This is my second time renting a storage from this company. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company. Ms. Sherry has always been nice to me every time I come in. I feel really comfortable and welcome every time I rent from them. This is my go to place when I’m in between moving. One of my family members has rented a storage from them and she loved how nice they were.

A waste of money. In a time like this, you really need buisness owners to really work with you. These people lock your storage after a week... Terrible and we are in a crisis

Our unit was broken into, the gate wide open and they didnt even come up there to fix the gate. Do not recommend.

Property is filthy, the climate control buildings are nasty every time I go to my unit. It’s dead rats and trash all over the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hate that they fired Ms. Sherry she was always so friendly and helpful whenever I spoke with her. The other one has a smart mouth and just seems so unprofessional.

Storage facility was recommended by our real estate company. Went in and was ignored by woman in charge. She was busy telling another woman about a customer who made her go out in the rain and how she told them to never do that again. I stood for several minutes then turned and left. She never said a word or asked if she could help me. You lost a long term customer today. Very poor customer service.

This facility needs to learn that no means no. Badgering a 70 year old woman into buying a lock that she does not need Is not acceptable behavior. I placed your lock in front of your office door, because she does not need it.P.S.There are far superior disk locks available to protect your unit. A Tubular Keyway or Combination lock whould be harder to remove and a combination style has the added benefit of not having to keep up with a key.

Customer service is great

I love these folks !!! Sherry was the most caring person I have run into in a long long time. So sweet. Ill just say my move had a lot of unusual twists and Sherry made sure that the storage aspect was awesome as she went above and beyond the call of duty. What great people and facility !!!

Alexis was very helpful in answering all my and my wife’s questions. She gave us a tour of the property, showed an extremely clean storage unit, and set my wife and I up with all expectations regarding storage unit rentals. She even offered me a Penske truck and quoted me a great price! My wife and I were very impressed with the level of customer service she provided to us. Its a nice property but theyll raise your rental rate without much notice.

These people will screw you over left and right when you pay your bill. They say you are completely caught up on your unit and then charge you for two months rent a week later. Run, far far away from these people. And do not use them.

I was calling for a friend who warned some info on his storage unit at this facility since he is unable to call at the moment due to some medical problems.... The lady was very rude to me over the phone and just plane out wouldnt help me and when I asked to speak with an manager she said she was then I proceeded to ask for her name with she just repeated her position so I asked again for hre name thanking she didnt here me.... She again told me the same thing and proceeded to hand up on me.!!! Im verve upset with the surves I got from this place and with this being my first encounter with them I mostly definitely will never consider this facility as an option for my belongings or anyone elses

We used this company on Carver Road for a couple of weeks back in April when we were transitioning from one house to another. The RAT infestation was horrible. We had to set mouse traps out and usually caught between 5-10 per day. No joke. We had to throw away several boxes that the rats had destroyed before even leaving the storage locker, and I am STILL finding boxes of things like books we haven’t unpacked yet that are destroyed. Yes, we told them about the problem and they said they were going to call the pest company but it wasn’t done in the time our stuff was there. I wish I would’ve written this review sooner, but I was yet reminded again while unpacking Halloween decorations how much damage the rats did.

My mother recently obtained a unit here. Ive been there for her six times in 2 months and the gates gsve been open every time but one.
