After months of looking and going to every store around our area we finally decided on a recliner from Bonds Furniture. The salesman Robert was extremely helpful in picking it out. Super nice man and knowledgeable. We ordered the recliner in March. We were told it would be July before it would be ready. Thats a long time but considering the way it is today we understood. In July i called and inquired about our chair. I was told due to shortages it would be the first week of August So the first week of August comes and I call. I was told due to shortages it would be the first week of September. So the first week of September comes and I call again. i was told due to shortages it would be early October before it will be ready. So after 8 months we finally got our chair. The chair is great but I did not like being told for several months that it would still be another month

I purchased a Jamison Plush Mattress from Robert at Bonds Furniture and I have to say it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. Robert and Chris are also very kind. If I could give 10🌟I definitely would. Thanks guys🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻

I must say I came in here with advice from my sister expecting nothing different but I was blown away by this place. I spoke with the sales man Robert and he was one of the more honest and nicest people I’ve come across. He was very helpful and truthful when explaining the differences in products pros and cons and helped me find my own personal mattress set. Not only was the staff nice but the deals were awesome. Ended up getting a Queen bed Frame, Night stand (matching), mattress and mattress bed spring all for an unbeatable price. Honestly anyone looking to move out and save money for some nice stuff I highly recommend this place!!!!

Great price on queen mattress

The first time I went to Bonds I went there to look at coffee table sets. I walked in the guy was not a pushy sales guy and to me that was so refreshing. He told me the information let me look around came back and asked if I had found anything I was interested in. I am the pickiest, and most indecisive person you will ever meet but they had exactly what I was looking for and it was REAL wood not partical board for a great price! Recently I went back to Bonds and purchased my bed frame and mattress. Bonds is the place to go friendly customer service, and great prices!

Ok experience in the store

The owner of the store was very friendly, but the furniture is WAY overpriced!!About two months ago I bought a kitchen table there for $600 and found it $200 cheaper at another store a month later.... needless to say, I was SO upset! It seems like ok quality, but not worth the price I paid since the fabric on the chairs are already getting pulled and worn.I also bought a living room set. The rocking recliner was not at all what I expected, it was definitely missing an important piece to hold up the feet reclining part. When I called to tell them, they continuously tried to prove I was wrong and it was normal for the fabric to have no support underneath. It seems like it will rip right through with any type of heavy pressure.The couches were very comfortable, but it seems like the stuffing in the cushions will already need refilling. Sure wore down fast for only two month of use. Hopefully everything will last and stay together, but Im very nervous it wont since I have three toddlers.Also, I suggest telling your movers to seriously slow down when bringing in the furniture. They scraped up my front door and frame from forcing it in so quickly (even when one guy said to slow down, the other guy just carried on, ignoring his request). The same guy was even rude to my kids telling them to move out of the way! for standing in his path while walking (with nothing in his hands) back out the door. If youre running late with deliveries, dont treat your customers things like trash; I paid a lot of money for it to be in one piece.I wouldnt recommend shopping here if you want a good deal and truthful service. I will not be going back!!

We bought a house full of furniture and we love it all. They were so great to work with.

We ordered two bedroom sets from here (minus bed frames) and Ill be fair and give 2 stars because the furniture seems to be good quality but the service here is mediocre. I will personally NEVER go back but IF you go here be sure to call them after a few weeks to ensure your order is going through. We waited over 4 weeks just to be told (after I called them) that our bedroom set was discontinued and no longer available then another 3 weeks to get it straightened out and a new set ordered. Luckily the new set matched our current bed like the one we ordered and magically they were able to get that one here in a week bringing our total wait time to 8 WEEKS!Also do your research online of how much the furniture costs elsewhere. We were being overcharged by about $400 once the new set was ordered and ensured that was corrected before delivery!When it came to delivery the guys were in a hurry and not the nicest people. I understand your job is hard and it was the end of the day but that was just the cherry on top of this whole experience that ensured me that I will never shop here again.

Went here because I saw a sign for a liquidation sale. Got a King size Latex Mattress and a Loveseat that reclines and has cupholders, and got a REALLY GREAT DEAL on this stuff! I highly recommend this place!

Dont EVER go to this place. They have marked everything WAY UP then said its half off... its priced the same as it was a year ago. Also there salesmen was extremely pushy with my wife and I, we started trying to just leave and he kept asking us questions about what our goal was and then he ended up telling us we were crazy and that we would never find a deal that good. I responded with Babe lets go to my wife and the salesmen said to shut the hell up and get out you idiots to me and my wife for no reason, when I turned around he was shooting us the bird... A pretty large confrontation ensued. Dont go ever go to this place!
