5 star operation. They just repaired my tire. Excellent work and in and out in under 30 minutes.

Ordered tires yesterday and made appointment for 2:00 today. Hearing nothing from Gateway, we show up for appointment only to learn tires didn’t come. They told us we had to go to the Batesville store (40 minutes away) to get tires put on. And would not call the Batesville store to have us moved up in the “first come first serve” wait line. Funniest of all is their phone jingle which says “quality service is our thing”. NOT. Definitely would NOT recommend this store.

Great tire company. Never had to wait more than a couple of hours even when they are swamped with work. My go to place in central Mississippi.

This place would get zero stars if I could put it in there. This is the second time dealing with them and both times have been a nightmare. Over priced, poor customer service. Bought a pair of 2 new tires and that same day had TPMS issues. Brought it back by the same day, guy didnt do anything but adjust air pressure. I called back the next day because I determined it was a system fault and they are booked up. No taking care of your existing customers at all.

In town for niece nurse pin graduation sisteren law recommended you they got me in and out if need any other services when in town again will be stopping in....thanks Mr Allen

I would not recomend this place for tires . Bought tires less 6 months they seperated they woyld not make it right

Gateway is wonderful every time that I need new tires or, if needed, they are most accommodating for flat tires. Today, they took care of putting a new tire on the feed trailer for my dads cattle. We were in & out quickly with excellent service.

They were nice, had my front end alignment checked and they said it needed it, not sure if it did, and they did not show me a print out after asking because I did not request one and they just went ahead and performed it, without advising me first as I had asked. So car drives okay same as before not sure it really needed it.

My daughter went in to this Gateway, in which just a few months ago was quick to take advantage of her for 4 new tires on her Nissan. Today she went in when her tire Sensor came on. She now has a Chrysler Pacifica. Oh and by the way she had two of our grandchildren with her, and she was scared being by herself with the children, to have a flat or blowout, a real safety issue. Working in the automotive business for over 27 years, I am very aware of the importance of customer service. It is for everyone not just who you pick and choose. Your business wouldn’t be there is it weren’t for Customers. Not really understanding why this was happening, she chose to go to another local place, called McCoys, where they greeted her and the Children, and found the tire had a slow leak from a previous patch. The tires are in good shape but needed some attention, that Apparently, the Manager at Gateway didn’t think It was that important, so he put my family on the road with little or no thought of the safety issues that could let her down on the road or possible worse. I praise McCoys for making them feel safe and not having to worry about their safety when they left with a good experience. I’ve been using Gateway for all of my tires, and suspension work since I bought my Truck new in 1995, but will never step foot in there again. I will make sure I spread the word as well, along with whoever reads this. You put our prized possessions at risk when you didn’t feel the need or have the time to help her, for a $20 fix, but was there with open arms when they were forking out the bucks for the tires just a short time ago. I’d hate to find who else you have let go and have a clear conscious about it. We will not be back.

I was traveling to ILLINOIS and a brake shoe came off, I called them and they said bring it in. When I arrived they knew who I was and immediately start working on my truck. They had me done within an hour. Great place and great service.

Terrible service. I went in today to get a oil change on my car. Now, I always get a regular oil change from them & never had a problem until today. I went in & asked for a regular oil change today & out of nowhere, my request turned into an argument. I’m guessing the manager or whatever said “It’s a company policy to get synthetic oil in my car.” I go to the Starkville Gateway & they give me my request all the time. No company policy bs or anything. I don’t know if I’m tripping or what, but they will never see me again. I literally argued with this man for 10 minutes about a damn oil change.

Friendly staff, always good service. They do all of my oil changes, tire rotations, and new tire installations/alignments.

Stopped to eat breakfast in Grenada on our way to New Orleans and noticed I had a bulging tire. Called Gateway, they had a tire that fit, in and out and back on the road in under 20 minutes. Only a NASCAR pit crew would have been faster. Amazing.

I went to Gateway tire and service center in Grenada Ms on 6-18-2018 to have a tire patched for my mom to take my stepfather who is disabled to Memphis the next day. I tell the man at the counter to patched the tire not a plug. Although they were friendly and fast, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I got home and checked to make sure that there were no leeks and to my surprise there is a plug in my tire. Cant follow instructions but rated a 4.6 or 4 1/2 stars on the internet. Sadly I had this same problem with Walmart a couple of years ago 😤😤😤

I really wanted to give this no stars but thats not how it works. They nick pick and still dont fix things. They charge an arm and a leg for minor issues. Do not come here, they dont want to help, they just want money.

The professionals at Gateway Tire saved the day. We took on a nail right near their location, and they were kind enough to take care of it even though they were closing down for the evening.
