It is a well kept high end store with nice but expensive clothes and personal items.I like to look around but seldom buy for myself, usually I buy gifts for others because of the quality and style.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff in every department especially Clinique, Chanel & womens clothing. The entire store & welcoming, knowledgeable associates are such a beautiful contrast to all the last years isolation of covid. Also love the live piano music...such a lovely ambiance to shop with my friend!!

My favorite place in Greenwood Park Mall. Love the holiday decor and the beautiful store even outside of the holiday season. This is the type of stores we had to shop in in my younger years and I wish they would come back. Love the shoe room as well. Von Maur is the place to go for above and beyond customer service and great products. Ive been shopping here for years and have never been disappointed.

As a young business professional, I was very disappointed in the womens business selection that Von Maur had available. The mens section downstairs was well labeled, easily visible, and had a large variety of options. However, when I asked an associate where the womens professional clothing was, she looked confused and suggested upstairs. After searching upstairs, I asked another associate where I might find the section. She took me to a tiny corner of the upstairs where they had 2 blazer options and a couple shirts and pants; there was no labeling of the section, and it was extremely difficult to find. I am personally offended and disappointed by this limited offering, as I feel it not only discourages young women from entering the business profession, but also excludes them from the industry entirely.

Von Maur is a nice store if you shop for expensive brand names. I got a pair of UGGs for Christmas and returned them and easily replaced them with Minnetonka boots and received a gift card for the remaining money. The person that served me was friendly, but at the same time, I felt I was being judged.

They have a great sale going!! My daughter got a $500 dress for under $200.

Come for the $400 sunglasses, stay *for hours* riding the escalator with your kids. They also sell ceramic sparkly donuts if youre into that sort of thing (which I am not, but FYI).

Always use their bathrooms. They are always clean.

I love Von Maurs upscale atmosphere and merchandise, especially love the piano music!!! Their employees are available, but not pushy. I do wish that they had a first floor restroom, since their escalators clear sides give me Vertigo! (The elevator is not convenient.)

Couldnt find jeans that i was looking for not alot of help there at all.

Its obviously a typical mall department store, but they are all decked out for the Christmas season and the decor was amazing. They also had a live pianist playing a grand piano next to the escalators on the first floor and he was amazing! Worth the visit to the mall just for that!

This is my all time favorite place to shop. This store is huge and has so much variety. . They have a great clothing area for mens, kids, teens, sports apparel and ladies clothing. They also have decorating for the home and a huge shoe area. I they have unique and good quality of clothing. I can always find something nice on the sale racks.

The best department store! It may be a little on the expensive side but there are always good deals with items on sale. They sell quality products and lots of unique items. Its a great place to shop for unique gifts and they also offer free gift wrapping, which is great if you need an immediate gift. The employees are always nice and helpful. They will hold items for you for a short period of time and also check other stores for items in different sizes if they dont have it in stock. The store also offers one of the best in store credit cards because they dont charge interest. The bathrooms are also the best and cleanest in the mall with a mothers room for nursing and changing babies. Definitely the best store at the mall. Just remember to check out the sales racks or sale room for shoes!

What a great salesman we had! We are on a tight budget and headed to my husbands mothers viewing and funeral. The salesman worked until he found a shirt in my husbands size that would work for what he needed. No easy task on a good day, let a lone what we have to go do. The salesman in the mens apparel was wonderful. Thanks for using your expertise to make this less than pleasant takes easier.

Pricey but a lot of merchandise.

Not very thrilled my wife was made to feel like Julia Roberts from Pretty Woman in there. I can understand if she was trying on a dress from Sachs 5th Avenue that cost $2,000.00 but not the $48.00 dress she intended to purchase. Come on people, you work at Von Maur as a clerk. I guarantee my bank account is bigger than yours.

Von maur has always been my go to place to find great gifts for my family. They have a great range of luxury items and casual apparel and trinkets as well. I would highly recommend, but it isnt the least expensive option so shop around if you are making a big purchase. This way you know youll get the best price. As expensive as this store is, for me its just a quicker passage to the food court. I love seeing the beautiful clothes and jewelry as I pass by, but I will never have the kind of money necessary to shop and buy there.

Upscale clothing. So it’s not inexpensive but yo can get some bargains if you shop. Great atmosphere and great support folks.

Always can find something for a good price. Plus no interest if you place it on your Von Maur card. Do not know any other company which has that unless you pay your balance off by their next payment cycle.

Always a large selection of beautiful clothes. I did purchase a cardigan here that began to unravel at the seam after wearing it only a few times. I took it to a seamstress to correct it.

Thanksgiving weekend. Signs of Christmas everywhere throughout the store. Piano player is very talented and the live playing means more and more every season. I went to Von Maur at Greenwood, IN for for some cosmetics. I got great help from the consultant, her name was Nadia. She was very patient and understood my skin tone and helped me to get a beautiful look. My husband was pleased! I highly recommend her.

Clothes only old people would wear, everythings is expensive to boot. Cant understand how a store this big that pretty much never has anyone in it actually shopping is still open. Only a matter of time I would say.

With a grand piano in the lobby and live music to caress your ears and friendly touches like complimentary alterations and friendly service, This is truly the ideal customer experience. Walking around the shoe section: not a box is out of place or scattered around the floor, the aisles are clean and clear of clutter and appear freshly vacuumed. The displays are thoughtfully arranged and curated to show the best and the walls feature small eye catching pieces rather than the wall to wall racks of clothing one typically sees. Personalized service and refined taste give the impression that regardless of whether you are spending $20 or $300 you are experiencing a high class excursion.

First time in the store. I found Brighton jewelry. My down fall . Lol. Had a very nice selection. And, we had a very nice sales person. Will go back.

The delightful woman in the ladies handbag area is so nice and helpful. She always makes a point to chat with us for a bit. Shes a wonderful addition to our trips to the mall and Von Maur.

This is such a beautiful store. I received assistance by Carla, she works in the ladies formal wear department. Her customer service was the best experience that Ive had since the early 1980s. Ive been blind since 2010 from a traumatic injury that I sustained while on active duty. Carla loaned me her elbow & escorted me into the dressing room. She gave me descriptions of everything & spoke so kindly. Then Carla introduced me to the lady who does alterations; she was also polite & kind. Normally I go into stores & Im ignored and struggle to make purchases. Carla made my experience the best! Thank you!

Well since you asked, it was highly uneventful. I was just passing through as an entrance to the rest of the mall. Although I always find the music pleasant and the smell of fresh flowers was amazingly aromatic and diluted the stripper smell usually encountered when passing through the perfume/ makeup area. I will continue to use this store as a pass through to the rest of the Greenwood Park Mall.

Beautiful clothing if you are smaller than me (size 18W) and under 40. All of the gowns I tried to find were too small (largest in the gowns was a 14). So over to ask someone for help, and they take me to the older womens area. I love seeing grandmas in some of these, but would NEVER wear these things myself. I asked the young woman if there was anything younger for my size. And the answer is no. Unless I want a pantsuit that I would swim in. The girl was trying but formal gowns and size 18W just do not exist in this store. I had to spend a small fortune at Davids Bridal instead.

LOVE this store. While it is definitely on the high end side, it has a lot of selections and you can sometimes find really good sales. Also they have a lot of perfumes and makeups that are hard to find .
