Eric Price at the Greenwood IN store exemplified extraordinary customer service!!!! He greeted us warmly as we entered the store and asked how he could help us. Eric was extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of Good Feet shoes and arch supports, and he explained in detail the proper way to acclimate to the arch supports. Even though I was confused at times, Eric was very patient and explained and re-explained the process several times until I was confident and comfortable with it. I really appreciate that! Throughout the time that he waited on us, he was very friendly, thorough, supportive, and encouraging in his approach. His Customer Service was extraordinary and the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time! I am a seminar leader who teaches Customer Service workshops, and I would give Eric an A+++!!! Very impressed by how informative and knowledgeable Eric was. I learned a lot from my visit and thankful I went. I tried several different insoles with no luck. My feet, ankles, knees, hips and back hurt from being on my feet all day and nothing seemed to help. First time using the good feet insoles, I felt a big difference. We had our fitting a week ago, and it was great! Brian explained everything to us, and really took time to ensure we understood. We ended up having to come back the next day with our HSA cards, but everything was ready for us and it was a quick check out. It has been a great experience, and we are definitely working through our break-in period with no issues. This is definitely worth the time, effort and cost!

I very much appreciated Erics capability, helpfulness, & patience with me. I was having very bad pain due to tibial tendonitis. Its been 4 days & it is better. I am sure the inserts Ive been fitted for will continue to heal my foot and prevent the other foot from similar issues. I was really struggling before going to the Good Feet Store. I had tried everything else on the market and had been to a podiatrist. One of their suggestions was to go there for inserts. I had a lot of questions upon arrival. Brian(Store Manager/not sure of his exact title), from Greenwood, took excellent care of helping me. He understood my frustrations, and answered all of my questions. His explanations and array of knowledge was quite impressive. I continuously return to Greenwoods store for shoes too. By helping my plantar fasciitis, it has helped me overall.I cant thank him, or the staff enough for taking their time, patience, and, knowledge to help me as an individual as best they can. I can say as a consumer, one in pain, I am very thankful for everyones help. It means more than you know when you are on the other side, in pain, and or arent able to do the normal things youre used to doing(due to the plantar fasciitis). Thank you for aiding in the possibility to do so.

I asked my wife to return the nonslip resistant shoes i purchased as I wore them 2 hrs at my job and slid all over, no way they were slip resistant.She was told that we were returning them too late, 2 days past the 15 day policy. That evening I looked and they were only 9 days old!! Apparently a calculator was needed.So she went back again and pointed this discrepancy out and with very little customer service skills was refunded the price of the shoes. Uhg, spent a huge chunk of cash on the insoles and went thru this for $160 pair of shoes. Oh, and then they complained of the shoes being dirty! (Which were wiped quite clean). What did they expect? To test them on carpet?Bad experience so far.

I had often thought about going to The Good Feet Store after seeing the commercial, but I didnt want to drive over an hour to do so. But I found myself in Greenwood on business, so I went in to see what the fuss was about. I SHOULD have made the trip years ago!Literally, the instant we put the strengtheners in my shoes...the heel and foot pain went away! I cant wait til I work myself up to wearing them the whole 12 hours of my work shift. I get sort of sad when it is time take them out! HIGHLY recommend!!

Well, after 5 phone calls to corporate and posting to their website my issue has been resolved. Having problems with orthopedics, but today a Zac from Greenwood called and was very helpful for getting my issue resolved. He ask if I could come back to his store and he promised to fix it today and he did. I hope they train all employees to be as helpful as he was today. My feet feel better already. Thanks Robbie s

Fine folks at the greenwood store were very helpful and informative, Im in the food service business and support is most important for working all day.

So far I am very upset that I went there, really wish I could take them back. The the money I spent I can’t believe they fit both feet as if they were the same when they are not. I am just in grief that I spent so much money on this to have it not work.

I received good information and everything was explained on how the inserts work. You try each one while at the store. I like the product and hope a few months from now my condition will be better. It takes time to correct your problem

Love my new arch supports!!

My new inserts are wonderful. I walk a lot in my job, I am a shopper for a local grocery store. I was experiencing a lot of extreme pain. My back, neck, legs, knees, ankles and feet were a mess and so painful I did not want to walk. But, even worse was after a break, I would stand and not be able to take a step until I steadied myself and allowed for some of the pain to pass. The pain was so intense I cried sometimes, not being able to hold back the tears. This disturbed my sleep, resting and walking. Thank you for my Good Feet 3 step system, I noticed the difference after the first day of wearing. What a fantastic difference. I am able to do my 8 hour day if walking and NO pain! Really, these have been a savior to me. I was concerned about having to slow down and that affecting my income and my quality of life. Now I am not concerned. My new insert system is my night in shining armor! Thank you for the rescue. I have purchased MANY insert and shoes, trying to find some that would help. None ever did. No buyers remorse! We will be returning to purchase some for my husband as well. He is amazed when I come home from work now. I am still full of energy again and happy. Again, thank you to The Good Feet Store, words are to limited to explain my relief.

On the one hand, the customer service was good. The process of the free fit was good. But if I understood correctly the three step system would have been over 1,000 dollars. While I understand the importance of taking care of your back, legs and feet, I have to consider my budget. They offered to sell me the stability wedge or hug, but even that amount was higher than my budget. I got their more generic version. Ive had them for a week, tried them in 3 pair of shoes and still cant decide how comfortable they are. The left one is fine, but the right one still feels like Im walking on a golf ball and not very comfortable. Funny thing is they felt fine in the store.

I was told the shoes I bought was slip resistant. Found out @ work after I almost fell several times that they arent. When I went to take them back they said couldnt take them back cause its past 2 weeks. The guy wouldnt even look at them. They are still in good condition. Also I had the receipt but it didnt matter.

Ive been using arches, the first one to work the only negative impact the second pad goes inside keep roll up! All three excellent condition and good investment!

I have had nothing but great results from my 3 step inserts. Also purchased 2 steps for my husband. They truly help if you use them properly. If you experience trouble again in your future, go back you may need to have some adjustments. Our feet do change after time. Simply great!

I was very impressed by the knowledgeable salesmen at the Greenwood location. All of my questions about the arch supports, their construction and design, and their warranty/service were answered. I had a good experience at rThe Greenwood Good Feet Store. Bryan answered all our questions and when I tried the first foot insert I started to feel some relief. I believe in a few days Ill be free from foot pain by wearing the inserts.

I have worked construction for over 40 years and I have tried other orthotics as well as feet injections, needless to say nothing has worked so there was nothing for me to lose. I walked into the store and noticed they were busy but I was still greeted by Ernest, who eventually ended up helping me. Ernest was very professional and informative. It has been a week now since I have had my supports and my feet are 100x better, i cant believe I didnt do this sooner. I recommend for anyone with feet trouble as well as construction workers. I had a long wait, and I understand other people got there before me, but no one said anything to me as I came in or waited for 25 minutes. They definitely saw me standing there and then sitting there.

Suffered for months and after meeting with Josh at the Good Feet Store in Greenwood, I finally felt like there was hope. After using the Spira shoe with their strengthening insert I started walking without pain. I would highly recommend the Spira shoe with their inserts. Ive used them in other shoes and not had the same pain-free experience. Also, follow their daily break in approach to ease into the inserts.

I have been wearing the Good Feet orthotics since 2005. I have had 3 knee surgeries before 2005. I tried several types of orthotics before I went to the Good Feet Store. These orthotics are the only ones that have allowed me to walk without knee pain. I was in constant knee for 27 years before I got these orthotics. I have been able to have an active lifestyle thanks to these orthotics. I wear them every day.

I have been having pain in my feet for about a year due to my arches falling. I have tried about 30 different arch supports with no luck. I have been wearing the 3 step arch supports for 2 weeks now and already the pain is half what it was. I wish I had tried these sooner.

It was a good experience at good feet store they we friendly, helpful,and explained everything very well.....only problem was not with the store, but the web site said for the Avon,Indiana store it would be open on Sunday s and I drove from Columbus,Indiana to Avon,Indiana and it was closed. I was upset but still went to Greenwood, Indiana store on Monday....I do like my arch supports very well, and have told family and friends it is an excellent product.

What a scam! The store and the people inside were nice and helpful. Absolutely nothing about the friendly staff was bad there. Now for the bad. I was fitted for my “custom” orthodics that were brought out in a plastic bag from the back. Secondly, she rips the non-removable insert out of my very expensive Clark’s and shoves them in there. Then told me to take a walk. They felt like golf balls on the arch of my feet and extremely uncomfortable. She told me I had a “break-in” period before I could wear them daily without pain. Ok, I would buy that. Then she told me that they were $299 for the inserts. I kid you not, my mouth dropped open and I asked if she was kidding. Not only was she not kidding, she said there were no returns! I am going to make an appointment with a reputable podiatrist and let my insurance take care of it. They did claim insurance should reimburse me for the insert, but Anthem does not cover over the counter therapies. Buyer beware!

My very good podiatrist (who artfully crafted individual orthotics for his patients) retired, and I found myself needing replacement orthotics. I used the vendor my new podiatrist recommended, and I was quite disappointed—so much so that I refused to pay for their “mistakes”. My chiropractor then recommended the Good Feet Store.I was surprised to discover how much more reasonable the Good Feet Store pricing was. I was even more surprised that I was able to walk out the door with my orthotics on my first visit.The staff up at Greenwood is amazing! Not only are they are knowledgeable, but they listen to each customer, causing us to believe each of us is the only one in the store. I just came back this week (after 2years) for my second set!

The arch supports started working immediately to relieve the pain in my feet.

This place is a joke! Their commercials are not only ridiculous, theyre very misleading. I thought it was more like a store that offered several types of inserts... NOPE! Only $300 orthotics. Im not even sure the employees have any type of medical knowledge! (Who knows, maybe theyre just sales people that work on commission?) If I was going to spend that kind of money I would go to a podiatrist. At least theyre a doctor and expert!

Lifetime warranty and my feet are happier then theyve ever been. Im a little surprised by some of the one star reviews. Clarks not at all considered expensive shoes, but I can see being upset by having non-removable sole removed would be annoying. It is a sales place for sure, but I walked out with the strengthening supports. It made a WORLD of difference in the pain I was having on the balls of my feet. Yes they are crazy expensive, but these are not Walmarts Dr. Scholls $50 inserts that just provide cushion and have to be replaced every 3-6 months. Dont discount these without taking an actual walk in them. Im sure Ill eventually be back to shell out for the athletic inserts in the near future.

I was in horrible foot pain and with the employees help I was able to get stage 1 and 2 for my feet. Thankfully it was nearly free because of my HSA. The employee was very helpful and up front with everything. Today is day 4 of having the inserts and I have little to no pain. First time in 6 months

A++++++++++++++++++++++++++ These insoles absolutely changed my life, Im not joking. I work in a wearhouse, 12 hour days. Before I came here I would litterally limp out to my car cause my feet hurt so bad. It would take 2 whole days off them to make them feel normal again. I got these about a month ago and it takes about 2-3 weeks for them to really start working, now I have zero foot pain, Im not joking. I never even think about my feet anymore. This place really did change my life and I recommend them 10,000%Its absolutely worth the money, I saw some people on here bitching about the price and saying they dont work, this was not my experience at all. Over the past couple years Ive spent hundreds of dollars on the doctor sholes and they didnt work at all. These started working immediately and after my feet were used to them I had no foot pain at all. And theyre totally upfront about the price from the very beginning its not like theyre trying to hide it. If you have severe foot pain like I did youve got to go here.

Worst customer service experience ever (coming from someone who works in service). This was several months ago but finally got around to putting in a review. Yes, thats how long its stayed on my mind. Walked in, no one around for a couple of minutes. Young guy comes out from the back, no sense of friendliness, looking already very annoyed, asked if he can help. I told him my chiropractor recommended me to come to the store as I have moderate flat feet. He asked again what I was looking for. (I honestly had no idea, as I didnt know what to expect when I walked into the store. Thought it was going to be more like a shoe store.) I told him I just wanted to see what they are offering, since Im not sure what I want/need. He says well the cheapest we have is $300, and the three step/stage set is $900. If you want something cheaper, you can just go to Walmart and get something there.Really?? No offer to help with a deal or even help take a look at what I need. Needless to say Im never going back there. But thank you Dr. Scholls! Id rather spend $500/year on those pads and cushions for my one too many pairs of shoes than invest in a store that clearly doesnt understand the very basics of servicing a potential customer.
