Very bad experience. Kirk auto has has my car for 2 months and then finally get to pick my car up I found myself turning around and taken my car back. Mad frustration cause when I asked for a refund they tell me.that they have to look at it again. Wait ✋ that is what yall have had the car for 2 months to do check it out, fix it,so now its more to fix the car its too dangerous to drive the car, so I left the car there. I constantly kept check on my car only to get the same news each week. We havent got a chance to look at your car yet,but we working on it. Seems like to me they never looked at my car in the first place cause had they done so I would not have had to take it back again for the same problems. Angry, mad and frustrated.
Took car in to have the rear end gears replaced. After completion, I came to pick vehicle up and car had scratches and paint missing. Spoke with service supervisor Eric Williamson and he advised me that he would look over the camera footage to see if the car came into the shop like that or who damaged the vehicle. He gave me his personal cellphone number. I called him on the day he advised me to and he told me that he would be off work a day or two and that they had pulled the hard driver already. He added that someone would have to bring him a device to play the old hard drive with and to call him on Tuesday.- - -I have called him numerous times and he has yet to return my call. I text him and he left the message on read and did not reply back. I asked did upper management and received no callback as well. I’m a truck driver so i cannot just come there right away since I’m not home to take care of the issue he told me he would. I would not advise anyone to go to this location for the risks and liability they leave on you. I took my 40k plus car to the dealership to have work done on it for the ease of mind and thinking it would be treated carefully and properly.

Worst buying experience in my lifetime. Ordered a truck in December and paid $25000 down. Kirk processed my check immediately and ordered the truck. Once the truck came in in March, Kirk changed their minds and decided they could get more money for the truck ordered for me. They said our check was in the mail! sending us back $25000 and we still have NO truck, that we ordered 4 mos ago. Heres a picture of the deal worked out on paper with the salesman. I assume their check will be good, once we get it.

I can honestly say Ive never had a better experience with a car dealer or salesperson from first contact to making a deal, and I got a great deal! Ordered a truck in December with a down payment of $25000 that was processed immediately. Once the truck came in in March 2021, Kirk decided they had not charged me enough on the order W321 on paper that the salesman signed off on. They called today to say no deal and would be sending our money back to us.

He sent me pictures and after many texts with me deciding what I wanted, he and the sales team made it happen. Purchased new f250 King Ranch $80,000 vehicle, Drove 4 hours to get to dealership when I got there and test drove vehicle it vibrated violently, was told it had a flat spot in the tire and was assured by sales manager that they would take care of it if it did not take care of itself after driving it for a while, With much confidence given by salesperson and sales manager I left that day 6 months later and 10000 miles on vehicle they are still refusing to do anything about it, I am a business owner myself never do reviews like this unless very well warranted so Im out $1400 on new tires now on my own, so much for a mans word and a handshake,Year later 30000 miles still wobbling no response from dealer

Had to bring my vehicle in for recall maintenance. Was told work would take approximately 4 hours, however, additional parts were required which required leaving car overnight. Service attendant was thoughtful enough to arrange for a very nice rental car and guaranteed that my vehicle was be ready by the time that I had to report for work the next day.At 10am on the following morning, I returned rental car and was met by same service attended, who handed me my keys and said that my car had just then had repairs completed.Am very happy with service provided.

I have been a Kirk Auto consumer for over 25 years. and have been an Explorer owner since day one of the SUV being introduced.. I would own nothing but a Ford Explorer. The staff at Kirk Auto is professional, courtesy, and efficient. I have experienced very few problems with any of my Explorers and always receive excellent service at Kirk Auto.
The day that I was dealing with was very helpful, the other salesmen were crude, loud, and overall obnoxious. The big boss was there and didnt say anything about the vulgar language, and had no respect for all the other women that worked in that office. I have had to call and question tag issues, and maintenance issues. I love my car, I will not be back at kirk.Edit: Spoke with David the Sales manager, nothing solved.
Carried my 2015 F150 in for 100,000 mile service. It was found that I had a transmission leak as well. I was given one price for all service. Then I remembered I had purchased an extended warranty that would cover the transmission leak. Once I informed the service manager of this he increased the price by the amount of the warranty coverage.This is the most blatant act of greed I have ever seen. He tried to explain that the first price included a labor discount he was giving me but after the warranty was introduced he had to charge another rate. I explained to him that the warranty is mine and the rate should be the same. NO MORE MAJOR SERVICE WORK. OIL CHANGE SIDE IS GREAT.
A C and Tim was helpful in trying to figure out the issues my F250 was having. They got my truck in and Roy checked it out and tried to come up with a cause to the issues, which they did help it some. Very nice people to go out of their way to help someone that lives 600 miles way be able to get back home safely. Thanks for what you do.

While driving from Leland to Winona, our electric window malfunctioned and wouldnt roll up. Two techs there, Jason and Rhea quickly stepped in to remove the door panel to get the window rolled up so we wouldnt get rained on. The team there had the opportunity to not help, but instead stepped up even with their busy schedule to help get us back on the road. Ill be making the drive to Kirk Bros more often from now on!
Needed some warranty repairs done, didnt have the parts. The warranty allowed for a rental vehicle. This was on Thursday, said they might not have it ready till the following week. They called the next day and I was ready to go, that made me so happy. They fixed some other issues I was having during this repair. Truck is running and acting fine. Yeah for Kirk.

After having to wait in parking lots for places to open, only for them to tell us they couldnt get us in, we finally called Kirk Auto when they opened, and they were able to not only send a tow truck that could accommodate my whole family, they treated us like we were top priority and got us back on the road after only a couple hours! The Kirk Ford service department is rated A+ in my book. Had an issue with my F-250 diesel turbo boost while traveling during the 2018 Thanksgiving holidays. Went by the dealership on Friday morning, day after Thanksgiving, & the service department rep was exceptionally helpful in getting the issue resolved. The service department shop foreman had their only diesel mechanic, working that day, jump right on my truck to get the turbo charger repaired immediately. Salesmen and receptionist were extremely rude. Poor service even though they were obviously not busy. The truck we were picking up had a scratch on the mirror, and pine needles all over it. Additionally, they didnt bother to fill up a new truck purchase with gas.

I live a 100 miles from this dealer and I found a jeep i wanted but i didnt want to drive an hour and a half for a vehicle that wasnt going to be there when i got there. So i called up there twice and Courtney and Erica both assured me beyond a shadow of a doubt that that jeep would be there. Well low and behold when i got there i was promptly informed that that jeep had already been sold at such and such time that morning and the time i was given was well before the time i called in. If they are that unorganized that they dont know what vehicles they have and what they dont i am not gonna let them have anything to do with my finances or credit anyway. Oh and the only reason i am giving them one star is because i am unable to give them no stars at all.
