Bed bath and beyond had everything we needed and awesome quality! They even helped me find more affordable options. I needed square pillows they had them for $30 or $10 and they helped me find the $10 option that I wouldnt have known about other wise!

Looked well stocked. We found everything we were shopping for. They seemed a bit short staffed.

Found what we needed, with a little difficulty.

I went yesterday to buy Christmas gifts. The younger girl/lady that checked me out was beyond nice. I went in today to return one idem. Had the idem, receipt and card that I paid with. She told me I couldn’t return it a the return desk I had to go to the back of the checkout line. There was 20 to 30 people with no exaggeration waiting in that line. My return was fast and easy! I’m not sure why they made me go to the back of the shopping line when I was returning one item and they would not let me return at the return register. I just left the store. I will go to Bloomington Bed Bath and Beyond from now on. They are very accommodating and friendly, even durning Christmas madness.

Nice place just to expensive especially when a one little package of baby wipes was $6 ridiculous price.

In store purchases very good but strongly suggest you not purchase anything on line. Placed an order 3 weeks ago and its still shows as in transit.

Found several storage containers for the kitchen. This is the best place to find the color to match my other pieces. Lots of new products and great selections.

They dont sell or can order bedspreads. They only have comforters. What happened to a good ol bedspread. Its getting worse to find what you want.

I got to the store and picked curbside pickup. No one ever came even though they were not busy at all. I had my pickup barcode ready on my phone. Guess what, they needed my ID which was in the car. I had to go back and get it and when I was done I said you guys really need to work on your pick up procedure since no one ever came outside and the girl didn’t say a single word. Just looked at me.

I went into this store tonight around 5:30 to 6pm with my husband. At first our experience was good. We were looking for kitchen knives and an employee asked us how we were doing. We said we were fine and didn’t need any help and found some knives that we liked. When we got to the register we had about $100 worth of kitchen stuff we wanted to buy. There looked like there was an issue in the return department so there were 2 employees trying to take care of a customer. This is excitable to me and I can understand that this can occur. This gave us time to look around. There were 3 employees in the registration department, and 3 employees stoking shelves very close to the registers. That makes 8 employees, at least 4 of these employees looked directly at us while we waited with no one else was in line. Only one employee said she would be with us shortly and that was the one helping with the return. I do not fault her for this. We stet the items down on the counter and left. This is why people prefer to shop on line. There where soooo many employees around but apparently only one knows how to use the register... this is ridiculous.

The best thing is their coupons. Dont ever go without them. I ordered 2 items for pickup and this stores service desk area is in bad form. They had one side blocked so you couldnt form a line, so I had to try and stay out of the way of customers waiting in the regular checkout queue until it was my turn, then back my basket into the service desk area. The cashier was nice, though, and they have a lot of quality merchandise if you have time to shop around.

A place to go find most anything you need in kitchen, bed or bathroom stuff. Always find more than I can afford, so thank goodness for their coupons! Great selection of k-cups whether looking for coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Highly recommend!

Very FUN shopping experience. Way crowded and all at once everyone went to check out. Major traffic jam. One lady took charge and pretty soon we were all accounted. She also had collected numerous coupons which she readily shared with everyone who wanted them. A completely Christmassy experience. Major FUN! Made my day!

In my opinion this is one of the better locations in the Indy metro area. Anytime that Ive actually needed help I have found it easily and theyre always friendly and very helpful. I visit this store probably once a month at least because they always have what I need, and I usually have a 20% off coupon in hand, or on my phone. I dont feel that the prices are too high, and usually am surprised to find them lower than I expected. The selection is always good, rarely do I need to order what I need because theyre out of stock. Every trip I always poke around the store and always seem to find something new that I cant live without.

Fun store to go through and look, even if you dont make a purchase there. Depending upon the items, some are pricey, and others are priced reasonable.

Im not a big shopper so I went to your store and had them print out a bridal gift registry and employee name Tina helped me read the registry how to figure it out and she even took me to the item that I picked out and then she went as far to show me where the free gift wrapping was so Tina made my day! I like BB&B and they have a great selection of good quality products for your home. Most of the items they sell come with an excellent warranty/guarantee that most people dont even know about apparently.BB&B have sales regularly,&I have been happy with most of the purchases Ive made there.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! Our home location closed down and now the $400 neto vacuum we bought and had already malfunctioned cannot get exchanged. The manager was rude raising her voice that she doesnt care its just bad luck our location closed down. If you cant stand behind the products you sell then have some dignity and dont sell them. I truly hope the rest of the locations close down like it did in Columbus Indiana. WONT ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE!!!

Thought I bought a new $100 Chef knife only to find it was a used/dirty knife that had been returned. It seems they allow returned merchandise to be sold as new. Be aware, and if you chose to patron them check the items in the box(es) before leaving the store.
