Best customer service experience in a long while! Recently had a Boulder sized rock smash my windshield. After several failed attempts with other windshield replacement services, Star glass came through & came to me! Ricky & Dylan were perfectly on time! (after letting me know via call they were on their way) Walked me through an inspection of my cars scratches, dents & dings. Got right to work. 40ish minutes later I was waving goodbye. Will only call Star Glass from now on, thanks again guys!

Made appointment for couple days out to be done at my work site. Showed up on time, quick and efficient work. Guys were great to deal with. Would recommend if anyone needs Glass Replacement

One Year update still no leaks! Four Month update: Since the installation of my rear windshield we have experienced a lot of heavy rain. The rear windshield defroster works better than the old one and no leaks. I broke my window last night and it was too late to call someone so this morning I called around to many different companys and thankfully Star Glass was able to come out this morning before I had to go to work leaving my house vulnerable. Jeremy was here in a little over an hour and did a great job quickly. Highly recommend!

My daughter had her front windshield shatter towards the end of day. The level of service and speed that Star Glass gave to my daughter I could not of asked for more..

I went to this place and the guy that give quotes was very rude and it felt like he was racist. He told that they didnt do the type of work that i needed. And another employee came in and said that it could be done. So after that the same guy that i had an issue with gave me an outrageous quote of 18$ for an 8x10 glass picture frame. And to cut a half gallon glass bottle 60$. I politely said thank you and left and found the same items for $2.99 at the good will. I hope that Ill NEVER have to go to this place again. I believe that the man should be checked for his attitude.

I went to Star Glass, located at the intersection of the Westbank Expressway and Claire Avenue in Gretna, after the rearview mirror in my truck came undone. Aside from being dangerous not having a rearview mirror, it became a problem trying to keep it from damaging my windshield or inadvertently triggering a call for help to ONSTAR.Although I didnt have an appointment, Kevin wrote up a work order and as soon as a technician was available the mirror was reattached in short order.I would definitely recommend Star Glass to anyone who has a problem, whether it be damage caused by a rock or any other glass repair needs.

Literally could not have had a better experience. I live right off the parade route and when my back windshield broke in the middle of carnival I was desperate to fix it as soon as possible. I called several places around town and Star went the extra mile to get the glass I needed overnighted and installed super quickly (no one else even offered this as an option). Their team was friendly, intelligent, efficient, and really willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
