Fixed a few things on my 83 accord. Quick turn around time, fair price for quality work. Ive been working on cars for awhile and this is probably the only place Id recommend for older honda enthusiasts like myself.

JUST PLAIN WOW!!!I’ve been looking for a different auto repair and service shop for my ‘vintage’ 4Runner. My son recommended Orient Auto Service and what a great choice!Besides being friendly and personable, the owner gave me a ride back-and-forth during the day and a half my rig was being serviced. They were so honest with me that I was almost shocked. This was my first time going here to get my suspension checked. Sway bar endlinks loose to strut I can’t figure out so I went here to get it fix since it’s close where I live. Service was done quick and affordable (cheap) and if I go somewhere else they probably gonna say something that isn’t necessary just to get some money from the customer but this place is the best place and they’re honest and I’m hoping to get same services if ever something wrong with my car that I can’t figure out . Will definitely recommend this place to my family. They even vacuumed my front carpets since it has a lot of needles from the tree and I didn’t notice at first. Thanks for the great service

Orient Auto has taken care of my car for 10 years. Excellent service every time Ive been there. They have always been honest, upfront and really nice to work with. My car has 138,000 miles on it and I expect they will keep it running for many miles in the future.

We have a Dodge 1500 and didnt realize that the company primarily works with foreign cars. That said, when I called Mark said he would gladly take a look and see why it wouldnt pass DEQ. They got us in within 3 days, were great at communicating their findings, and told us exactly what the problem was. They even pointed out a couple of things not related to emissions. I had called some other shops and was quoted 125 just for a diagnostic check. We were charged half that at Orient. So grateful for their prompt work, kindness and professionalism. We would highly recommend this service to anyone.Bonus: they have a secure gated area for overnight vehicles.

Completely honest, straightforward and trustworthy. I have had my vehicles serviced at Orient Auto Service for 10 years. Donna and Mark, and Connie and Tom before them, have always been honest and forthright. The work performed by Luis and Pat and the new tech (whose name Im ashamed I dont know) has always been top notch. All of the folks at Orient Auto Service are completely trustworthy. With Orient, I dont need to worry about paying for something I dont need and they will be honest and straightforward about the things I do need. If youre looking for an honest mechanic thats not going to fleece you, this is the place.

They took the time to make me aware of what was wrong with my car, discuss the costs with me and work with the fact I have a hearing loss and preferred written information so that I did not misunderstand the information. I loved being included in the decision process for my decisions instead of they have my car and a going to do a half way job so I will return as I have experienced with other shops. I will definitely be returning to them for any future work needed and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This is a family owned small business. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable on the Japanese vehicles. Office people are very kind and helpful. I have been using Orient Auto for 11+ years! I was referred to them by my mom who has been with them for 25+ years. They are reliable and won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need.

I brought my car in after a couple of failed attempts by the Honda dealership to resolve a squeaking issue with my car. Orient Auto was willing to take a look at my car the same day, and were very through and transparent through the process. They resolved my issue with the car and were fair with their cost of labor. I look forward to using them again in the future.

I took my Honda In for a quick oil change they brought a couple issues to my attention after the courtesy inspection, then timely and effiecently fixed my issues at an amazing price to me. First time going through them! It was friendly and professional the whole time and I got exactly what I needed and wanted. 5/5 would recommend.I most definitely plan to come back in the future!

They were very helpful and quick on their feet when they realized my car needed another part replaced (other than the one already getting changed). I was very grateful that they were able to get it all fixed and ready to go for me before I had to pick up my husband from work. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

We were so happy to find Orient Auto Service! We got tired of going to the dealership and walking away with a huge bill every time we needed an oil change or repair Donna and Mark were up front about the cost of our service and were delightful to work with. We even showed up on the wrong day for our appointment and they managed to move things around to ensure that our trip was not wasted. They quickly diagnosed my issue and concluded that the part only needed to be cleaned. They probably could have said it needed to be replaced and charged more but they just cleaned it and my car is running again! Thank you for your honesty and quick service. Will definitely be back!

I try to keep to my local businesses when doing anything. Beyond the convenience of being close to the places I really try to keep the money local rather than spending it who knows where and it goes to some big Corp in another country ... I believe the manager or possibly owner answered the phone. That was really refreshing, wasn’t talking to someone in India or southern wherever..I was just checking on cleaning something and he was perplexed because he was already scheduled out two weeks, I told him that was good for everyone. His comment was he felt bad and really felt he was missing business. Well, I think people will wait for quality and great customer service.From reviews from prior customers and my own experience, if I could not handle a repair myself as I am a car guy, I would take my ride to Orient Auto Service and let them do the repair with out worrying about being taken advantage of, wry honest and upfront from the start. They are absolutely wonderful. Super efficient and timely. Everyone was very kind and the they seem like honest folks. Best service experience Ive had in a long time. I highly recommend them.

I knew as soon as I talked to Tom on the phone Id found a good shop. When I walked in that same day to drop off my vehicle, my suspicions were confirmed -- a top quality (honest, friendly, helpful, clean) shop. I appreciated that they were able to get me in that day (which, according to their website, is apparently a normal scenario) since we were in town visiting family and needed the work done right away.My only complaint is the price. They buy their parts at the dealer, so expect to pay 3x what you could get them for at the parts store. Granted, they are better quality most of the time, but there are cheaper places to get even factory parts. They also charged me for 1.8 hours of shop time to replace a radiator. That seems high, even for book time, especially since the job couldnt have taken their very competent technician more than 30 minutes.Being a mechanic myself, it pained me to have to pay someone $600 for a job I could have done myself at home for $100. But since I had to pay someone, Im glad it was these guys. If you cant do your own repair work and you want only the best, look no further than Orient Auto Service.

Tom was very professional, friendly and helpful. My Honda had issues with the traction control light, the turn around time was very efficient and Tom had great communication throughout the whole ordeal.I normally would do my maintenance through Honda, however I always felt like I went home with more problems-I like that Tom pin pointed the issue, called me to give me the price then fixed it. Both he and his mechanic are amazing! Thank you!

I had my oil changed here they were quick and were very detailed about my tires in the front of my car that they need to be changed. they dont do tires at this location but they did give 2 other places to get it done. thanks tomP.S I Will Be Back

Honest guys not,doing unnecessary repairs

A quote from the Dealership was $743. They fixed the problem and replaced my cabin air filter for less than $200. The service was fast and honest.

I needed my radiator replaced and they had it done by the next day, having taken it in later in the day to begin with. Im not sure about price, since I dont know what a new radiator should cost (I paid $430 for parts, labor, fluid). They were not only timely and courteous, but also fixed my whiny alternator belt (mazdas dont have an auto-tensioner - simpler fix but still much appreciated since most shops wont touch it for liability sake), vacuumed out my car, and checked back about 5 days later to make sure the repair went well and the car wasnt showing any more signs of overheating. I told the mechanic that I hope to use them for any repairs in the future. While I dont know what the average mechanic would have charged for that work, I do appreciate the customer service and communication given by them!
