I ordered a clutch kit for my mk4 gti from these guys and also added a throwout bearing to my order for good measure. I received a call from one of the gentlemen here to inform me the kit I ordered actually came with the bearing and they wanted to confirm if I needed the second one. This level of service blew me away. I am a first time purchaser from them but they just earned a customer for life with that simple gesture.

I ordered ignition 2.0t coils for upgrade on my 1.8t audi a4. To make it short. I had some issues with the coils I received misfires. Anyway I emailed and contacted them about the issue. These guys did an amazing job on my 2019 Sprinter. It now feels more like shes packing a 3.5 EcoBoost instead of the 3.0 from Benz. 23+ mpg, and I dont even have to baby it! Excellent work.

Just wanted to give Aaron and his team a big shout out for going above and beyond!We’re currently escaping California for North Carolina. In Barstow, our alternator decided it wanted to rebel. Of course no one had a replacement for our mk3, within a two day wait.I called Aaron and not only did he have one, his team put the clutch pulley on for me, as I didn’t have the special tool. This company is great. My car just had a catastrophic failure of the decoupling alt pulley. After exhausting all local sources, once again they are coming through huge. The owner called me shortly after ordering to let me know I can pickup the part at the local fedex hub first thing tomorrow. You guys rock! They promptly shipped the complete engine to me via FedEx from Oregon to Staunton Virginia. The cross-country trip only took about three days. Was thinking of getting a new tune for my 2011 BMW X5d due to some low rpm turbo lag and just trying to get a little more power to better pass at speed and ended up on Malone Tuning which showed Cascade German as a dealer. I was hesitant to take my ECU out and send it off to someone in the mail so they ended up being the the closest dealer I could find to Eugene. Called and made an appointment with Aaron to get a Malone Stage II (no other mods.) I showed up at 0900 and they let me borrow their tools to get my ECU out and Patrick even drove me in Aarons diesel Mercedes to get donuts (to soothe their jerk of a next door neighbor who wanted to tow my car even though the parking lot was empty.) Got the tune back from Malone, downloaded to my ECU, and I installed it and was out of there by 1100. Great group of guys who enjoy working on cars. I now have 100 extra hp and 100 extra lb/ft of torque from my 3.5L diesel and have increased gas mileage from 18 to 20/21 in the city along with better throttle response. Highly recommend Malone tuning and Cascade German. Vielen Dank!

I called this AM to talk with someone about a new high pressure fuel pump for my VW. I called at 1230 EST, but the shop was closed as it was a Saturday. I didnt leave a message as I was just going to wait and call them back on Monday. Approx 2 hours later, I received a call from Aaron asking if he would be able to help. He not only was able to tell me about what I needed to order, he offered to get it shipped out the same day so I would be able to get it faster and be able to get the pump replaced. I have worked with this Cascade for all my parts since buying my VW in 2014. I HIGHLY recommend them for anything VW. Super friendly and knowledgeable. 5+ stars in my opinion!!!
