While I feel they are a bit expensive, the memories made there seem well worth the cost. Took my daughter and her friend for a special keepsake from their fun filled girls only weekend. They both chose their stuffed animals along with outfits and had a blast naming them and creating their keepsakes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The girls felt like royalty that day! The store was clean and not very busy during our visit.

Such adorable gear to spoil those grandchildren of mine with an individual, hand-picked stuffed animal. They can get all sorts of things to make their bear unique. Inside and out! Be sure to bring a fat wallet though 😉

Spent a ton on a bear but the memories are priceless... so!! The people that work here are the nicest ever!! My daughter loves coming here... Im not sure if thats so good for my wallet, lol!! I wish they had help in every store like they do in Build-A-Bear! Maybe the world would be a nicer place?!? Lol!!

A very nice store. They arent too busy right now with the pandemic and whatnot and they have the store set up so you can be socially distanced even as they make your new favorite fuzzy friend.

Build A Bear Workshop is such a cute place for all ages! Variety of stuffed animals for anyone to pick from, you can customize with scents and sounds and you get to help stuff your bear. So many cute outifts for every occasion! You get to name your new stuffed animal, as well. Such a cute place for kids, dates, or just for some good old fun.

First time @ BAB with my 7year daughter. She had been saving her money up for this visit. She knew she wanted the Elsa bear and dress. We quickly picked her out and headed to the accessories. We got the cool shoes and frozen dress and waited in line to get her stuffed. While in line we picked out a great smell and had to add a song to make this bear special. My daughter was so happy and when she put the heart in her bear her day was made. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that was there today that helped us. We appreciate you.

This was my first time and I loved it, it was the coolest thing building your own bear giving it a heart beat picking out clothes and signing the birth certificate

It was a little cramped with so many people, but the staff did a great job keeping things moving and kids happy. They were friendly and patient. The bears/plushies themselves are high quality, and you can take a bear back for maintenance free of charge if something happens. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back.

Replaced my daughters bear that got list being delivered. Easy to talk to on phone about the missing bear. Quick to fix and look into it. Thanks.

Great COVID Policy only let a certain few in at a time. Whole staff was friendly, but when my wife asked if they had any bear sounds his response was well Bears sound naturally aggressive so no. Not sure why this is a response and not sure why you cant get a bear sound at Build-A-Bear...???

My grandson got a beer for his birthday he loves it. It was really fun. We got lots of clothes for the bear and accessories. We were offered a coupon but you had to spend $5 to get the $10 so we passed the offer. We came back to get one more accessory I asked if I could use the coupon and they said no it was too late. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

While this place is the 8th Circle of Parent Hell (Chuck E. Cheese being the 9th), the staff was awesome, amd made the experience as good as could be expected. 😁

I think her name was Jasmine, today we celebrated our sons 3rd birthday, so we got him a bear and our daughter her first bear, not his first but this was our best experience!!! We had a few bumps in the road with his party (not here ) and bad customer service at multiple places, so going somewhere and receiving great service from her was so pleasing!! She was the first employee to ever give him the full experience even though hes only 3!!! We will be looking for her every time we go, thank you so much !!!

For as busy as it was the line moved super fast and the staff was AWESOME.

Staff was totally not interested in assisting my 2 year old son and his friend on his birthday...Including the manager. There were not any other customers in the entire store, but the employees were standing around talking to each other while my child and guest tried to figure out the whole BAB process on their own. The employees seemed annoyed that they had to even stuff the kids bears. I went in planning on spending a substantial amount of money, but Im glad I did not. This was my first visit and I will never return to this location .I do not recommend

We took our 2 year old son and he had a blast! The staff were so cute and sweet. We had an awful experience in the parking lot but they totally made up for it. They treated our son with such kindness and even made jokes with us it was such and enjoyable experience! Those ladies deserve a raise.

This is super fun for kids, you have to take your kid here at least once and let them pick all the clothes and stuff, but its really a money trap for parents. So expensive. Youre gonna spend $60+ on a bear. But like I said, its so so fun for kids.

We came here 1 year ago to get our son his first Build-A-Bear ( He got Chewbacca). Sam was great, we came back today 1 year later and she was there again, she always has a smile on her face and just makes you feel welcomed.

Very friendly place, love the product abd my daughter and grand son loves there stuffed animal they built. Highly recommend you visit at least once!

So flipping pricy. My child saw the Batman and Joker bears but then we realized that you had to still buy the accessories separately. Seriously - a BATMAN bear and you have to buy the mask and suit separately ???
