New to area for work and family insisted I go to tire discounters. Dan went above and beyond assisting me with my tire dilemma.Professional yet super friendly. 5 STAR service

The mgr and employees were great but my problem was I bought a set of four Thunder Ranger tires 2 years ago and they only have 16000 miles on them. Now the 2 front tires are weather crackling around the side walls. I feel that that shouldnt happen on that new of tire. I know it will not change anything but I wanted to voice my disgust with this situation.

Had a very good experience!! Dan & Bobby went above and beyond to try to give me as much as discount as possible bc I needed all four of my tires replaced and even threw in a free alignment next time I come in. Appreciate this company will be coming back :)

I was in the market for 4 new tires. I chose Tire Discounters because they offered free alignment with purchase. Tires I picked were a few dollars higher than other places, but saved a few dollars in the end because of free alignment package. Found out later about their “skip the shop” program which made it easier to schedule an appointment. I would probably look at Tire Discounters in the future.

I was offered great service from start to finish at this business. Dan and Bobby were very knowledgeable and extended amazing customer service. Also, Dans willingness to go over and beyond to help me understand certain issues with my car was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend this location!

Had a tire emergency - tire wouldnt hold air. Went in the a.m. and they got me right in. My tire was shot and I was due for new ones before the year was out anyway - so I bit the bullet and got a new set right then (no waiting). Everyone - and I mean everyone - in there was super nice and had a great attitude. Even the guys in the back came out to explain each thing to me along the way. They went out of their way getting information for me. This was my first time at this store. Glad I stopped in there. Ill be back.

I got a FANTASTIC quote for tires from Bobby, and AMAZING service from Rick who honored my quote prices I had gotten from Bobby a few days earlier as it was Bobby’s day off and wasn’t there to verify that I spoken with him! These guys took care of my high end wheels. Very professional. My guys Rick and Bobby are the go to guys for mount and balance when it comes the the car culture and stretch. all the right tools and equipment needed for a perfect install and not one scratch or complaint to include a quick turn around and fair price. Highly recommend them.

Had a appointment on June 25th at 1pm, I was running a little late and they still accommodated me. The manager even helped getting my bill paid with my new Discount Tire card. Very impressed with their professionalism and will be a repeat customer. On top of that the new tires and alignment performed were top notch.

We moved back home to Indy a decade ago and were thrilled to see them move into the area.Ive been in there for 3 separate service situations with 2 different vehicles in the past year and its exactly the same service, attention to detail, and professionalism that we left behind in Cincy. So happy to have a reliable team to count on for keeping the cars running and the family safe!

Great staff for a shop like this. They dont even try to hose you. Helped me out on a Saturday with 2 tires and a 4 wheel alignment when nobody else had time. Id go back.

This location was excellent! Very knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful employees. My sister and I were from out of town and having a bad trip trying to get back home, it was one thing after another. To make a long story short they stayed 45 minutes over to put 2 new tires on so we could make it home that night instead of having to get a hotel room for the night and heading back home the next day. Save yourself the headache, and just pay the extra money somewhere else. The people are nice but the quality of work is below Walmart quality. Bought 50,000 mile tires, the back two are completely down to the wires on the inside after 19,000. Out of a possible 48 months I got less than a year. I took it to the dealership before bringing it in to them to check out the back tires. What 4 separate verified machanics told me was not possible, Tire Discounters told me was the cause. And they called it before it happened. I was warned before, laughed at after, but seeing is believing. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. From what I was told I’m lucky to still have a functioning vehicle. But nice workers, I’ll admit

Three times our car has had to be taken to them, two times to fix the issue they created with our fan in our car when they replaced the air filter and put it in upside down. Now the fans sound like the car is going to catch fire all because of their screw up. Twice they have not fixed the issue, they have ignored it. Dont recommend using their services at all.

Great place!!!!! Friendly knowlegble staff great service. After blowout on highway and being towed to their compepitor it would be 2.5 hours to get tire put on I called this place from their lobby. They got me in and 20min later I was back on the road with the same tire the competition offered but $42 dollars cheaper. Will be back soon for the other 3 tires.

Amazing customer service from Keegan and Matt. I went in for new tires and oil change. It took them about an hr. They were very honest, fast, and reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was about 90 miles from home and I knew of the reputation of the Tire Discounters in my home town so when I had car trouble I asked the tow company to take me to the nearest TD. The staff went above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road. I cant thank them enough for what they did.
