as it was mid afternoon I opted to wait till morning. I was here before they opened. Second in line. The young lady told me there was a three to four hour wait??? Having spent more than 30 years in the service industry I find this totally unacceptable! Our experience when buying these tires, although not unpleasant, was with a lack of caring or interest. I will never come back here and I will spread the word to everyone I know! I have a big mouth and I will use it.

They told me i needed to replace my tierods before they could align my van. I was having it aligned because i had just finished replacing the tie rods. Then they wanted 95.00 for the alignment they didnt do

Researched Goodyear Eagle F1 tires from Belle and three competitors and they were 20% cheaper out the door. Great staff, quick service, easy transaction.

I came here after visiting Goodyear and discount tire. I found this place to be the most professional and best prices. Lane was very professional though helping me pick tires that were better for a similar price that Goodyear would have charged me for lesser tires. I would definitely recommend this place to others.They also have the best financing options I found for people like me who are in college and maybe can’t afford to pay a huge amount at one time.

With a very limited amount of time, at the end of a busy week, it was imperative that I have the tires replaced on my truck. This is the only auto shop I have ever been to where they treat you and your vehicle with nothing but respect. I had my truck in there recently to have tires mounted/aligned. They informed me that they couldnt do the alignment because of a recall issue. After realizing this they went above and beyond and offered to do the alignment for free after the recall was taken care of because of the inconvenience this caused me (something that was completely unnecessary for them to do, but was very appreciated). The point is, this place only cares about taking care of their customers and getting the job done right and that is something you rarely see in the auto industry!!!

Been to many tire/auto stores over the years that offer less-than-stellar service and value... That is, until I gave Belle a try. And while there, I discovered that Belle is much more than just tires. Last week I bought tires for our weekend ride... this week I returned to have Power Stop performance brakes and rotors installed... The team was accommodating and helpful - and Im totally happy with the tires and brake/rotor kits. And especially happy knowing that Belle provides free lifetime rotation and balance. The customer service provided by this location is outstanding. This kind of customer service does not seem to exist anymore. Not a typical get people in and out in a hurry to turn dollars. They explain everything well and do fantastic work to back everything up. I am a lifelong customer now.

Great place. Clean and nice staff. Fixed flats for me in the past for free so I go there to get my tires. They do more than 10% military discount, including veterans, and that helped me out a lot. They will continue to get my service in the future.

Worked with Daniel here and he was great, helped me pick out tires and schedule a time to get them mounted and was great to work with. I was told at the time you can schedule an appointment and come in and they prioritize your vehicle to be the next to be worked on. I had 2 tires that just needed mounted and balanced and despite having an appointment I waited for 2+ hours. The people upfront were great, but there’s clearly a problem here when it comes to the timeliness of what should be a quick simple job. I wouldn’t plan on coming here unless you intend to drop your car off and pick it up later.

I was shocked when I drove to Belle Tire Greenwood on Thursday at Approx. 5PM. I had just found out that I was losing air quickly (a few minutes and flat). They were quite busy but said that they would get to it within 30 minutes. I told them I would be happy to leave the car and they could call me when they looked at it, which an Assistant Manager said was fine! They called me approx. 1 hour later, and said that I was ready to go. When I showed up they said it needed a simple repair, and there was no charge. I have not purchased anything from Belle Tire, but was treated like an old friend. I will defiantly be conducting business with them in the future. True kindness and customer service is hard to find, and to receive it from a company you havent used yet shows that they intend to treat customers right. Thank you so Much. This place is awesome. I had a very bad experience with another Southside Tire Shop, so I called around and priced what I needed. I spoke with Justin, when we were done he said, if your shopping around, just make sure Im your last call. Sure enough, called around, found some cheaper pricing and he beat them all. Service was great, prompt, they did what they promised and I had an excellent experience! They were extremely professional and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend this place!!

I love people super friendly, got my tire and oil changed as requested. I would have give a 5 star rate except got the time it took to get done. I was told it would take one halve hours it ended up being closer to 4 hours. They did Comp my oil change because of the extra time. I will go with them again.

They couldnt find me in their system, but set me an appointment to come the next day and didnt charge for the rotation and even balanced my tires. I bought a brand new Kia just over a year ago. Little known fact, most new cars don’t give a warranty on tires that come with the car. After a year I’ve had nothing but trouble out of them.Belle stepped up and repaired my flat free of charge! Great way to insure repeat business, I can’t wait to buy a set of Goodyear’s from them.

Called for a price on some tires and was put on hold repeatedly and then was hung up on. Called back twice and was hung up on immediately. Unprofessional.

I damaged a rim on my 2019 Mustang GT and ordered a new one. My other tire store wouldnt mount an existing tire on a new rim, they said they couldnt guarantee it. Belle mounted it and balanced it correctly. They have my business from now on.

They were very understanding and took the effort to make sure that I understood everything that was occurring on my car. Also were very accommodating while I worked in their lobby. I unfortunately can only remember one name of the two men that were there but thank you Jake and your coworker.

Just was told that they cant repair a tire with 5/32 tread remaining. Ive purchased 8 tires in the past year from this location, including this tire, with road hazard, but I was still told Id have to buy a new tire because of state regulations. The tire had no run-flat damage, the screw was in the tread, and there was plenty of tread left. Very disappointed, considering prior visits have been very pleasant.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received. I was worried about damage to my wheels during the tire change. Kevin Hartell assured me with the new touch less machine they have they would not be damaged. He even personally changed them to reassure me. Great group of guys and good at what they do. Belle Tire just just got a lifetime customer!!

Lane Geis and his team are the absolute best! Just about everywhere you go these days customer service is lacking but this Belle Tire location has some of the most professional and courteous employees that I have dealt with in many years. They also took care of my alignment after I installed a lift kit to my truck and they even took care of my TPMS sensor issue and I didn’t even buy my tire package from them. They have a customer for life. They will be getting all my tire and alignment business from here on out. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Just go here first. You wont be disappointed

HUGE S/O to the manager, Lane. I went into the location after running over something that punctured by tire and was causing lose of air. They were semi busy and I told him I only had roughly 30 minutes before I had to be at work (he originally quoted me approx hour), he made it happen in less than the quoted time frame (20 minutes). Best of all, (which I didnt expect at all) he compd it and the repair was completely free of charge. SO, not only did he bump me ahead, but he repaired my tire free of charge. GREAT JOB, Lane! I asked them if they would place a Rural King tire on a trailer wheel for me even though it wasnt their tire?I was told, Yes, they would do that.As it was not their tire, nor their sale I was ready and willing to pay a premium charge for the service and at their convenience.They squeezed the job into a very busy day and very much to my amazement when I went to retrieve the tire there was no fee for the service.I stood speechless as I was prepared to pay a premium fee and a tip to boot, as my son works in the service industry.I did not expect a pro bono job at all, especially coming out of quarantine.I was, and am, beyond impressed.This is an example of grace in my opinion.Thank you, Belle Tire. Customer Experience was wonderful. Was given updates about my vehicle frequently, offered a discount that I didnt ask for, and all of the staff were in masks with visible hand sanitizer at the ready for customers. Even though the staff were wearing masks, I could sense warmth and hospitality.

The staff was friendly and efficient! They were patient and took time to tell me all about the price ranges and what everything included so I could get the best deal possible!! I’ll definitely be back for all my tire needs!

Not really happy. Was told over the phone a quick lube wouldnt take long. I get to the location and they inform me it may be an hour maybe 2 at the most... 4 hrs later my vehicle is still not done. I literally just came in for an OilChange and waited. I have never had this kind of slow service. Its bad when this is my first experience with them and it makes me never want to come back. I hope you have better service but Im not pleased.

Amazing doesnt begin to express how Belle Tire Greenwood were today. We had the worst time with a flat, changing it and all. By time we got there I was almost in tears because everything seemed to be going wrong. However, Jake and Ray completely changed that around, they made us laugh and made sure we knew they were going to make sure everything was okay. They EXCEEDED our expectations!! What the world needs is a few more Rays and Jakes. You can tell they are living in their purpose and are making the world a better place one tire at a time!
