Brandon, Megan - the entire team are the absolute best! They are honest and they truly care about their customers. They have helped us out many times and they have really gone the extra mile to help our family out! Cant say enough good things about them!

Unfortunately, bad experience. Just the facts - 1) they performed an AC boost for my SUV. They informed me that boost was option or total replacement of compressor. The AC was cool for ONE day. I assumed the fix would last few weeks or months which was fine going into winter months. But ONE day! 2) called Henson to let them know that AC was not working and could I receive a refund or even partial refund. The response was No refund will be given. Really bad, they definitely dont stand behind their work. Taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Major repairs to our Honda vehicles were done well without problems. When a warrantied item failed they replaced it with no charges. Brandon and his team are always a pleasure to deal with.

Needed my power steering fluid pump replaced on my 2001 Dodge Dakota. Called the Dodge dealership in Greer. They quoted $503 for the pump and $380 for labor but it would take them a week to get the pump. I called Henson and they quoted me $412 for parts and labor! I brought my truck in the next day and problem solved! Brandon and everyone there were great. Henson Auto Service will now be my first choice for any auto related issues.

Got a free oil change because I had a gift certificate. They were nice. Got the job done fast.

I got tires and a oil change from Henson’s auto and had planned to get a alignment until the mechanics discovered my ball joints were pretty much dangerous to be driving on. They gave me a fair quote but I wanted to do them myself they gave tips and pointers as well as the best products for my money to use. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Great people. Bought tires from them two days ago and I don’t have a single complaint. 100% going back in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.

Hensons always does a great job keeping our cars running. My battery was dead and they came to my house, jumped the battery and then followed me to their shop and replaced it, was back up and running within 30 minutes : ).

We recently moved to the area and when my car started acting up we looked for a place just like this, we did not want to go to the cookie-cutter places like Midas or Firestone, etc., where there you are just a number. We were thrilled to find Henson.....they treat you kindly, do excellent work in a timely manner and they don’t try to “up-sell” you on extra stuff you don’t need! I am very pleased with Henson Auto Service. They sent me a welcome to the neighborhood. First oil change is free certificate. I like that they open at 7 am so I can get my oil changed before work. They did a great job! Ill definitely be back!!

Great prices and quality work. Mike, Brandon and Bob are great guys. They have been doing all the work on my vehicles over the last 6 months to a year. Most recently I was having brake problems on my truck. They could have told me I needed to replace them but Bob indicated that there was a common adjustment that often needed to be made to the drum brakes on the rear that could be the cause of the problem. It turns out that it was indeed the problem. The brakes are like new again. It saved me a lot of money I didn’t really need to spend at the time. They will continue to get all my business. I called on the way for a front end alignment after changing out my suspension and the steering was horrible. I had moved back in the spring of 2018, & received a packet of coupons & certificates in the mail to certain places of business who were welcoming me to the area. One certificate in particular stood out among the rest, it was a free oil change/oil filter for new customers. I was already in dire need of a trustworthy mechanic to change my oil, since the dealership I bought car from was just too expensive! So this was truly a blessing! They were as good as their word, they changed my oil & oil filter, checked air pressure in tires & a few other things that go along with an oil change, & it was completely free! And they didnt try to sell me on anything else, they could have lied & told me it needed something else done, but not them they were so honest, which is a rare quality these days! And the owner was extremely friendly & courteous! He had 2 dogs out back, & me being the huge dog lover that I am, he even led me out to where they were & let me pet them which, for me, was the icing on the cake! I am so thankful that I now have a good, honest, hardworking & dependable auto mechanic to take my car to if & when anything goes wrong!

I have seen a lot of mechanic shops just throw parts at a vehicle and not fix a thing. That just doesnt happen at Henson auto. They have worked on our personal vehicles and I trust them so much that I recommend them to my place of work and now they work on there fleet on tow trucks. I got a new alternator her a few months ago and was very impressed then. A few days ago my battery light lit up again. As soon as I called I was told to bring it in immediately. I was told I was given a bad alternator which does happen occasionally and they bent over backwards to fix it as soon as possible even staying late to finish as no charge. I will never go anywhere else again. I appreciate not only there speed but that they are very nice people and never made me feel dumb for asking a question like some other places have. Brandon and Megan and great, friendly, and really know what they are doing.

Hensons turned out to be a one stop shop for my 2007 BMW 335i. I was having a hard time finding a good shop in the Greer area to work on my BMW, but the search ended here. Foreign, domestic, they do it all. Brandon, Heather, and the team at Hensons are top notch, and they are about the friendliest bunch Ive encountered in any shop. They went above and beyond my expectations today, and Id recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest auto service.

I have used Hensons for the past 2 years and have never had an issue with them. I have used them for jobs ranging from $215 - $1,500 on both my vehicles and recommend them to my friends. Dont let the exterior fool you - Brandon and his team are knowledgeable and there is a reason their parking lot is always full of different vehicles.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. $2300 dollars later and my car is parked and they wanted a lot more. Stay away please. Fair warning. I’m not mistaking on where I went. Henson Auto did two separate jobs for the total of $2300 and wanted to charge me another $1000+ to work on the same issue. I’ll never forget this place. By the way I took my car to an honest mechanic and there was nothing else wrong with my car just an overflow of to much fluids from an oil change.

These fine mechanics have worked on several of our older cars & done so to absolute satisfaction everytime. They even recently had my fiancé come by b/c the a/c was leaking water in the floorboard. We left it with him for half of a day but when we picked it up, he said it was no charge, that they unclogged it in minutes . Great business

I recently moved to SC and my first week at a new job my starter went out, Hensons made sure my car was fixed and running perfectly. Now I just need to get my car in for them to do a tune up. They were absolutely professional and as a woman its SO hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. Ladies...you know what I mean!! I absolutely recommend them for car repairs.

These guys are liars and cheats! Dont trust them for even basic work! I have been cheated every time I went to them! This last time it was 2,600 dollars and car is still not fixed! Bob was very rude! Told me to get off his property because I told him to shut up becase he was telling me a bold face lie. Then he told me Brandon the owner wasnt there when i had just seen him in the driveway! Liar! They will be hearing from my attorney!!

Lightning fast service, excellent communication and outstanding work on my brakes, tires and lights!

I took my car there, thinking and hoping that the problems I was experiencing with the car would be remedied. The car functioned properly for about three weeks before the problem returned. I returned to the shop, and they fixed it again, temporarily. A week later, we experienced the same thing. So, I paid for a full diagnostic test, and $247 on parts and labor, only to have the car malfunction again. I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone!! It deserves less than half a star. I think that Im being nice.

I wont take anything from these guys. They were very nice the whole time. The problem came when I dropped a truck off I had the owner inspect. He said it needed an alignment and a motor rebuild. I agreed and dropped it off that same day expecting work to begin the following Monday. I was told the motor would immediately be taken out if the truck and sent to a machine shop by Monday orTuesday. So I called a week later which was Friday and said the front end work had been done but the motor had not been touched yet. It would be taken out that next Monday.I called back the next Friday expecting the motor to be at the machinists shop. It still wasnt out of the truck. Finally the 3rd week I called and they said the motor had been removed and was being taken to the machinist. 2 weeks at the machinist and the motor was finally back (during which time I did tell the owner, Brandon, I didnt have the money due to unforeseen circumstances, but would figure it out). Brandon said youve been very patient. Dont worry about it. We will work with you. So I called week 6 and asked about the truck, Brandon said they had the motor but had been delaying since I said I didnt have the money which was not what the original text sent. Either way i said get back to it. Week 7 passed and the motor that has now been at the shop for a week to 2 weeks is just in the truck. And now I texted Im done. Its their truck which is probably what they wanted to begin with. When I initially presented the truck Brandon told me if I didnt buy it for the price he would.

I took my car to the Walmart in Greer to get a oil change on the way home my car started acting funny so I had it towed into Henson’s shop within minutes they realized Walmart had left my oil cap off and the drain plug was loose... the mechanics here fixed me up and they found that oil had gotten into the spark plugs I will be back for anything I need in the future and definitely will not be back to Walmart

Brought my car to them three different times for the same problem, never fixed. Spent over $500.00 with them, which they refused to refund after I brought I a different mechanic who found the problem (which was obvious), and the owner avoided even talking to me about making it right. Don’t bring your vehicle to them they will rip you off.
