Extremely dissatisfied. I placed order on November 23 and was told it would be shipped within 2-3 days. They also advised me that they could ship it to me and that they would call. That NEVER happened. I tried contacting them on the 3rd and actually spoke to someone on the 4th who informed me oh yes he has my order and it has been there for some time but that he will call me the next day (the 5th) to let me know it was shipped. Todays the 6th and guess what I still have heard absolutely nothing. :( Dont shop with them because there is no guarantee you will receive what you paid for!!!
