Phenomenal service and superior time to get new tires installed (20 minutes). When I drove home I could tell a huge difference from the tires I had on there before compared to what I have now. I’ve brought two vehicles to Discount Tires in the past month and have been very satisfied with the service, transparency, and efficiency of this location. I got new wheels and tires the first time, and they were willing to work with me on alternative solution that I’m very happy with when the ones I’ve ordered were out of stock. One minor complaint is that the tires weren’t fully balanced the first time but I was able to get the issue resolved at the Discount Tire in Clackamas. We had discovered that Les Schwab patched a nail near the sidewall on my wife’s Mazda CX-5 which could lead to a tire blowout at highway speeds a year earlier so we trusted bringing it to Discount Tire for a second opinion and to replace the tires on the vehicle. I always get the tire certificates because I firmly believe in the value they provide in the case of an emergency and I also really enjoy the transparency they have with the computer monitors facing the customer. Thanks Discount Tire, you’ve earned yourself a lifelong customer!

Its convenient to be able to buy tires ahead of time and make an appointment. The store was so busy at 11:15 am that the phone was ringing non-stop (no one answered it) and appointment time meant very little. Appointment was for 11:15 (arrived at 11:10), I was finally helped at 11:20. I was told that since I had an appointment, I would be priority and my vehicle would be done by 12:30. It was almost 1:00 before my vehicle was done. Not a huge deal, but as a company, promises should be kept or not made at all.

I did a walk in new tire purchase & installation. I was told it was going to take 3hrs so I went to the near by stores to pass time. 40min after I receive a notification that my vehicle was ready for pick up and mind you they said they were short handed. No complaints from me! Price was just what I was able to afford.

Every employee Ive met at this location is friendly, listens well, and does great work. Ive had experiences at other locations in the PDX area where employees were rude, condescending, and/or didnt reset the tire indicator. I live in southeast but I drive up to this location because I always get great service. I bought tires online and made an appointment to have them replaced and they were done in less than 45 minutes on a Friday. I highly recommend this place.

Just had two tired replace at 11am. At 1230pm the driver rear tires bulged and pushed past the rim in my driveway. Thought my neighbor had a pressure washer running, but it was just the air rushing out of the tire. I live less than 7 miles from the store and glad I didnt try to get on the highway. Called the store and no one picked up, called customer care instead and was told Cody will call me. I have no way of getting back there unless its towed, so Ill update as I hear back.

Manager, my situation and without hesitation he offered to change it for me. As he was changing the tire, he explained every step along the way so me and my kids had the knowledge in the future. I am very happy with the new tires, but they took my old tires and told me they were bald, I said I want them took them to another tire shop and they said there is 60% tread still. As I was loading them up one of the workers comes running out and says I thought we were keeping those tires. Not cool.

I have mixed feelings about this place on the one-handed do a good job and they have been able to turn me around very quickly with how busy they are usually however I had to bring my car back because I asked something to be done on it that hadnt been done for the second time this took a lot of my own time and that was not appreciated

This guys are great Dropped my trailer off and went to visit my daughter called me 2 hours later saying it was done. Graded my trip trailer and was back on the road in a few hours. Highly recommend. And I save myself little over a 100 dollars

My tire wasnt holding air at all, so I drove there in middle of night to be there when they opened in the morning. As soon as they opened, they sent someone out to see what they could do to help me. Unfortunately, the warranty was expired, but they fave me a range of options for a new tire in different price ranges to suite what I needed and with different warranty levels. Amazing guys here! And as always you can swing in anytime to have your tire pressure checked and corrected/equalized for FREE!

They were great. I showed up at 430pm with a bulging tire. They walked me thru the options, didnt try and upsell me to the most expensive option and provided guidance about the health of the rest of my tires. I didnt have it in my budget to change all 4 tires so they let me know the ramifications, changed my one tire and I now have a plan to change the other 3 when I get my next paycheck. They werent jerks about it like Les Schwab.

No appointment, dont botherHad tires delivered, Showed up at 10am, was told they would be done by 12:30. waited until 12:40, saw the car was still in the lot, I wasnt on the waiting list and all I got was a sorry twice. Had them refund me and I left with sunburns, a screw and nail still in my tires and a broken TPMS module.I Highly recommend only going to this location if you have an appointment, because if your a walk in you might be forgotten like I was.0 attempts to inform me of any delays, no sincere apology, burned my time and body. Went in to get new tires on my Camry, was only going to get the front tires replaced bcuz I dont have a lot of money. They got me 6 months no interest financing so I was able to get all 4 tires replaced. Got some excellent tires, best warranty you can get, awesome price. I know were all busy and I know that some days are busier than others, we all need tires at some point because its just that time to replace or because of some unforeseen circumstance. I inquired about purchasing a tire for my 63 vw. I know at times they stock them or have access to them but, was dealt with like I didnt have a clue. He was short the moment he picked up the phone.When you have a customer call in to request a tire I would assume you handle them as if they were right in front of you...thats good customer service.Austin, the employee I spoke with however did not. He was very short, uncooperative and as he said Im very busy, call me back when you know the tire you need. If he took the time to look he wouldve know or couldve told me the tire I requested has a new updated modern replacement number 165/80R15 vs 165/R15.Doubt Ill buy from this store especially this location.

Good service if you, the customer know what you’re doing. They’ll treat you fine if you don’t accidentally pull into the wrong bay, or pull in too early, or don’t understand the instructions. I think they were legit laughing at this one guy while he was sitting in his pickup right in front of them. So they’re fast, but make you feel dumb. Not a fan.

I did have to wait a little over 30 minutes past the actual appointment but they are busy and its understandable. The guy who checked me in was attentive and detailed and knew what he was talking about.

This Discount Tire store was the only one who put in effort not only to get them in next business day but also offerred an earlier appointment that another customer missed. Waste of time. Talked to a guy about a few different tires. Ask if I made it back by 4 if they could install them and have it done today. He said I dont see a problem with getting it done today. So after deciding what we want we went back down and had to wait 20 minutes before we got to talk with someone. Turns out they dont have the tires. Thanks for wasting my time. I guess an almost $1100 sale doesnt mean much.Should have just stuck with my usual Tire Shop.

I made an appointment for 845, arrived at 840, and wasnt brought in until 910. Its unacceptable to have an appointment and have to wait an extra 25 minutes. Does that mean walk-in people were getting in ahead of me because they got here and no one was waiting? Either their system needs to change or something. We buy all our tires here and generally really like the team but this was extremely disappointing.

Beware if the deals!!! Not worth it! Read on if you want a explanation.First impressions were not bad... Quick service and knowledgeable dealers.... It went quickly downhill from there. Right after the visit they didnt reset my tire pressure light properly, so I needed to go back for that. Getting my rebates has been a nightmare (which is why I did it in the first place) and 6 months later I still havent received all of them, I keep getting the run around, no one seems to know what to do.The icing on the cake, I went to swap my new winter tires to my older all weather tires and they refused to mount them because they measured one at 2/32, called it a safety issue. I Checked it myself and got 4/32 at the lowest spot. Those con men then tried to sell me another whole set for over $500, more then I paid for far better quality ones. So I had to take more time to go to a honest shop and have them mount the still good old tires for me. Never do I want to deal with these people again.

Stopped by 5/23/2020 to discuss wheel and tire options for our new 4runner. Guy treated me like an infectious zombie . Told me to go sit in my vehicle and turn on the hazards and they will be with me in a little while. So, I left. Guy came running up to my vehicle and asked what I need. Uh, not to be treated this way. Too bad that is about $2500, discount tire will never see. Nor will I venture to one of their stores in the future. Stay safe guys.

This was fist time visiting Discount Tire and I was extremely pleased with their service! I had called over the weekend and reserved some tires that I apparently told them the wrong size. The gentleman that assisted me had asked me a lot of questions about my driving and by the time we made it inside, he was able to pick out better tires than what I had originally chose. He even found me a discount that wasnt advertised, kept the tires in the same price range as before and they had 20K miles more warranty than the tires I had previously picked out. They got the tires on in quick time, I was out of there in 40 min. Seriously the best service I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this company!!!
