I love foot action it is a great shoe store it lets u return the only if they are in good condition but they also give you the full refund and you can exchange shoes for a release that been came out but i will always go there and I suggest people go there because the cashiers are always helpful and will never catch attitudes with there customers

My go to spot on the westbank in Oakwood Mall. Managers are always super helpful, and respectful along with the rest of the team.

Worst experience at a shoe store. If you would like to buy shoes! Please go to another shoe store like footlocker or champs . Manager is very disrespectful and shoe quality is terrible .If you buy a shoe and try it on and notice it is ripped they won’t take it back because it is already worn. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone . Have a blessed one.!
