These guys are rockstars. They managed to fit my 2020 Tacoma with 35” KM3’s via cab mount chop. They also did a rear leaf replacement and some spacers to bring up the front end. Dustin was fast and took initiative. 10/10 I’m so happy with my truck!!

Went and got airbags installed on my truck here. Maybe almost every price around and did a good job. Been running them now for a couple of weeks and everything seems to work great. The dog approves of the smoother ride.They’re pretty conveniently located just outside of Greshem off the highway and if you want to drop your truck off after hours, they have a key drop box which is really nice.

Didnt have much in stock; which, seems to be the standard for Portland area offroad shops, so no big deal but they didnt seem overly interested in getting anything ordered. Only person that offered any help was the receptionist so I couldnt really get any answers to technical questions. I know there are a lot of online places to purchase the needed items but I generally prefer to buy from local business when I can get them to take my money.

Houston was great with price and install time - however when i started having issues with the products, I feel like I was on my own - I finally got in contact with Him and he replaced the faulty product. My issues have finally been resolved. I am satisfied with the outcome, but I shouldnt have had to wait this long for a solution.

Had the Bilstin 5100 installed on my 2013 Toyota Tundra to level it, went with the highest setting on the front and the standard Bilstin 5100 on the rear and it leveled it out perfectly ! The line up, Prefect ! The ride, Perfect ! Did I say everything looks PERFECT !!!! I will be back .

I had some Fuel Rippers and Nitto Ridge Grapplers installed on my truck and I couldnt be happier. There was a small defect on one of the rims. Houston had a replacement approved on the way within 20 minutes. Customer service was superior and hassle free. I know there are other reviews on here that complain about nobody answering the phone. 2 out of the 3 times I contacted SOR somebody answered the phone. The one time nobody answered, there was an option to leave a message. This is a mom & pop business and sometimes the people answering the phones are also the same people turning a wrench. I happen to prefer the continuity of service. If that means I have to leave a message once in awhile, so be it. My multiple trips to the shop didnt reveal any employees with attitude, everyone was quite nice and appropriate to the situation. I highly recommend this family business and will continue to go back for my truck needs.

I bought some oversize tires and wheels, but NOBODY WOULD MOUNT THEM. Houston took on the challenge, and got it done quick. Definately a return customer.

Get more people to answer phones, dont make excuses well theres on me to answer calls and Im super busy hire someone to help if your so busy... Get tracking numbers that way you can give an accurate estimated time on parts arriving

I hate to say it but bad service, and bad attitude while trying to order 2 lift kits for our SUVs and one employee there who was working on it said they could install it no problem, then called us back after having our vehicle over night to tell us they cant cause, its a mess and too hard.

Nice shop.
