My husband and I bought several items at this store. We got home to find out that we had forgotten to grab our saw horses that we had purchased. The young employee called our home and left a message that we had forgotten them. What a great thing to do. We appreciated that so much. We knew we had forgotten them after we got home but in the meantime he had called and left a message.That is great service.

Went here for possum traps... They were all out.. Employees were super nice. Checked across the street at rural king and sure enough... They had them..

They dont offer the unbeatable deals they once did, but if you need a tool for cheap theyre still the place to go.

Girl manager refused to help customer she told the customer that his stuff was not there.. after driving all the way there the girl manager acted like she lost it and told the guy to go to different harbor freight where his stuff was not located at it was an hour away from that store .. to realized that his stuff was at the location he was at. After customer left she was talking to guy cashier that she didnt want to help the guy because he was ugly...

Its already cheap but in the recent couple of years they have really come along as far as their selection of quality options goes. It doesnt matter how you spin it is always been known for being cheap unfortunately that rolled over into their quality also. But it had its purpose if you only needed a specific tool for maybe one job possibly two or if you know youre going to tear it up you dont want to spend a lot of money at a big box store Im one of these large brand names so it was always a give-and-take there. For the longest time you had pretty much one option of each tool now theyve got a multitude of quality levels Im just about all of the tools especially the most used common hand tools and power tools a lot of items you can get any, grade 5 mid level or what they call a pro I think its a little bit below that but its probably more then the average DIY guys going to need one recommendation now little no secret download the app for Harbor Freight coupons and the settings of it you can find some user-uploaded coupons that can really benefit you

I work with my hands everyday and sometimes when you need a tool and you dont have a lot of money the swing in 2 harbor freight and grab what you need Ill be honest they do have some low quality tools but some of them have lasted many years worst case scenario take it back get your money back but every time I go in there I feel like a kid in a candy store

Great place to kill a lunch break and browse. Never have I seen a dirty HB store, not just this location either. And an awesome staff that greets you and asks if youre looking for a particular product that he or she can help you find.!!! I dont care if its just done because they have to ask but the true cohesiveness between staff and customer makes you feel like you are a person. Great place!

Bought something and realized it was the wrong thing and turned around to go back in and return it at exactly 7:00pm and the girl there rudely told me they were closed. I will not be going back to harbor freight!

I really went to Dollar Tree next door.But my son has been in Harbor Freight and he has liked it.he said prices were reasonable and cashier friendly.

Harbor Freight has great prices in great coupons. My only request would be that when they have a long line and they open up a new one that they dont take the last person in line but instead the next person in line.

The store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. As with everything you get what you pay for. Do your research online before buying expensive tools, some could be had here cheaper for not much less quality. As far as this location goes, I have no complaints. The store is bright, its easy to find things, and the staff periodically walks the isles offering their assistance.

If your looking for cheap tools that may or may not last this is the place to go. Its nice being able to buy a drill and beat it to death while working because it didnt require a down payment to buy. The tent sales are nice as well.

Every time I go I have an A-1 experience. I have bought many tools and equipment and I have never had a problem, not one time. Although the brand names are different there seems to be good quality because Ive never had any issues with any of the tools or the equipment that goes with them failing for me. I think Harbor Freight Tools is a well hidden secret. Probably has to do with paradigms.

Normally have the expensive tools at the right price that I am needing once or twice. If they last longer than I thought, good deal. They do have some good tools.

Called they said they had what I needed as Id be coming from Shelbyville. Got there they didnt have it and ran off once they realized they had me come for nothing.

Went there today and Im part of the track club, had coupons but I feel like this place rips people off. Dont think Ill be back as my membership track card does nothing. I know it only works if the item is marked with a certain tag but I had 2 items that was marked and it didnt do anything. Very disappointed with my visit and dont think Ill be back anytime soon!

Great store to get all kinds of tools and Equipment. Prices are pretty cheap but so is the quality of the tools. If I were putting together a lifetime professional tool box, I would look elsewhere, but if you are in need of basic hand tools and parts that are going to be abused and possibly discarded at the job site, or if tools have a tendency to walk away I would stock up on some harbor freight tools.

So if you dont know what harbor freight is, its a place that sells a big variety of tools that are mostly cheaper knock offs of name brand tools. Sometimes they are not worth buying but most things will surprise you with good quality.Those that do know what HF is, you need to try this store out. The staff here puts the others to shame. They have kept the door open for customers when they could have closed them. They come to you if you look confused or might have a question on your mind. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you want and are happy about it. Honestly if I worked retail I dont think I would compare to half of them. I could go on with numerous stories Ive personally had here but just go see for yourself what a great store this is.

Always have a good array of Chinese tools that are usually the same as most other stores for a more reasonable price. Additionally there really upping their game in the power tools department. Harbor Freight Rivals many stores that were traditionally known for quality.

Shop the coupons at home first. If not youll leave and be upset that you could have saved more money. But youve got thirty days to bring in the coupon in and get a refund. Thats if you live close enough for it to make a difference.
