The young lady, CeeCee, (not sure of the spelling) was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, sweet, kind, patient, helpful, polite, and an all around wonderful person. The other three ladies in there seemed equal. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. I was very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were giving away free food and drinks. No doubt 5 stars.

What the heck is going own with tex here lately my tex want deliver just bought a new s21 plus. My old phone never one issue any where now every place I tex fine before want now and this is suppose to be a upgrade a joke. Is something going own with towers cause iv heard others having issues

I rated them a 4 because we had to order and have our phones shipped. They were out of just about everything. The young lady Brittney was great and straight to to point with getting out needs met.

Had a great experience in the Grenada Cspire store today. The manager Mike Richmond and sales rep Sandra Boyette were very nice and so helpful. The atmosphere has gotten much friendlier with the new manager and employees there. There was another girl working there that was helping another customer but she was very friendly too. Thank you. As a manager myself, seeing this level of customer experience makes me happy and I will be back to the store for all my needs. Thank you.
