Just wanted to take a second and compliment this location. I recently brought in our car (walk-in/no appointment) to this location for our first service with Dreyer and Reinbold. All I can say is WOW, the experience from start to finish was above exceptional. Rachel and Elizabeth are true professionals and your location is lucky to have them!
This was my third time bringing in my car and Jacob was so helpful. He gave excellent customer service and kept me in the loop rather it was by text or a call. He totally gives off good energy and he kept me smiling.
Car goes to dealership undamaged. Leaves dealership damaged. Dealer claims they didn’t do it of course. Funny how the damage is on the exact part they were working on. Must have been some magical fairy that snuck into the shop the night before I picked the car up.

Went in to have my headlights looked at, ended up being to pricey but they replaced a recalled cable, afterwards I had airbag and seatbelt alarms they couldn’t fix, car was worse off than when I came in, they told me a couple days for my key fob, just went in during normal business hours and service department is gone at 1pm and it’s been 2 weeks haven’t heard about my key fob. Literally payed $600 just to be messed with and have my car worse off. Wouldn’t recommend. Only good side was the “face” or person I talked to Joseph was very helpful and friendly. Other than that service was TERRIBLE.

After taking my BMW to an authorized shop included in my warranty plan and waiting for two weeks only to find out nothing had been done, I insisted it be taken to Greenwood Dreyer & Reinbold. The service I received was absolutely perfect. Love my 335i and love D&R. You guys rock.

If the review was based on cleanliness, they definitely would get 5 stars! By far one of the cleanest dealerships that Ive seen. However, the reason for removing 2 stars is simple - unable to work with the original person (elizabeth kolter) who handled my first repair, neglecting to email me back and the other due to high costs in repairs. I understand the technicians are certified BMW specialist, however, its not affordable for the middle class. If costs arent a concern and you arent worried about competitive pricing, overall, I would suggest this dealership. Just be prepared to be nickle and dimed for anything needed, especially on parts!
Craig Moore was awesome! My sister and I were trying to get home from our trip and it was one thing after another. We needed 2 tires replaced but didn’t have the special tool to unlock the tires. We ran in after closing and Craig greeted us came out and unlocked the tires for us so we were able to get them changed and head back home that night. Thank you!

Took my 06 VW Passat in to have the steering lock replaced and reprogrammed based on the error car was giving me. They end up sending a text message saying that I need to purchase an additional steering lock, as they dont warranty their parts and labor, and also wanted to literally charge me 3x more for a full diagnostics then what was asked of me originally. Will be filling with better business regarding this experience. I would not trust the service, John, if my life depended on it. Went in for a 500.00 service to be told they now want 1400 to possibly get it fixed... Upper management needs to explain to John quit calling aggravated contacts Boss and quit misleading them in quotes. Looking for legal help...

I had my previous car serviced by them and my service advisor Elizabeth was/is amazing. I am excited to have her continue to be my service advisor for my X5. I also had the pleasure of meeting Paul during my most recent purchase. Paul, is fabulous, he made the car buying process the easiest one so far. I would highly recommend this team!

- [ ] My husband and I were in immediate need to purchase a car after an accident and we were a little weary of buying used because of the worry that we would get scammed. We decided to go with Dreyer and Reinbold because we figured since it was a higher end car dealership that we would be taking good care of. My husband loves cars and knows all the ends and outs about them. Can fix almost anything so he knows what he is talking about when a car problem arises. We spent a lot of money so we could get a nice reliable car as quick as possible to our surprise we had issues right away one including some sort of gas leak problem. I could smell gas the first time I sat in my husband’s new car he was so so excited about. We tried to contact the dealership for almost a week before we got a response. They toldUs to bring it in and that they will get it taken care of but instead they took the car and told us there was nothing wrong with it, when we picked up the car there was no gas smell like they had covered it up with some sort of chemical. While driving the vehicle home the gas smell became apparent again. The salesman was very rude and treated my husband like he did not know anything about cars and that nothing was wrong with it and that we had to deal with it on our own along with a issue of not being able to back up without car shutting down. Maybe because he was dressed in his work clothes instead of a suit and did lot look like a lot of the customers that come in they thought they could get one over on him. I am disappointed with how we have been treated and will never buy a used car again. We were even going to try and get a second car from here because we thought we got such a good deal at first but not now.. The customer service is horrible and this dealership is not one to trust. Thankfully my husband works on cars so we will make due but will deffinetly be out of a substantial amount of money without any remorse from the person who sold us this car. At a time like this I guess I just expect better from people in businesses that customer service is their most important job. We should be taking care of each other, not causing more problems than we are already dealing with. I hope others see this comment before they think of buying here,God bless
They did amazing job of taking care of me when my X5 had flat tire. They went above and beyond in helping me to sort out the situation of flat tire. They were about to close at 5:30, when I walked to get the tire to get it replaced elsewhere. The staff Elizabeth, technician and the store manager stayed there to have that tire replaced and took care of my car staying late after work hours. Thank you guys for your amazing customer centric focus and going above and beyond to help out. I highly appreciate it!!! Keep up great work!!!
Went to the dealership for regular service.Asked for a shuttle, they requested from Lyft on behalf of me. Took to and from office. I had mentioned about the alignment issue and they fixed it. Everything was very prompt, easy and straightforward.Hassle free. Thanks Elizabeth & the technicians!

They have terrible customer service for a BMW dealership, made an appointment to wait an hour.Specifically asked if they had a loaner vehicle when I made the appointment, got charged $50 by enterprise rental car before I could go look at the rental car. I walk outside and they give me a used minivan when I drive a BMW. I walk back in very unpleased I state my concerns with who I believe is the tall curly haired man maybe service manager? That the last time that they had my car I was given a loaner BMW because they had my car for almost a month forgot to do the service work I requested ended up arguing with a service advisor at the time. Why would you have your car serviced and not do $150 service when it’s already there for a month so I let it go and figured I would have it done this time along with the other work that needed done. Stating all of this to who I believe is their service manager he advises that he will find out what other rental car they can get me, they advised me it would be another 20 minutes for me to wait after I made an appointment, I left irate with this location immediately making an appointment for a different BMW dealership. I absolutely would not let them service my bicycle much less my car ever again, this place is a joke!

Took possession of a new car ordered by sales manager, Chad Spidle, during the pandemic. Amazingly, I received it just 2 months after it was ordered and that includes being transported across the ocean. My salesman, Paul Lungaard, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and efficient. My financial expert, Ron Dycus, was truly a guru with numbers and actually made the money process understandable. What a well oiled machine ! Thanks for everything guys !

Bought a used Mazda 6 couple weeks ago. Cody Stulley was great to work with. This car is immaculate, filled up gas, washed and waxed. I would definitely return to this dealership and feel comfortable purchasing used vehicle.
They did very good work and the car runs very well. They are like my dealership in the last town I lived in, too aggressive in suggesting repairs that cost a lot. In fact they were recommending more repairs than my car was worth. I liked the rental car provided and the quality of the work done.

Used Dreyer & Reinbold due to a break down while traveling. They were the closest dealer. Called and explained our issue, and arranged a prompt tow. The weekend conspired against us and the car was left at the shop.Next work day, after diagnosis, we got a written quote, that was very comprehensive. Thank you Elizabeth. We opted for only some of the services - no problem.Vehicle was ready when promised. As I was traveling from out of town, they helped me with a ride from the airport to the dealership (thanks Leon).Picked up the vehicle. Repairs were as promised.BOTTOM LINE: Great Service, Timely, but not inexpensive (as expected from a dealership). Thumbs up.Would recommend them. If I lived in town, they would definitely be my dealer.

As I am going around looking to gain information for my vehicle this is the second BMW dealership to withhold the part number from me. I believe it is their effort to not provide excellent customer service and have me wanting to shop there when I can but rather make sure it is as difficult to get the info I need and just give up. However that is not the case. I spoke with Mike in the parts department, while he was a nice guy Im sure that he would prefer me purchasing my $47.99 part from him so he gets the commission. I hope these dealerships begin to understand that when they say Oh we dont give out part numbers they are guaranteeing I will never shop with them. -From, Someone who can work with their hands.

Wouldn’t even give the service manager even one star. We have owned a BMW for so many years Icant count. We pulled into Greenwood Indiana BMWon a 89 degree day with our air conditioner blowing hot air. When we pulled in a very nice elderly man met us with such a nice demeanor and had us go to the desk my husband and daughter were met by a young lady and asked to go speak to her manager to see if they could help, we were then greeted by the winner of them all the glorified service manager who quickly let us know he’s backed up for weeks and could not help us. The manager never asked what is wrong I think he just wanted to warrant his staff being off by 5:00. We left and drove around trying to find help, as we were driving back home from the trip we had started we got a call from the infamous manager leaving a message with my husband on the phone he would keep his staff late and help us out so not more than 4 minutes later my husband called back and of coarse no answer.It has been my past experience with BMW service that if they can not help you with your car they always let you leave yours and they give you a loaner.We were seriously considering another new BMW, but with no regard and this bad experience we will be moving on from BMW from here on out. Sad to think a very non caring manager can have this kind of impact on a decision. I know there are many worse situations for many, but I have never ever experienced a manager of service for BMW such as this.

Not a good service. They took more than week to fix my car and over the phone they gave me estimated $500 to between $600 when I pick up my car they charged almost $1100 .dont trusted their estimate
The service advisor Shawn Downs does not reply calls. I left my car at 7:30am to check about leak. Tried contact 4 times during the day, left messages and even spoken with another associate to leave a message waiting his reply. Now is 6:20pm and nobody knows where is the car key neither if the service has been done. Need to wait for more 30 min for Enterprise bring me a car. Let’s see tomorrow!
I bought a 435 BMW from Coast to Coast at Keystone and 96 and have had issues ever since! I immediately tried to take it in three different times to get the issues fixed but was treated like a nuisance. Issues were never fixed so I brought it to BMW Reinbold and I have to say I was treated like royalty! I was greeted at the door, theyre doing a thorough check while its still under warranty and even provided me with a rental car, connections acted like they were lending me their arm or leg. I bought my last BMW from the Reinbold on the Northside. Great deal, beautiful car, kept it for 10 years I should have never went anywhere else in the first place.
I received my car back after service with a rear taped up window. They said it broke during the service and I would have to pay to have it fixed, because I should have known it was about to break.
Took a lo g time to get appointment, then they kept our BMW over the weekend plus 3 days. Performed all required work.Great customer service and free rental car (Toyota Camry) while our car was being serviced

I drove up to the dealership and saw at least 2 salesmen standing right near the door hovering like they do. I walk in and they both turn and walk away and act like they didn’t even see me. I stood there looking around for a second and they all kept acting like I wasn’t there. Thankfully a woman came out of an office on the other side of their showroom and asked me if she could help me. I was still flabbergasted that these two men completely disregarded me when I walked up to the door and came in but I told her I needed the parts department and wasn’t sure how to get to it. She helped me and was very kind. I’m very disappointed in the two men who blew me off. Do they just assume I’m not there to buy another BMW and have no use of me? Did they not want to address me because neither of them wanted to go outside in the rain in their black wool coats to look at vehicles for me? Who knows. The point is they are not good with customer service and they do not represent that dealership appropriately. I won’t go back except for to return this part they sold me that doesn’t fit my car even after I gave them my VIN. Nice place, not so nice employees. But thank you very much to the woman who helped me out.
I live close to the Dreyer & Reinbold BMW North and will still drive 45 minutes to Greenwood just to have my car serviced. My experience with the Elizabeth in Service was great. The technician went above and beyond to fix my warranty work.I would recommend Dreyer & Reinbold BMW South to anyone. They set the bar high for other dealerships.

Very poor service department. Scheduled an alignment a while back(2 weeks before my appointment)i told them i needed transportation and the assured me they would have a loaner or a rental for me, and when i went in they had nothing for me. Now they did recoup and fix the issue. However i scheduled an appointment to follow up on issues with the alignment on Monday 04/22 for next week (04/29)and i called Wednesday (4/24) with a rather urgent question and i was assured Shawn the service advisor would call me back same day. It is now Friday with no call and i have reached out multiple times to try and get ahold of ANYONE who can answer my question. Everytime i get some person in what sounds like a call center who “promises to send a priority note” which leads to nothing. Useless service, no communication. I will gladly drive to Lafayette to avoid either Dreyer Reinbold BMW.

I get better service at Ford for my F150! Dreyer & Reinbold BMW needs to take lessons from Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti. If I knew their service was so awful, I wouldve never purchased a BMW. For a luxury dealership, this is pathetic.
I had a service scheduled for my 5 series BMW. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. I had interacted with Elizabeth - she took care of all the problems and concerns I had. Overall a superb experience - would suggest this outlet to my friends and family.
I brought my 2014 bmw 435i in to get a squeaking pulley replaced. They also replaced they belt that was frayed. After I picked my car up I noticed a bit of rash on the back of the trunk lid on the driver side. A few days later brought my car back thinking it was from when they serviced my car. After Elizabeth and I looked at it see explained it looked like it was from where somebody and a spoiler there in the past but still offered to buff it out. I really appreciate there concern and I hope to be a life long customer. Elizabeth and Tasha are very kind and helpful and its comforting to know they work at this dealer which is the closest one to me!
They have great customer service. If you have your work on your car done there they will send you home in a rental until your car is fixed.

Had two oil change services done here. Both times the tire pressure monitors were not reset. Along with the service light the last time.Purchased car here and would never buy here again.Service manager is a complete joke!!Kyra the service advisor is a complete joke as well!!BMW should be ashamed of this dealership.

We were moving my daughter into her dorm in Bloomington, IN and planning to head home within the hour, 800 miles to NY when I noticed a bolt through the tread in my left front tire. With no BMW Dealers in Bloomington, in a panic I called Dreyer & Reinbold of Greenwood and spoke to the service advisor Elizabeth. Being an hour away, she wasn’t sure if she’d be able to get me in before they close. She checked inventory to see if they had my tire in stock. She asked the technicians if anyone would stay to repair the tire. Russell volunteered that if I could get there by 5 PM he would stay to fix it. I drove on the bolt half way there, heard it snap off on the way. When I arrived at 4:30 the light came on. With 20 lbs left in the tire, they took care of my tire in time for me to start my journey home. Props to Elizabeth for getting me in, russel for doing the repair and her colleague that stayed late to finish the paperwork (I apologize for not remembering his name. 5 stars at Dreyer & Reinbold for their service advisors and staff. Everyone there was welcoming and saved the day for my family and I.

I received an email to bring 2015 X4 into dealership because my internet was being discontinued even though I had paid for 8 years in advance ay $100 a year and it had only been 1 year. I was going to be given a prepaid $300 visa card in return. I took car in and I was told it was the wrong BMW. The email was for my wifes X3, not my X4. They shut my internet off anyway. I received no Visa card. I took back and they turned my internet back on. They cracked my dash when car was there and did not fix. 6 months later & my internet is shut off again. No visa card and no internet. Prior to this 8 years ago they stold my wifes CDs out of her car. Prior to that they put a big dent in her X1. They did fix that. Terrible!!!!!

Bad experience. Not willing to negotiate at all. So, unless you are walking in with intentions to pay their exact price, you wont have a good experience. A car lot that doesnt work with you or even try. Might be different if youre going to buy an infinity I was there to by a used chevy truck. Im a younger guy had my with wife me and felt like they just kept pushing me to agree to terms in the financing aspect that I was not comfort with, or that I wasnt a serious buyer. I guess they would rather have used 09 silverados take up space of where their fancy infintys could be sitting. 1 nice salesmen who was easy to talk to, other guys were douches walking around with their noses up. I walked out and went else where, with no problems on financing or coming to a good agreement on price. Their loss of a sale, wouldnt recommend anyone going there.
I really enjoyed coming here, they have excelent service, the guy that attended me is Kevin Williams, he did such a great job, they did a dyno on my car and when i got the results he explained everything to me from top to bottom, and i got to drink coffee, and read magazines while i was waiting for my cars dyno results, he also told me that i could watch tv while i was waiting for my car, really recomend this place 👌👌 i give it a 5 stars and thumbs up 👍
Our family is from San Diego, CA. We purchased a X1 in 2016 over the phone for our daughter who is attending college at Purdue university. We wanted a safe vechicle for our daughter because she isnt familiar with driving in the snow or heavy rain. Inga was are sales person, I cant express how amazing inga was with the whole process of purchasing the X1, and how she took care of our daughter. She went above and beyond her job description. My daughter doesnt have any family and didnt know anyone in Indianapolis. Our daughter flew out from San Diego to start college, Inga picked her up from the airport in her new X1. Went over everything with her. Inga has texted her and checked in with our daughter to make sure shes ok. She has also texted us to make sure our daughter didnt need something. Its so comforting to know my daughter has someone in Indiana to help her if she needs it. I absolutely love this dealership, even the service people are great. I cant say enough great things about this dealership.

04/14/2014 - Excellent Customer Service (Service Dept.) - my first experience with this dealership; I recently purchased a used FX35 from elsewhere, but discovered that a manufacturing defect was covered under warranty. Id called and made an appt. At the wrong location (when I wanted the Southside), but Karen was very accommodating and courteous. I was out the door and on my way, losing very little time given the confusion. The daily updates are great, and I thoroughly appreciate the informative communication. -more to come once the work is finished.
Best service experience I have ever had. I called the store, after talking to two other BMW dealerships, that told me they couldnt get my car in for up to 3 weeks, and Tosha was a breath of fresh air. I am sure I was frustrated by then, but she was awesome to deal with. She scheduled me for three days later and offered a rental vehicle while mine was getting serviced.When I arrived I met with Tosha and Kevin. What an amazing experience. The gentleman that met me in the service drive, sorry I dont remember his name, was professional and welcoming. Directed me in to Tosha and she was ready to assist me. Then Kevin came up and introduced himself and took me back to his desk. To my surprise...instead of just getting right to the point about my vehicle...he wanted to take a little time to get to know me.They gave me a rental vehicle...and not just some Nissan Versa...it was a nice vehicle. Took them over a day to correct my issue with my X6, but that was fine with me. I would rather it take some time and be done right the first time. Luckily everything was under warranty and my bill was exactly $0.00.Thank you Tosha and Kevin...I will have to steal some of your ways of doing business and introduce them to some of my business partners! Great job...and even though I live more than an hour away I will be coming to you for service from now on!
No one never greeted us. People who came in after us was greeted and helped before us. Not sure if it was because I am black but it was rude and stupid on their behalf because I end up getting a BMW X5 in Carmel, IN. Racist idiots!
Bad experiance they drop my brand new battery in trash because its not original they know its brandnew and i spend around 150$ and i can return it but they install original one ond take it as a core so i spend aroud 900$ but the proplem doesnt fixed after programing the new original battery my car still has same proplem so now i have to pay again for diognostic and labor and parts.run away guys before fall down inside the trap.
