Excellent work fantastic they are my new shop to go to

Charged me for a tune up but didn’t even change the sparks plugs or air filter . scammed me out of 200 dollars !! Here is the original and didn’t even I’m just beyond mad right now . If your a woman please don’t come here !

I took my car in last Wednesday morning for a simple thermostat change - it sat there til Friday without even having the hood lifted to just take a look... I went to get my keys - one of the damn mechanics had the nerve to ask me how long my car been sitting out there 🐢🐢🐢!Took it to a brotha - had it fixed in 40 minutes.

I took my car in to have engine replaced. I bought my own engine. I started getting calls about my CV axle joint needed repaired, I advised I couldnt afford it right now. Then I got a call about needing a new serpentine belt, but I told them I had just replaced the serpentine belt the month before and I wasnt paying for a serpentine belt that was not damaged when I brought it in. Then I got a call about needing a new catalytic converter for $361, I advised that I couldnt afford it. When I picked up the car it was $500 more than I was quoted. They told me it was because of the serpentine belt and the catalytic converter. I feel they ran the price up on me because I am a woman. I had them remove the catalytic converter and took it to another shop (Dougs Auto in Griffin), where theyre charging me $225. All of the reviews on this page from men are good, but I noticed not one woman left a good review. I am so hurt, because Im trying so hard to make it and this shop took advantage of me, because I am a woman. Ill never reccomend this shop to anyone

Was great in the beginning but turned bad quick parts where wrong and not on car plugs was not changed also when I asked was everything completed he said yes but my husband found not to be true nicely they did return that part but i still paid $1200 for parts different than whats on car and parts that arent in my car yes they offered for me to return my car but i decided after seeing where my car was wreck on hidden camera Im sueing

Took my car first time he put Freon in car. Well week later leak out. Took back he says I need condenser and he fixed the problem. Week later Freon leak out again. He told me he would pick my car up at work nothing but liar. I took my car to Scott’s and condenser was not replaced the man showed me it was dirty. He charge me 485. My son went down there he said he replaced liar. Threatening call police. I have pictures of condenser is old. I wanted know who owns place I want my Money back. Sorry man take my hard earned money.

Mr Lee is a great guy. Customer service is excellent,friendly atmosphere,clean facility. Unfortunately in my experience $600 of repair invoices and a second tow back home the next day made me decide to just go get a new vehicle. Some car problems just cant be identified and fixed i guess.😌

Lee is a scammer I used to work for him. you are lucky if he really changes the oil in your car when you get a oil change half the cars he does for enterprise he just slaps a sticker on it and sends it back he lazy and does shortcuts I painted his whole house and never got paid for it he is a scram Im surprised that quality complete auto care is still a business he will cheat you Any way he can be carful also if he does a tune up mark all your plugs and wires he likes to charge you for a whole tune up but he will only replace like one or two cylinders

Lee Reeves has worked on numerous vehicles of mine and Ive never had an issue. Reading the reviews with a couple of angry people will happen with any business. Things were fixed in a timely manner and I actually saved a lot of money. I dont take my vehicle anywhere else. Ive NEVER had any issues!!
