I have been to this store several times for my ring getting resized, and every time Brandon and Adam were extremely helpful. My fiancé and I stopped in this weekend to get our wedding bands and I said I would wait for either Brandon or Adam because they are so good at what they do! Now during this visit, we were under the assumption of an active shooter in the mall. Brandon directed us to the back room with the other associates and proceeded to close the gates to the store (literally risking himself to make sure we were safe.) Adam and the other associates made sure we were okay, and soothed us while waiting in the back room.They handled the situation greatly and I am so very thankful.

I love this place. Brandon is really in his customer service skills. Hes the only one I prefer to deal with. The others are very good as well but Brandon goes beyond making sure his customers are happy. As long as he stays in this store, I will continue to buy from this store

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Sales associate came over to us ( next in line), ask what we needed help with today. I said I would like to take a look around. Im buying something but not sure what. She then said I would have to wait until one of other sales associates to get free. Obviously she didnt have time for us since I wasnt sure what I wanted to buy. Then she walked off. So I left. If you dont have time for me, dont ask if you can help me.

Web site shows open....not open but sales associates in store. If not open change your web page. Some people are on a schedule and plan their time accordingly., especially during covid in order to be safe.

The way that Kays is handling this reopening situation is incompetent and unprofessional. They are holding my wedding set hostage at the Greenwood Park Mall location. They took my money and I have no product to show for it. My wedding anniversary is next month and all I keep getting is the run around. My husband has emailed the manager Brandon Wills with no response. I would expect at least curbside pickup but no. Im not the only one either, there are PLENTY of others who have placed orders and have gotten piss poor communication regarding their items. I will NEVER shop here again.

Had my wedding rings resized after having a baby last year. They came back to the store March 18th and I got there as soon as my job would allow(4:00). This was the start of all stores closing due to covid and the mall was open but the gates to Kay were shut. Two Employees were still inside, a man and woman. I begged them to please give me my rings. They were paid for and just needed picked up. This man working kept repeating “we’re closed. We’re closed. We’re closed. Were closed.” That’s all he kept saying- my words didn’t matter and were not heard. I left very upset and over two months later still no idea when I will be able to collect my wedding rings.

We have been doing business with Kay for many years and have been satisfied with their products up to this point. On March 8th I came into the store and ordered my wife a Mother’s Day gift that was to arrive on March 25th. Prior to it’s arrival they shutdown due to COVId 19 which I understand, but when I called their customer service line to ask for my purchase to be delivered to my home they refused to do so. The store still has not opened (and hasn’t posted when it will open) and now I can’t reach anyone for an update on whether my jewelry even shipped from the manufacturer. I could not be more dissatisfied in the way they are handling this shutdown. They have my $700, I have nothing to show for it, no one will respond to emails, and I can’t get anyone on the phone. Once I receive this I will not be doing business with Kay Jewler again.

Good people, great service. We had to exchange a ring due to me wearing it to work and damaging it. Brandon was quick to assure us all was going to be taken care. He took extra care to get us more than satisfied! His concerns and customer service were outstanding. We will return for all our jewelry needs.!

If you shop at this store make sure you see Amanda or Lisa. They are the best and will help you with anything you need. They are professional and courteous. If you happen to go to the Columbus store make sure you ask for Tonya. She is also the best. We have purchased merchandise and had repairs completed and have not had any issues.

Went in to look around since My husband and I were thinking about buying new marriage sets, AS SOON as I told them our budget it was like they were disgusted with us and were very stand off the entire time.I have never felt more humiliated in my life and I make decent money.WOULD NOT recommend to my worst enemy!

I’ve purchased two rings from here in the past few years. My first ring broke about a month after receiving it but I gave them the benefit of doubt and decided to try again with a different ring since they offered in store credit. My second ring ended up breaking AGAIN, but I was smart enough to purchase a warranty since my first time around I wasn’t being smart. I called the store and asked what all the warranty would cover if I brought my ring back in to have it fixed, I wasn’t sure if I had to pay anything because when I purchased my ring they didn’t explain it. The lady on the phone started laughing and just kept saying “YES YOU HAVE A WARRANTY, ITS A LIFETIME WARRANTY!” She was being extremely childish and all I wanted was a “yes or no” to if I had to pay anything to have it fixed. It’s safe to say the quality they use is trash and I won’t be returning to this particular store.

Terrible service. The lady that helped me was great, and Im not writing this review based on her. However, I ordered a simple wedding band. I guess thats called a special order. I wouldnt know because it was my first time buying jewelry. I was told it was going to be in by the 25th of Feb. It didnt come in. I was okay because I know sometimes things happen. I called back about a week later. The man who answered seemed rude and like I was inconveniencing him. He still couldnt tell me where my ring was and he also didnt call anyone to try and find out where it was. Another week later I called, same thing happened. It was the same man who answered the other times before. He had the same attitude every time. Then I called for the last time and he finally got in contact with the lady I was working with and she called and found out the distributor said it got lost. They then told me it would be another two weeks. My question is why he couldnt call them the first time I asked where it was when it was late. Why did it take an entire month?I finally got the ring, but then another thing happened. I had my sister in law pick up the ring because I put her name on the order as well as mine. The man was rude and acted again like she was inconveniencing him. I wasnt going to say or write anything about my experience but once she told me how she was treated receiving the ring I was over it. You see, I have never written a negative review about any business even if I was a little bit unhappy because life goes on, but this was over the top.My husband and I still have to purchase my wedding band, but I will never buy from Kay Jewelers again. I will also inform my family and friends about my experience if the opportunity for that type of conversation opens.I dont write this to discourage or put down the business but the costumer is never an inconvenience to the company. If anything the company is an inconvenience to the costumer. That is why you are in business. To serve. By serving you get clientele. I hope this helps you as a company so you can grow in the future. Took my ring to get fitted. Called two weeks later to see if it was done. She said well we tried calling on the 25th of October but it rang busy. Excuse me? This is a cellphone. It never rings busy. And for two, you guys never thought to call again! Thats been 8 days since they said they called me. I wont be returning to this location.

Bought a mens ring with 4 rows of diamonds. The diamonds keep falling out and I get them replaced about every 6 months. And I keep my warranty upto date. Now they are trying to charge me 142.00 to have it fixed this time. Not going to happen, they arent answering thier phone. The past couple of years this location has suffered with employee turnover and lack of customer service.

I just returned my engament ring. I had to have the stone replaced, then it fell out again not even a month later. My boyfriends ring was ordered wrong so it took two months just to get his simple band. The workers were super nice and understandung, but the quality is terrible.
