Dee was very welcoming and had a bright smile on her face and she knew her stuff. She helped me with some changes to my account and I ended up purchasing AirPods from her and she was nice enough to pair them to my phone. It was the best service I have ever had.
This is not just one experience. If you go in and speak with the people working there they don’t seem to know anything, if they do they are only telling you what they want you to know. If you call on the phone they will only tell you to come to the store. Att offers much more than what these people want to tell you about. The Grenada office employees are awfull at customer service
The store manager Kristy was amazing and very patient. She helped me get a new phone and set it up for me with no questions asked. I will be returning

Left att after many years, signed up with a carrier that starts with a V. Immediately, no service. A dead phone for 108 a month. Wouldnt furnish an antennae, usually had to drive about a mile to call or text. Steaming was out of the question. So, yesterday, went back to att. Good folks at store I went to. Took care of everything quickly, and find its almost a strange feeling to be able to use a phone again. Prodigal son has nothing on me! Glad to be back.
I’ve been in twice in recent weeks and could not get anyone to acknowledge my existence, much less help me. What’s going on? This store used to be fast, friendly and efficient.
The Grenada, Mississippi location is the most unprofessional establishment that I have encountered! AT&T directed me to return a phone that was still under the initial trial period, and not only did Whitney refuse to accept the phone, she was horribly rude and unprofessional. When I asked tp speak to the manager, who I heard her speaking to, she told me that he was on the phone. When I said that I would wait, she said he was gone. When I asked her name, she yelled that she “ would not sit her and be threatened!”. My brother, who was in the store, was yelled at and Whitney threatened to call the police if he ever came back into the store. As she was yelling at him, she disregarded Covid 6ft restriction by getting within 2ft from him. Whitney severely lacks customer service skills, tact, and anger management. Needless to say, this branch of AT&T is a poor representative of its parent company. I do not live in the Grenada area, but I have sympathy for all of the customers who have to rely on this store. I would give the Grenada AT&T store a ZERO if that option was available.
As soon as I walked in the store, I was given all the attention I could ask for. This lady was wonderful, friendly, helpful, the best. It was great. Kudos to her.

The manager came in from lunch with an attitude. Thats the Grenada bunch. I was not a happy camper.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I have no complaint with the service with your store employees.My complaint comes from the reception service where we live. Our world is so great that we have folks that can place man or woman on the moon but have not figured out to get ATT phone service in a hilly terrain. We have to look for locations to make a call and sometime we have to leave home to make a call. Other times we hear, “I tried calling but couldn’t get a call through’. Our monthly charges are the same whether we are able to use our phone or.not! I have been an ATT customer since South Central Bell/ in the early 1959/60. Never a complaint before but this is utterly disgusting and the highest point of embarrassment!!BTW the 5 stars are for the Stores Customer Service. I’ll let you rate our service at home.

I went into this location because I had just gotten a new phone the day before and I was having some issues with it. Upon going into the store, I saw three female associates, one spoke but made it clear she couldn’t help me. All of this without even trying to help me, but she asked a young woman who was standing behind her to assist me. She not only cleared up all of the questions I had, she walked through the steps to help me by handling my phone! This young lady is Deanna and I’m so glad I met her today!!!!

Just your basic AT&T store. Employees seemed nice, but I cant find a reason to ever pay for a phone bill ever again so my post is probably a little biased.
The representative at this Grenada att ported my sisters phone so fast I couldnt believe it and she was so nice!!!

ATT didnt have the phone I wanted. The day was horrible all together. I had am ATT sims card which was still good and I lost it there or cricket, of course, I had to buy a new one but had to find a phone 1st. Bad Day if they ask about Wal-Mart you will know it gets worse.

Bought a $850 phone 3 months ago.phone speaker stopped working.IGo to store they tell me to call warranty.,so next week while im on rd as i am a truck driver,warranty says i have to go back to store and they have to hook it up to their machine before warranty can send me a new one.1 week gone by when i get back in town.i then go go back to store 2nd time.i was then told i d have to take it to greenwood because they dont have the equipment to hook it up to.why wasnt i told that the first time.so now i have to wait another week before i get home an travel 75 miles round trip at my expence an will be 3 week before i get a phone that i can hear on.problem solved dropping my service and getting unlimited data on 3 phones and save myself $150 a month on my phone bill.grenada store absolurely sucks,no knowledgeable service will u get there.
