Call get a update on my package I order and was toward come Thursday then it said Friday then staruday and now it will not come until they get off there butts to send it out to me. Now I have no phone cause they will not let me come pick it up or send my stepdad to get it cause my work schedule. I do want someone to email me from the corporate office as a manger or higher cause I been waiting and they keep saying delayed. Been at the Greer location since 8 am. Even though the company had had questionable business reports lately, the employees at the front desk are always nice and helpful.

FedEx is objectively the worst delivery company! Thats why they keep the number to their locations secret. Theyd be constantly flooded with calls.

My medication was stolen and it was not a drug to get high on. But I reported it was told I would hear from them. Still waiting 3days later. Someone open the package and reseal it. I have to have so I can work. So beware!! I lost time and money. And my knee is a mess. So that means someone help there self to my meds . Cant get high on it. But so it was in your care.

FedEx failed to delivery a 2nd day air package one time. It was being held at Greer. I physically went to the Greer location to pick up the package. They refused to get the package. They said if it was on the Spartanburg truck they could get it, but since it was on the Greenville truck the would not. This forced me to have to drive to Greenville the next day to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to me. If I had not picked it up they would have made me wait until the following Monday for delivery which would have made my 2nd day air delivery a 5 day delivery. Horrid.

Though I dont work for them directly, its Always a pleasure to haul FedEx loads. Fast drop and hook, in and out in minutes. Never met a rude employee that worked there or at any other fedex office.

They sent my package back due to an incorrect address and did not even attempt delivery. Called and pretty much got idk why they didnt attempt delivery, we cant hold your package, contact the shipper for an important truck part.

The place is in a big fedex complex. Airport and the whole 9 yards. Quick and friendly service.

I wish I could give FedEx a 0. The drivers are so lazy, they refuse to come down a dirt driveway. Sat at home all day, missing work waiting on my package that had to be signed for. Driver lied and said delivery was attempted. When calling the 1-800 number, they informed me there was nothing that could be done and I could pick my package up in Greer, SC after 5pm. That would be great if I was local... BUT I live in NC!!!

Was waiting near the door all day Friday and didnt even hear a nock but found the letter saying theyd been there though. Maybe next time actually nock on my door before walking away with a 400$ package. Id never use FedEx but the company i ordered from does so not much choice here.

This is the second time my package was left on another door step. Luckily the first time it was on my neighbors porch and they were moved out. It had sat there for 3 days without my knowing that It was my package. So today, a package was delivered again, my apt number is # 10, when I called claims, they informed me that my package was placed at apt #4. I think this company needs a better way of delivering merchandise because this ridiculous

They wait until the end of the day to deliver the package i ordered through walmart, couldnt find my right address, called to ask me where the correct address was waited for two hours for the delivery only too find out he decided he was just going to clock out for his shift so id have to wait a whole extra day. Called to see if i could come pick it up, found out itd be an hour of driving for me tried to call back to let them know that id wait till tomorrow instead and was hung up on three different times. And yes it was a hang up. Manager will be notified.

The service is great if you go in the afternoon, but the PM shift only has one person that is clearly overworked...
