Great people and great experience in Grenada Mississippi!We were just passing through town, and my 2016 civic was unable to start after grabbing lunch. The issue was similar to online reports resulting from a bad battery (it listed an electronic anti-lock brake issue on the dash). In the time it took to look up information on my phone (less than 20 minutes) 3 different groups of people asked if we needed assistance. They quickly helped us jump the car before we went to Walmart for a new battery.We walked into the center, and received quick and accurate service. They finished everything within the 15 minutes or so it took for us to grab a few items we wanted for the road. Not only were they fast, but they were also extremely friendly. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

Watch the work they do on your car Carefully. Had to get MOD to correct problem I noticed before leaving parking lot. To do with some new tires installed

Took 3 hours to put one new tire on my car. Didnt even mention that there was a wait. Employees are too busy screwing around to get anything done.

Very convenient to be able to get your shopping done while you wait but ask to make sure they can handle all of your needs. They dont handle everything a full service mechanic would.

If they would answer the phone and work on the vehicle instead of walking around talking it might be ok but the clerk was helpful thats the reason for the 2 stars

Tire center people are lazy & unhelpful took 15min & 2 calls to the tire center desk to get someone to come, in the meantime my tire went completely flat in front of their bay door to which they told me I had to move it, I told them Id be glad to & asked if they could put some air in it so I didnt ruin the tire to which they replied theyre hose wouldnt reach past the door way so he suggested putting the spare on so I told them my jack was at home & asked I could use a jack & Id put the spare on & get the truck moved to which he (the manager) said we dont have time for that, Id just have to move it on the rim so I asked him if moving it caused any damage to the tire or rim of Walmart would cover it to which he said no & insisted that I moved it immediately so I told him that Id move it but since he told me I had to I was calling corporate first & needed his name so I could ensure any damages that might occur would be paid for either by Walmart or him personally at which he refused responsibility & rushed into the store when I followed him in my wife whom had just pulled up to pick me up was convinced to back the truck out of the way which luckily didnt result in any noticeable damage & they assured me that they would either jack it up there to fix it or get air to it before moving it so I went back to work I later called to see if they got it fixed & he told me that they were unable to get the lug nuts loose so Id have to call a wrecker to tow it to another tire shop to get it fixed to which I replied that Id call him back & I asked the mechanic at my job if hed go there & check it out, he called me & told me my truck was ready to go & that when he got there the cap over the lug nuts had obviously not been removed to even get to the lugs & that if anything the lugs were looser than they shouldve been

They dont even carry spark plugs or self tune up kits in the automotive section they got everything else but their automotive section is pretty lame

They stopped putting on tires at 540. They dont close till 7. They said 2 people called in. How is this my fault. They had only 2 people waiting.
