Dennis was amazing. He gave his input on bar stool designs we were looking at and stayed past closing to help us make a selection. He was very attentive and polite. He even rendered some 3D models for us so we could see what the finished product would look like.

When we originally purchased our dining table and chairs in 2017 the service was good with no issues. However, in the past several months I have attempted to get in contact with someone from the office to potentially order more chairs. I have left a voicemail, my husband has left a voicemail and I have called several additional times where no one has answered. Ultimately no one has returned our call so we will be going elsewhere for all future purchases.

Out of all the furniture stores I’ve been to this was by far the best! They have a huge selection and were very patient helping me find the perfect dining room chairs. We’ve had them for a few months now and have held up to life with a toddler so I know they’re excellent quality. Highly recommend!

Maybe if I went in person I would have better luck, but so far Im far from impressed. Ive called the Greenwood location multiple times during business hours, but no one ever answers, and they apparently dont answer their voicemail messages. So, I thought, what the heck, Ill try the Northside location. After all, I just want to find out the price of a dining chair, since they dont include that information on their website. That location DID answer the phone, but then after answering when she asked how she could help me, she told me to call back later because she was busy writing a ticket up for a customer. Dont worry, Ill save you the hassle and time from writing a ticket for me, since well just look for new dining chairs elsewhere. Ridiculous!

For well over a year, I’ve looked at kitchen tables and chairs from tons of local furniture stores and online shops, trying to find the perfect set for my relatively small kitchen. I wanted good quality without paying a fortune. Fortunately, I found it when I stumbled upon Dinetteland in Greenwood. I couldn’t believe how much they had to choose from! The prices are very reasonable, and everything I looked at was top quality. Dennis (the manager) was so kind, patient, and not at all overbearing. I don’t like being constantly followed by a store’s staff as I shop, and he knows how to strike the perfect balance of giving customers privacy without ignoring them. If you love a certain table but don’t particularly care for the chairs, they offer a multitude of options to help you find just what you’re looking for. Our furniture was delivered on a very rainy day, and they took special care to prevent it from getting wet. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had great service when we initially got there and ordered, was told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery, turned into 11 weeks. Was told it would be delivered first thing in the morning and it didnt arrive til 7:00 p.m. Not to mention that I had to keep calling them and checking in on the delivery of the item. When it arrived, only one delivery guy, me and my son had to help unload it and then when he went to put it together a $2000+ table had to be torn apart with a crowbar and turned around for the legs to fit correctly. Nice product, however, WILL NOT go back.

Dinetteland has a HUGE selection of actual dinning sets; other all-purpose furniture galleries may have huge selection of furniture, but boiled down they mostly have just bedsets, sofas, and mattresses, yet lack in dining sets. Having been exhausted from being asked to look thru other stores catalogs due to limited selection (I wanted to see the sets in person else I could of just shopped online), Luckily I found Dinetteland after realizing a Dinette isnt plates and tablemats like I thought, but exactly what we were looking for! Dozens of dining table sets, without a floor full of sofas!Having a specific granular list of must haves, with so many to see all at once we were able to find a set we are excited for and get to pick it up this weekend!Not being a bigbox store, I was a little worried on price, yet price worked out great as well! Id guess since they dont have 5 ideling salesmen waiting for you to come in the door like a car dealership (their wages add to your cost), instead this place is a family owned company with a smaller staff to be able to get our solid wood table at a great value.

Dinetteland has a lot of great options if that’s all you’re looking for. The prices are more on the high end. So, if you’re trying to be a bit conservative with your money, I would not recommend here. My issue, though, was Dennis. He was polite but not very warm and welcoming. What I truly did not appreciate, was him lying to me. He only wanted cash payments and stated if I wanted to pay with a credit card, he would charge me 10% more because those are the interchange fees he gets charged. Just so everyone else is aware, most major credit cards charge retailers about 2% with Amex being in the high end sometimes charging up to 3.5%. Because of that situation with Dennis, I could not allow myself to complete a purchase there.

Dinetteland helped my Mom with the purchase of 4 barstools (custom) and table and 4 chairs. The barstools came in ahead of schedule and everything was delivered to her new home. The barstools will be durable and stable for her 3 young grandchildren. All the items look beautiful! Thank you!

We purchased our kitchenette set from Dinetteland and were very happy. We decided to purchase our dinning room set from there as well. We got it home in the box and noticed the box was damaged with what appeared to be fork lift marks. As we opened the box the styrofoam packing was heavily damaged in the same spots as the fork lift marks on the box. Unfortunately when we removed the protection film there were the same marks matching the fork lift marks on box in the table. Huge gouges heavily damaging the table . We immediately called and we told Dennis the manager was on a buying trip and we would need to discuss this with him. Not what you want to hear when something like this happens. We immediately took it back ourselves. Left it there and waited. We told the person in charge we felt like we did our part and beyond for bringing it back. When it was replaced we expected it to be delivered. When we did speak with Dennis he did make it right but we told we would be charged for delivery. VERY poor customer service. Were lead to believe up untill we spoke with Dennis that we might not have it replaced and stuck with the damaged table. Then to be told we would be charged is unacceptable. Poor attitude as well. No apology, just plain rude. Never vwill be back.

I went to 5/6 of the “name brand” stores to find a dinning room table wasn’t happy with the selections available,walked right into dinettland found exactly what I was looking for!

Walked into Greenwood store was greeted then allowed to look without feeling hovered over.Many brands and styles to choose from.

Walked in to Castleton store and was not greeted. I walked the whole store and not one said a word to me. I left because I felt disrespected. I called the greenwood store to ask a question about a product and was told they were not allowed to use the computer to see if they have product in stock. Wow.
