The service provided at this Meineke location was phenomenal! They were extremely professional and efficient. Everything was done on time and my car is running like new!Most important to me was their professionalism and customer service. Had an alignment done, and asked if while they were doing it, if it was quick and easy to get to, if they could just put a fastener around the boot on the inner tie rod ( literally only took me 5 minutes to put on the other side, and I didnt even have a lift). I even supplied the fastener, and had just replaced both inner and outer tie rods, so it was the easiest job possible. When they finished, I was charged $27 extra for them just tightening one clamp on a boot that was already installed. Thats ridiculous, and I wasnt even given any specifications on the alignment, which doesnt feel like it was done properly. So Im going to have to pay for another alignment somewhere else, or at least pay to have the supposed alignment they did checked

John and Juan were very compassionate of my situation. Where I purchased my vehicle Meineke is their vendor for complete car care. Although that company I will not mention gave the both of us the run around they still were patient and diligently did their footwork as I did too. When they finally got the approval to service my vehicle it was an end and out job. The natural vibration of their establishment is why Ill be a lifetime customer. Great place. Inspected my car and advised me on what needed repaired and what didnt. They didnt make up repairs to try and get money from me. I highly recommend this particular location.

What cost $46 at ford cost $91 at meineke. Make sure you ask for the cost up front. They put in full synthetic instead of synthetic blend but didnt mention it up front. Told me I would get 6000 miles instead of 3000 with synthetic blend but the sticker on the windshield says 5000 miles. Wouldnt use them again.

Golf was very polite and very helpful. I would love to see more mechanics who truly reach each customer by being as kind, courteous, and informative about any service deemed fit for our vehicles.

I was informed that my electrical line was burnt out and I could have caused harm to myself because of carbon. Had a blown fuse on my cigarette lighter which was eventually located and they repaired it by replacing it with a fuse from another location on my fuse box that was not being used and that fuse blew out as I was riding down the road. Cost me about $45 to move a fuse already in my truck to a different location that blew out as I was driving down the road. Not pleased at all and I guess I’ll go buy some new fuses and try to fix it myself

Told them needed front brakes they said it was back brakes i needed. I took there advice. Drove off brakes sounded bad. Called back. He sounded like he did not care. Next lied and said you needed all four brakes. He NEVER said i needed any brake work but the back. Do not take your car to crooks 212 main st. Greer sc. A group of low down crooks. Paid and not sure they did my back brakes. I am disappointed that people cant do a decent job. There are always crooks.

My husband went to get his car checked out on Wednesday. They told him he needed a new water pump and it would take between 4-5 hours and would be done that day. I was on the phone with him and heard everything myself. They eventually came back out and told him it would be the next day before it would be finished. He couldn’t really protest due to the fact the car was already being worked on, but this caused him to miss work the next day. I picked him up around 5pm Wednesday and as of 3pm Thursday he still hadn’t heard anything. He called twice and was put on hold for over 10 minutes both times. He eventually hung up frustrated and his sister called and was told they were still working on it. She drove him up there around 4pm due to me being at work. The car was still not finished. They were rude and said they told him they would call when it was ready, but my question is how do you go from a sane day fix to over 12 hrs. They only charged him for 4 hours, but told him the car was still making a loud noise due to needing an oil change. His car registered 33% for oil, so it wasn’t due and he always keeps his oil changed. Now it’s Friday and the car sounds worse than when he took it up there. It shakes violently and we will be taking it to the Ford Dealership tomorrow for a diagnostic to see what they messed up. Do NOT take your vehicles here. UPDATE... Ford said his timing is off on the car and is fixing it. I spoke with the guy that worked on his car and he claims he fixed the timing when he put the timing belt back on after putting on the water pump. He stated he drove the car and told my husband that it was still ticking and was due to the lifters because he needed an oil change. He still denies the timing issue is his fault and refused to give us a refund unless we “give him his water pump back.” He stated that he don’t know if what I’m saying is true because so didn’t bring it back to him. Why would I... so he could mess it back up even worse. Good thing I will have documentation from Ford stating the issues. I will be filing a police report and contacting our attorney. Enough is enough of them doing this to people’s vehicles.

I needed an oil change & Meineke had good reviews & open appointments on their website. I was in and out in 30 mins and charged a fair price. They let me know I also needed 2 filters replaced as well as my front tires. They gave me printouts comparing these products. Ill be making an appointment to take care of these through Meineke. This is to add on to another bad review I’ve done. They called while working on my car after I denied the services they were going to charge me double what someone else could do and said the battery terminals were bad and would need replacing, said the car could stop running while driving. Well come to find out THEY broke the bolt that holds the terminal and didn’t want to own up to it. disrespectful doesnt even begin to describe it, just admit you broke it and either fix it or we would have. 12/7/2020Customer service was awful and rude. I showed up at appointment at the scheduled time, another customer and I were waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, unassisted. Finally, someone looked into lobby, his Shirt Said Juan, He saw us standing and went back out the door into the bay, he did not acknowledge us or at least say he would be with us shortly, he could have at least done that, Juan went back into bay, I ended up waiting another 5 -10 minutes before he came out. Then he was rude and said he didn’t have anything available before he asked me what I needed completed. I advised him I already made an appointment online and was here at my scheduled time. He said he didn’t have any lifts available Due to them moving ( this should have been on there website or someone should have calledAnd let me know before my appointment he offered to send me the new location, I declined, I had driven far enough and had subpar Customer Service.I will not Be going to this location or future MeinekeIf this is how your businesses treat customers I will not be going to this location the new location or any meineke’s any more.

I have been taking my cars to meineke for many years. Always had a good experience.

They where nice, and knew what they were doing...also quick to make sure they were done on time. I had my oil change there and will return.

I was ten minutes early to appointment but they didnt get my vehicle in for 10-15 minutes after my scheduled time. It took over an hour to do a basic oil change and tire rotation. They also did not have an oil filter for my car even after they were advised of the year, make and model of vehicle days before.

My experience was most excellent, the mechanics were very professional, has excellent knowledge and experience, everyone at meineke was extremely polite and very helpful in every way. I could not have picked a better place to have the work done that my vehicle needed. Any future work that needs to be done on any of my vehicles will be done by meineke of Greer and will soon be meineke of Taylors. I cannot thank them enough and would deffinetly recommend them to anyone needing work done .

When I called ahead for wait time they told me 30-40 mins. I only requested my oil and oil filter to be changed and washer fluid filled. Three hours later I get my vehicle back to find out I waited so long on an air filter that I did NOT request or need. They also didn’t reset my oil life. So I had to go back into the shop and ask for them to finish what should have already been done after waiting three hours!!! They did not communicate to me about what was taking so long probably because they knew I would have told them I didn’t want an air filter. Because the vehicle was a company vehicle I suspect they wanted to make an extra buck at the expense of MY time which tells me all I need to know about what the company values. They also left oil/grease all over the driver door and hood. Unbeknownst to them the majority of my career has been automotive care and from personal experience I can confidently say that they do not value customer rapport or professionalism and I definitely should not have to go back and ask for something so simple as the oil life to be rest. There’s absolutely no excuse for taking three hours to change oil. I will not be returning.

Respectful, courteous the guy at the front seat said yes mam to me and everything. They were fast and I was out of there in no time. I also got work done on my car last year I had gotten them to replace my catalytic converter on my Chrysler and my car has been good ever since. I highly recommend.

By far the worst place I have ever been! Went to get my muffler taken off because of problems and only a couple of weeks of it being done, the exhaust hanger broke. Didn’t get mad and went to have it fixed by them. Than not even 3 weeks the other one broke and the first one was about to again because of a bad weld! I just politely asked for my money back and was going to get it done somewhere else but they would not give me my money back. They already tried to overcharge me $120 for a $40 job but than offered me to do it for $60 so I said whatever. Biggest mistake of my life. They messed up the job and overcharged me. If you want exhaust work do not go there. By far the worst service I have ever had.

The only thing that bothered me is that i went in with a 30% off coupon. I chose the middle package that was 54 dollars, how about my bill was almost 70 dollars..how is that possible u asked, he told me because my car was big it took extra oil..it wouldve been ok had he called or asked, but they decided on their own to do it anyways, then everything that came in the package that was supposed to be free,i saw on the receipt, i paid like a dollar for, so im kinda unhappy about all of that.

I took my truck in for a 30 minute job. When I asked John how long it was going to take he advised me 2 hours which was no big deal because I knew they had to wait for a bay to open up. I had my wife pick me up about 12:30 and we did some running around waiting for it to get done. By 4:00 I still hadnt heard from them so I called. John answered after it rang over and over and instantly put me on hold. I was on hold for 6 minutes before I hung up and drove back up there. When I got back to the shop he told me it was going to be a little longer so I asked him why it was taking so much longer then he had previously told me and his answer was because they aint a restaurant and cant guarantee time on fixing vehicles. Needless to say I will never go back to that meineke.

I’ve been using Meineke for over 8 years and have always been satisfied with their work. The prices are reasonable and they are trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

Radiator work and replacement.

They do a good job but they never call to say that your car is ready even though they say they will. This has happened every time. Obviously it hasn’t stopped me from going there, just VERY frustrating. They are quick to call when they discover other issues. Pick up the phone and call your customers to let them know their cars are ready.

Went to get oil service done. Said they checked all lights. But knew i had a brake light out when i went there. They never said anything about it not working. So when i mentioned it. Was told it was fine. Went to my car an sure enough it still was not working. Will never return. Now i wonder if they even changed the oil or filter.

Horrible. Didnt perform the services I paid for. Their best solution was to take more time from my day to finish the work. Technician obviously cant read. Got my odomoter reading wrong by over 5000 miles.

The Greer location stated they did not have to honor the company warranty. I left my car with them for 6 hours and did not attempt to resolve the concern. After visiting another Meineke in Moore, SC they quickly discovered a blown fuse. This location doesn’t want to uphold the national warranty program. Avoid at all cost. Had to travel further multiple times to another Meineke location in Moore, SC

Just left here. This was my first time visiting this shop and when I walked in no one was at the front desk. I waited for a little while and no one acknowledged that I was there so I left and came to take 5 oil change. It’s a drive but they are always ready to change your oil.

Awful, customer service is the worst I’ve seen. The workers are never aware of what’s going on, they never call. Twice I’ve gone for an oil change and asked to be called when it’s ready, I always have to call to find out what’s going on, 4-5 hours later. This last time, I showed up and was told I needed a new air filter. Why wasn’t I called? I have to now wait for you to change the air filter, to be then told 10 minutes later I actually didn’t need it and there was a mixup? Total lack of respect for your work and zero willingness to be good at what you do. I would rather drive an hour away just so I could speak with someone who cares for their work.

Took us right in. Explained everything that they found and made suggestions as to what they felt would be the best course of action, giving us options. Didnt push anything on us. Treated us like we might actually have enough sense to own and operate a moving vehicle. We will go back here.

The people here are both knowledgeable and super nice. Answered all my questions, explained all the work that was needed and did it all at a fair price.

I just got my oil changed here yesterday. I drove my car back home and parked it for the night (I live 5 minutes away). I woke up the next morning to A Screw in my tire. After driving 100k miles In my car Ive never picked up a nail or a screw. I called up to the shop and asked if they could walk the bay to see if there were any rouge screws around and the gentlemen on the phone refused to do so. He then said it couldnt have been here and I asked once again, do you mind checking for me, and he replied it couldnt of been here. All I asked was a simple question and I felt as if he didnt care.

I bring my cars to Meineke because I trust that they’ll do the work that needs to be done. They appreciate my business, and I appreciate their good work!

Building says free inspections, website says free inspections, i needed an inspection for uber, and the guy tells me its $49.99 for a damn inspection that probably takes 10 minutes to do. I was a mechanic for several years and have done several inspections for numerous reasons and i never charged a dime for it. Thats false advertisement! Dont advertise it of its not true. I wasnt trying to get something for free, i have no problem with paying for it but somt advertise something free if its not

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced I went to get work done and on my brakes and within a week my brakes were giving out I took it back they charged me another $500 for parts that are unnecessary without ever quoted me a price or telling me what parts they were on I had to call them in order to find out when my car would be ready and this went on for an entire week in addition my brakes still are not working properly but I dont have any more money call customer service and they sent me a nice letter explaining that theyre really sorry for my inconvenience and they really hope that Ill give them another try and that was all that I got and it took them two weeks to write me that email dont go here go anywhere else youd be better off pulling into somebodys driveway and asking them to fix it

Very satisfying with work completely

Just finished up paying over 1100 on having my rack and power steering pump replaced only to have it go out 2 days after leaving the shop with a major leak. This repair had already exceeded my initial estimate by 200 bucks. Upon taking car back was explained that there was no issue with my power steering pump line 3 days ago and that it was now the issue. Ill never spend another dime here. Counter person was pretty indifferent that the car was never actually repaired just interested in the few hundred extra bucks that could be taken off me. Ill pay extra just to go somewhere else for the repair. Never have I spent so much to get nothing fixed.
