I went into Auto Zone located in Gretna, wanting to have my passenger side headlight replaced. I was assisted by Sheldon F.He exemplified the epitome of professionalism! He greeted me pleasantly when I arrived in the store. Asked how could he help me today and did just that!! Id been to a total of 3 different car part businesses on the Westbank and couldnt get my headlight replaced for different reasons according to each them. However Sheldon F. took care of everything in less than 5 minutes!!You made my day Sheldon F.Keep up the good work!! 👍

My battery was still under warranty and needed replacing. First I called and the lady that answered was able to find the old phone number the purchase record was under which took some time. When I went to the store armed with the information, David waited on me. He tested the battery and determined it was still under warranty. He clearly explained how the warranty worked and proceeded to replace and install the new battery. Everything was simple, stress free and quickly completed. David could not have been nicer or more professional. This location has always had the nicest people.

Got my battery changed here, David was awesome, he explained the warranty and the different price range. He changed it for free and even put the extra effort in to keep the new battery from getting corrosion. Highly recommend.

Sheldon F was a gold star employee! Super helpful and kind with assisting with my battery test and replacement. While I was waiting he also loaned tools to another customer to help her get her lug nuts off her tire. It’s experiences like this that will make me a return customer!

My tail light went out upon arriving in Louisiana so I Came here in search of a new rear light bulb, and winded up getting one the best customer service from a man by the name of Mr. Donald. My wife and I went in this Saturday and we worked with a young lady that was very helpful and got us the stuff we needed. She let us know about the deals they had. Got brakes and rotors for my wifes car and brakes for my car at a good price. Military discounts helps to. Went last week and she had another deal on oil filter and air filter. This is where Ill go just because of her customer service.

Just had a terrifying experience. Car started jumping from gear 1 to 3 and it was idling at rest. Took the car here to figure out what was happening. One of the employees, Sun, helped me figure out what was wrong and assisted us in fixing the issue. He was a savior during a critical time. I appreciate his assistance to the highest degree

Wife hurt her foot as she was entering the the store and was met with nothing but mean looks from an employee named Judy. After requesting help with the incident at 7:10pm on 8/20/18 in order to stop the bleeding from her foot Judy replied we dont have napkins. I had to grab a set of blue shop towels and purchase them so I could help my wife. She had 0 empathy for my wife!

I love this store because there is always one near by. And they dont mind helping in anyway they can. Their only downfall is they dont keep good inventory so you have to call and have someone double check if they have what you need.

I went in after I got several alerts that my tail light was out and an alarm (unknown origin) was going off continuously.After replacing the burned out bulb in the tail light, the agent determined that the alarm was due to the seatbelt wasnt recognizing that I had actually buckled up.After a few minutes, the alarm was silenced and I was on my way.

Ive always had positive experiences at Autozone, this location in particular. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service.

I used to think this was a decent autozone, but Im assuming theyve had a managerial change the past few months. They are almost worthless now. Ive had a few bad experiences such as being given the wrong parts, completely ignored at the checkout for ten minutes til I left, and seeing rude behavior from staff. I would recommend a different auto parts store.

Very sadd customer service! Had to be a new guy, service was terrible how do you put a person in a auto parts store an haves no clue about a car any car, I dont get it! Asked for oil filter and intake filter. The disrespectful girl just gave me the very 1rst thing that popped up. Its not even tbe recommended brand for my truck. She threw the paper at me and said just look for those #s. Never will go there again.
