The only shop I let do my muffler work. Theyre the best. Let them put dual Flowmasters on my Impala and a Flowmaster on my Tahoe. They never disappoint.

I was extremely overcharged for swing bearing work AFTER the other guy welded pipes and then turned around and blew my swing bearings out testing the car. Lied about it but turned around and gave me a discount for the bearing repair that I NEVER received. To add insult to injury, both guys NEVER told me that the car was rusted underneath which means it shouldve been taken to junk yard AFTER another mechanic at another shop revealed to me. Ryals will Beat you out your money!!

Did not know them, they were recommended by a family member. Called a wrecker service that I was familiar with. He even spoke highly of the Ryals.They gave me a reasonable quote. The did several extra things that I did not even think were included such as put in a new thermostat when they changed the water pump. It was ready when promised.It has been three months absolutely no issues. I

Probably the worst place I’ve ever been. At the counter the lady said they had fixed a huge oil leak and changed the oil sensor. THEN she changed her story saying it wasn’t leaking bad. Which whatever. THEN AGAIN while i was at the counter talking to her she turns and ask the mechanic if he even looked at the oil yet!?!?What kind of business does that? Needless to say i paid and took it somewhere else. It has about 10 different leaks non that have been worked on. I told my family and friends not to trust this place. How can you tell a customer something is fixed and it’s all good when you don’t know yourself?

Ive been taking my vehicles to Ryals for years and they have always taken good care of me and my family. Very competitive repair costs, good people, and they NEVER try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs like many places do. If you have a small issue that isnt an emergency, theyll be completely honest with you and let you know when and if it will ever be a problem down the road.Theyre often pretty busy, but its well worth the wait to have them look at your vehicle and give you an honest estimate rather than go someplace else. I cant recommend them highly enough.
