Received warranty service for defective air bag. Easy to find signs guide drivers toward service area where someone is waiting to assist. Took a few minutes to check in. Lobby is well appointed with snack machines, coffee, tv, and radio. Must have overlooked signs for wi-fi. Restrooms were clean. Employees were polite but focused on their job. Service took two hours.
Appointment at 9:30AM stopped back at 12:10PM said it wasnt finished even though we were sitting right beside my wifes car. Called 25 minutes later stating it was done. We live 20 minutes away so they waisted 40 minutes of our time. The service department has a few LIARS working for them.
Traveling through S Carolina, we got a tire low pressure indicator light. We Googled the nearest Toyota and ended up at Greer. Josh Kilinski, our service advisor, took superb care of us. We needed a new tire, and they had one in stock. We were back on the road in 1.5 hours. Kudos to Josh and all the folks at Greer Toyota who got us going again!
