Went in the store today and only 1 employee was working. No other employees were there or even on scheduled in the morning...very unsafe to have 1 person in the store at 1 time... even in the handbook it says they cannot have 1 person working... advance upper management doesnt care but there employees when it come to safetyNow I have the DM harassing me on my phone about a place I dont even work at anymore!!!

The experience I had was awesome! Wayne was so awesome. His upbeat attitude in servicing me was so kind. The other gentleman couldnt get his name he was awesome to help me out as well. Thats true costumer service. Very pleased.

I have been going to Advance auto for 20 years but no more after today. This is the 2nd time in a row I have seen store employees that cant be bothered to wear their masks in the middle of a pandemic. If you dont believe Covid is real than go on in and help yourself. If you are like me and trying to avoid as much exposure as possible while still doing the things you need to do than avoid this place like the plague

I couldnt get out of the house to run to advance auto in Highland, so I tried their delivery service. The parts arrived in a couple of hours, much quicker then expected. Thanks to Advance auto for the great service. Advance will remain my first choice for auto parts.

I came in today to get a light bulb. I had no idea what I was doing but Vernon and Talainia were amazing. Everybody dropped what they were doing to help me right away. Vernon went above and beyond and helped me get the right bulb, even went outside to make sure we got the right bulb. Then Vernon was amazing enough to help get it in! I will always be a loyal customer because this was the best customer service I’ve ever received! Thanks Vernon and Talainia!

Hairo was knowledgeable and so courteous! I needed wiper blades desperately! He not only got the right ones for my car, but installed them. Then asked me to use them just to be sure, all was well! Excellent experience!

Good auto parts store! four stars because they dont stock all parts for a 305 sbc... the most massed produced engine on the planet !!!!!! not to mention interchangeable with the 350 sbc the second most mass produced engine on the planet!!!!

I buy all of or most of my parts from here mainly because of the onli e discounts and I just pick it up in the store within 30min and save sometimes 20% or more especially if you have signed up for there rewards programs you may be able to save and additional amount as much as $20 on top of the %20 ( although when you use rewards and coupon they do readjust the 20% down. But MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BOXES to make sure you are getting the part you NEED and to make sure EVERYTHING is there and IN QORKING CONDITION.

Had a great experience at the Griffith advanced auto. I had bought a battery from a different location 14montgs ago that had a 24month warranty but that location would not exchange it though the battery tested that it had an issue. The guy that helped me also didnt know how to correctly check the cars starter and alternator with the computer tester thingy. I went to the Griffith location near my house and the Night manager Jake did a great job Actually helping me, checked my car, and e exchanged out the battery. He didnt ask me to jump through a bunch of un-necessary hoops to get a new battery. I will now only go to the Griffith advanced auto
