We bought #2 pine flooring from SC Lumber last week. It was in incredible condition. Out of 200+ boards, only 2 were partially unusable. So less than 1% waste. We planned for 15%, which is common for #2 grade. The moisture reading was 6%. Not only did we get wonderful lumber, but we also got it at a steal in this current lumber market. Thank you, Daniel.
