Yesterday a young man helped get my mom the correct pair of shoes. My mom has Dementia. He was very nice and gentle with her. He worked with her like she was his own grandma. He was very patient with her. Thank you so much.

Every time I have went into this store, everyone there is super helpful and super welcoming! I have bought several shoes from Tradehome and let me tell you, these guys dont stop until they put you in the perfect shoe. I can be very picky so Im very impressed with how good of a job they do finding what I need! The owner/manger isnt too bad on the eyes either lol

This is not your typical shoe store. The customer service provided is exceptional and my husband and I always walk out with the perfect shoe! We love the extensive brands they carry from the stylish Pikolinos and large assortment of Hey Dudes, to the super comfy On Cloud running shoes. Tradehome Shoes is always a stop when visiting the mall. I Highly recommend!

I visited the Greenwood Park Mall today and the customer experience i received was amazing! The three boys in the store were so helpful and helped me pick out the perfect pair of birkenstock’s! Kam kept the store super clean and was so nice and Braxton was super attentive to anything i needed. Also super good looking. Anyways i will be visiting again.

They did not have the shoe my daughter wanted in stock, so they ordered it. The manager drove them 30 miles to my house in order for us to have them in time for her to take to college! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Will definitely buy shoes from here in the future! A+++ Service ...Highly recommend

I went into Tradehome Store in search for some comfortable black shoes for my girlfriend, who was quite frazzled after shopping all day. Tony took care of my lady and was extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

Went into the store in Greenwood, IN to look for new shoes for a Christmas gift for my son. He tried on two types of boots types. I realize the staff might be on commission but really, BE honest to your customers and tell them how much the shoes are at the beginning and let the customer decide. Dont be the pushy sales clerk that everyone hates dealing with. Im in retail and honesty is the BEST policy!! I wont be going there again!!! I will let others know not to shop there. Thank you Brad... Your pushy and dishonest sales technique lost a customer and future customers!!!
