Prompt, professional and affordable. I went in for an oil change and an A/C check. Chris was my mechanic and had me finished up and out of there in less than a half hour. I would definitely recommend this place!

Came here to get my motor mounts replaced. Great auto work and excellent customer service. They were able to get me seen and safely back on the road within a reasonable time frame. 10 out of 10 will be back for my future service needs.

Ive been here several time for tires, alignments, brakes and oil changes. They usually get you in and out in a timely manner, I would reccomend them good service at fair prices.

They were Awesome!! I showed up on 3 tires & 1 donut needing 2 tires, and I was met with a smile & willingness to fix my problem, no matter what it was! They started working on my car right away. I wasnt even there for 5 minutes 😁 I was in and out in less then 45 minutes and off I went not having to worry about a blowout!! My car rides like Im gliding on ice!! Very disappointed with the lack of service i have received. I’ve given a lot of business to this company, but I will not be giving anymore.I got a used high tread tire for $50/$55 bucks. It lasted a week. I have messaged on Facebook, called and spoke with a representative and was promised a call back only to never get one. Just save your money and go somewhere else. I really thought they would be fair about this situation but they have proven me wrong. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Such a shame. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

This was my first time ever coming here. I have a truck with larger sized tires and was looking for a used set. After calling around Spartanburg and coming up pretty much empty handed, I found Guaranteed Tire & Auto online. Upon speaking with Josh, the manager, he had what I needed in stock. Upon arriving, I was impressed by how big the place is. Josh was very polite and very professional and knowledgeable. The wait was a lot longer than what Im used to for just getting a set of tires mounted and balanced. It was a very busy day for them so ill overlook it this time. The prices were fair and with a warranty. The building was very roomy and clean. I will definitely be back here again and I highly recommend this place to others.

Horrible, customer service. I had to bring my vehicle 3 times back and even then it was not aligned correctly, then they try to tell me some boggess excuses. What they didnt know is that I have an associates in Automotive technology . I lost money, time, and more money. I take responsibility for not judging a book by its cover, if one see trash, tools, and equipment beat and stacater all over the shop. drive away!!!

Ive had a tire going flat everyday and putting air in it was getting old so i called about 15 tire places and noone had a tire. I called Guaranteed Tire &Auto and they had one. I let them know i had to pick up my kids at 2pm from school so when i got there they immediately started working on my car and let me know that my driver side tire also should be replaced because it had wires poking out. They were fast and friendly. Ill be going back when i need my back tires replaced as well.

I will never go anywhere else. Josh is honest and dedicated to every customer. He is an excellent mechanic and trust him with my life!

I got an oil change and used tires from these guys. Took a little longer than they initially said but really, for just over $100 and in 45 minutes I had two tires replaced and an oil change. My car is older so I dont need brand new tires and these were definitely the least expensive but still in good condition. On of the tires was making noise a few days later so I went back in and he replaced it quickly. Comes with a 30 day warranty on used tires so it was free. Highly recommend and will be going there again.

Called ahead and was told they would be able to install some tires before close if I arrived by 530, when I arrived at 525 the doors were locked. If you didnt want the work, you shouldnt have wasted my time and just told me no.

These guys are AWESOME!!! Been there twice with a donut tire on. They had me fixed up, new tire on mounted and ready to drive home within 10 minutes of my arrival! They are great!! They also do oil changes. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!

What a nice customer service and a great job

Had my car for a week with a possible diagnosis but nothing definite. Quoted nearly $400. They still couldnt tell me when it would be done. This was after the first time we brought it to them for the same issue and they gave it back without testing it? So the new price was on top of the previous expense. Picked up the car and took it elsewhere- the next place had it fixed in a day and a half. The sound is gone and the car no longer cuts off randomly. I gave three stars instead of one because the owner was nice but not really a kind of the other people there.

Are you freaking kidding me. What kind of tire shops gurantess that they fixed your alignment and send the customer on their way cross country saying everythings gonna be okay. Well guess what everybody it aint all okay. Had to pull off the freeway cause my steering was pulling hard left. Go out and check and the supposed almost new tire they sold me had the wire grid showing and they didnt even freaking balance the tire to make sure it spun straight not like a freaking rainbow. So mind you Im off the freeway trying to swap out my front tire for a spare and while taking my lug nuts off two of them snap off. Seriously guys yall are supposed to be somewhat in tune with tires and lug nuts. Very disappointed with these guys. No point in even calling them since Im halfway through the country. Dont waste your time going to these guys theyll just RIP you off and smile while they do it.

NEVER have I been treated with such vile, contemptible, unprofessional behavior in my entire life, and Im a teacher! We went to Guaranteed Tire and Auto in Greer with a couple of my friends to purchase two used tires. I know... but I ASSUMED they would be used but safe.... You know what they say about assuming. After purchasing the tires for $88, we left thinking we would be safe to head on down to Lake Hartwell. On our way we went ... for approximately 20 minutes. As we got on I 85, we realized our brand new reconditioned tire was flat! We pulled over and called the them to ask if they could send a tow truck to rescue us from the oppressive ~100 degree temperature. Their response? No, but if you get it here we will change the tire. We called the tow truck . There is only room for one person in the the tow truck. Remember there are 3 of us? So two of us had to stand on Pelham Road and wait for a ride. Ok so....$100 tow later.... we got to the tire store and were understandably hot, both mentally and physically. The manager, Nefty Rodriguez, came outside to offer us an $ 18 oil change. As if! We politely refused this gesture, he went off! Like a Roman candle off! The way he spoke to us, with our mom and dad there, was unacceptable! He threatened to not honor the warranty and had us wait for an hour to put another reconditioned tire on...for spite, I suppose. As there were two gentlemen standing around doing nothing. DO NOT do business with this establishment. The manner in which they treat their customers is reprehensible and not a good value for you hard earned money.

Got a set of ceramic brakes put on my car and when I left they was whistling. Some of the guys there are car savy and have experience some of the mechanics there are inexperienced and overrated. When you get work done to your car make sure everything is ok because I did not receive what I paid for at all. Teribble serice, very terrible

Ive never threw so much money and time away on one of my vehicles before nor felt so dumb trusting a company before. I tell everyone I know to stay clear and unknown to them, they lost a fleet of company trucks because of this.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Paid $88 for two used tires, made it less than 5 miles down the road getting on the interstate in 98 degree weather and tire was flat bc we were given a bad tire. Nefty Rodriguez the Manager of this place (somehow) would not help to get us back to Guranteed Tire. We waited on the side of the road for almost an hour. We had to pay $100 for a tow truck to get us back and then he got attitude bc we were clearly upset seeing we (3 women) went through all of this bc the tire they put on the truck was bad. He was extremely rude and cocky and with a smirk came out and offered a oil change for free. When we said that didnt make it right bc we had just spent $88 on the tires then $100 for the tow, it did not in any way make it right. Not to mention clearly they cannot be trusted to work on cars so why would I ever get an oil change from them. So after arguing back and forth with this man and him showing complete and total lack of customer service, he then said he didnt have to fix it at all as if we were lucky? There is a 30 day Guranteed on the tires, so how is that?? He then had us wait for an hour for them to put one tire on the car because he was pissed that we were so upset while they had people standing and not doing anything. All we requested when this happened and we called them from the interstate was that they put the original tires back on and give our money back and they refused. There is no way I would ever let anyone else that I know get completely screwed and treated as poorly as they treat thier customers. Absolutely horrible!

After going to TU on Wade Hampton for over 10 years and multiple missed diagnosis and refusing to honor parts warranties, I went to Craigslist and found a GT&A close to my house. I immediately knew that Id found a new, closer location for me to take my rare 1 of 160 NCHP Camaro. I bought new front tires, 275x45x17s and the tread design V has stopped any of my hydroplaning, I had before. TU couldnt figure out why my car would just die on me. With the help of Nefty and crew, I had 3 small leaks in my TU radiator causing it to overheat and die. A new radiator, less than what Id paid for in the past, was installed and havent had that problem since. Rack & Pinion, Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly was next on this car with over 200K. Dropped the car off Friday before 6pm, picked it up Saturday afternoon. Drove like a new car. Hit a pothole on 129N, knocking it out of balance. Took it in on a Saturday morning. re-balanced the front tires as Id thrown a weight, but still had a shimmy in the drivers front. Talking to Nefty and crew, we agreed that it was the wheel bearing hub installed less than 6 months ago. I called the company, put 2 wheel bearing hubs in Fed-X and both hubs were replaced, not just the bad one. looking at the drivers side hub, there was definitely some unexpected wear on it. Both hubs were replaced, all 4 wheels re-balanced and an alignment. Labor charge only. These guys know their stuff. I have a number of items I need done to Beefy coming up and hes not going anywhere else but Guaranteed Tire & Auto. These guys are good and I trust them with my rare B4C Camaro.Thanks to Nefty and his entire crew for keeping my car happy. If Beefys happy...Randys happy...............
