Pretty fair prices on shoes... My first one was in Florida.. Good selection... Tho as the norm these days at shoe stores you really cant get someone who will help with some actual shoe selection.. I did have one employee help me with the foot measure thing... Not saying anything bad about the employees... The ones that had interaction with were very friendly! Yes i will continue to be a shopper here!

Needed a pair of converse and I had a pic of the pair I wanted and they didnt have that style but told me where to go. After realizing no one had that style I returned back to rackroom shoes to purchase a different color because they price point was $7 less than any other store in the mall.

The salesperson Jonathan was exceptional. He was very patient while my 2 grandchildren picked out their shoes

My friend and I went to the store in the Greenwood Park Mall, and let me tell you that the service was awful! The first time we went there, we were charged twice for one pair of shoes, because the worker ran it through two times, and told us (rudely) to call a specific phone number just to get the money back, which took over a week to get back. Then we recently went there today 06/06/21. The service was absolutely terrible, we went to go return a pair of shoes, only worn once, to see how they fit on my friend. We then tried to return them, because they indeed did not fit right, and the lady was extremely rude, saying we are not returning worn shoes, like of coarse they were worn at least once, you have to see if they fit alright. She then had the nerve to judge what my friend was wearing and said would you return that shirt youre wearing? She was so rude and was harassing what we were wearing. If you want to shop, I would be advised that they pretty much dont really have a return policy. They do, but the shoes cant be worn, so once you put them on they are non returnable!? Might as well not even sell shoes there then at that point! That would be like ordering gross food, and saying you cant return because you took a bite out of it. Its whatever at this point, we wont be shopping there again!

It was nice my first time going there.The lady that helped me was great she was the manager or lead think her name was Kerri.

Don’t list something you have, which you absolutely do not even carry in the style at your store ; it’s one thing being out of the sz but advertising that you carry it when you really don’t is not right

Great deals. Great selection. This store will order shoes for you and ship them to your home. They have a very good rewards program. Nearly all of their products are buy one and get one 50% off. The employees will tell you about the deals if you are not already aware of them.

The quality of shoes simply suck! Especially the boots. They raised the prices and then put this boot on buy one get one free or buy one get one 1/2 off sale but its not worth it and the selection is terrible.
