9 years on a 10 year warranty. They rejected our warranty says that we do not have a proper support system. Mattress Firm delivered and installed this mattress, did not point out improper support at the time of delivery. Warranty does not stipulate that it “must” have metal frame. They offer a 30% discount. This warranty is a scam in my opinion. Not honest business practice. The photo on left is there suggestions, the one on the right is my setup. My family had an excellent experience at this store. The gentleman working was personable and helpful, and he applied the current special to our purchase even though it didnt technically qualify. We went in to choose a new mattress for our sons big kid bed and were not disappointed. Luckily the one we went with was in stock so we were able to go home with it the same day.

Was in need of a new mattress and was wanting a adjustable bed frame. I found them both here at a really great price. You can either have your bed set financed here to make set payments weekly-monthly at 2 different payment arrangement (a yr -2 yrs total payments) or be able to pay for it outright. I was able to find a quality mattress for around 650 and the adjustable frame for nearly 300. Both were on clearance which is still great, both comfort and $$$ saver. I recommend checking in with them, see what impresses you and also ask what kind of deals they have.

Val helped us this weekend, and he was awesome. They had so many different options in many different price ranges. Val did not try to sell me anything outside of my budget, and listened to what I needed! I got a free base (no box spring needed!) that moved the head of the bed up, which was a great perk! I also got $200 off my mattress, a discounted mattress protector, and affordable delivery. They will take my mattress and box spring from my house, too! It only took two days for it to get delivered to my house. All around a great experience. I highly recommend!!!!!!!

Recently moved to Bargersville, time to replace bed. Looked up mattress store Mattress Firm was the closest retailer. Had a great experience with Anthony. I will highly recommend this store and Anthony to anyone that asks.

At first we thought we got a great deal. Craig was awesome and easy to work with and we got a mattress at a great price. However when the mattress actually was delivered there were 2 stains on it. Then the Mattress Cover that we purchased was ALSO stained when we took it out of the box! Luckily through fussing with them over the phone they agreed to give us our money back on the mattress cover. In then end the mattress was great and we finally got a good nights sleep.

My husband and I arrived to the location just minutes before closing time on a Friday night. Val was more than happy to help and did not rush us and we really appreciated that. We had a mattress picked out ahead of time but he also gave us a quick run down of what they had to offer, as well as a coordinating adjustable base. I know we probably could have shopped online or at a warehouse store and got this mattress set cheaper, however sometimes it is nice just to have the personal interaction with someone to talk through your choices. The delivery and setup went smooth, and they arrived exactly when they said they would.

Did not deliver as promised. I am wondering if my mattress was a floor model. I mentioned to the guy at the desk when the headboard brackets came in (2mos after purchase) that on one side I seemed to sink into a hole after sleeping on it. The other side seemed fine, so changed to see if it did the same thing and it didnt. He seemed displeased of me mentioning this and just shrugged. Never said a word. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM MATTRESS FIRM AGAIN. And this was no small purchase.
