Got what I needed fast helpful service

Every thing was good there!

Traveling through in rainy weather and had an issue with a windshield wiper breaking off. Found that this was the closest auto store to where I was, called and “Nathaniel” told me to come right on and he would help get me fixed up. I walked in and he had my parts waiting on me - He knew exactly what I needed, had my windshield wiper repaired, paid and out the door in no time! All of the staff was very friendly, exceptional service!

I know the CV is serious but the manager refused to even consider helping me put in a battery. Im disabled or would do it myself. Went over to OReillys and immediately put in a battery

Had the parts I needed but couldnt use their OMD II code reader on my car and didnt offer to help me change out the battery in my dads truck. So their Customer Service is very lacking.

Michael and Patrice gave excellent customer service. They took care of me immediately, and had me on my way. Very professional and courteous.

Great store location brands and customer service also they have loner equipment with computer dionostic only problem theres always a low stock of car fuses

Bout a part for 150 less than the dealership. Associate was so helpful and friendly. Walked to my car to be sure I was ordering the correct part. Edit: tire rim was bent.

Support has been horrible everytime I have been here. Issues ranging from them ordering the wrong parts then blaming me for it to being made to feel extremely uncomfortable in there and wanting to run out.

Staff are really conservative and in helping you finding the right part for your Automotive needs I have been a customer there for four years now and always find the parts I need more information I might need that for your for them those do-it-yourself jobs

Told my daughter she had a bad battery when in fact the battery still had over 3 yrs left on it. Dont trust what these guys tell you. Get a 2nd opinion first!

You cant beat the help in there they try to help you with anything for a long as it takes
