I have done business with these guys multiple times and have never had a bad experience with them, even though I do find it funny they have multiple names. I had two problems with parts due to manufacturing, which doesn’t bug me, mainly because I’m a technician by trade, so I expect this at times. Each time they have always responded quickly and been very helpful, will do business with them many more times I’m sure.

They are also known as speedy racer, And several other names as another reviewer pointed out. You need only check out their address and see how many different names they have or see the listings and look at their address .I Ordered a part they said it was shipping and then three days after they said it was shipping they sent me a notification saying it was no longer available. then I found them on eBay charging quite a bit more for that same exact part than what I had paid on their site and showing plenty available. I had also been watching the part on eBay so I’m guessing they thought I would just buy it from the eBay name they’re under and pay much more. No thanks. Wasted my time and wouldn’t want to do service with such unethical people. Not to mention, how do you mark something saying it has already shipped and then three days later saying it’s no longer available?

I placed an order on May 22nd. The funds cleared my bank on May 22. My order is PENDING and after sending 2 emails, trying to connect with several phone calls and sending a FB message I still have not received any response. I just cancelled my order, hopefully they will refund my money. Poor customer service. will not be returning here! Only one star in order to even post this!

I purchase a set of coilovers from E-Motor, front and rears ($450).The fronts are defective in that they will not turn to adjust height, the bolt hole at the base was smaller than OEM.The rears just flat did not fit period. The top plate is wrong and the studs are larger than OEM and can not be installed, like the fronts the bolt hole on the base is also smaller.I contacted Brandon, Sales Manager and he offered to find a solution and after some time replied they are the only ones they sell that fit, this in spite of multiple photos I had sent him showing they are not correct. Brandon then offered a partial refund because they were past the 90 day return policy.Since then E-Motor has not replied to multiple attempts to contact them.Another review stated this company is dangerous...their parts are poor quality and will cause an accident on the road.Buyer BEWARE! There is a reason they keep changing their name online...Seedyracer is E-Motor, at least this week.

Bad business, do NOT trust them. I bought one of those (junk) chinese turbos from them and had to send it back soon after installation because it was broken. It happens, but the real problem was they shipped the replacement to the wrong address; I told them in 3 of the (too) many emails and 7 out of the 20+ phone calls to them (had to keep calling because they kept saying well ship it back tomorrow, well ship it back to you tomorrow...) to not to ship it to the original address they sent it to because I had no way of retrieving the item. Plus they kept giving me the run around and wasted more of my time, I unnecessarily spend over $1000 on a rental car, I could have just bought a brand new VF52 turbo for that price. THEY OWE ME A VF40 TURBO or my money back!

Not sure who or why would someone give a 5 star to this place. To begin with in not sure if they are aware of who works for them. Parts are trash and it is true even though its a none name brand facility it goes to the saying you get what you pay for but also found other places that kind of meet about the same price as them and have better product. Now lets talk about costumer service, wow. One of or if so the worst costumer service poossible including their sales managers or just in general, management. Gave me the run around for about a month on damaged parts, sent me replacements which was great giving the fact that the first purchase parts didnt last that long in good conditions. When the reacements arrived they were already damaged. Sent them all the info with pictures about the parts and that where it all happended. A about 2 or 3 month run around. Refused to help and when they did i was to be blamed for a mistake that happened on their part. Sorry to make the story long but just wanted to share, vent out and inform everyone or anyone that wants to try out this place to stay away. There are other options that are about the same price and have better parts and better service.

It took four months to make contact with anyone, but finally I have success about a question concerning my newly purchased SCU TK006 Turbo charger 2AZFE BOLT on T3 for my Scion tC 08. Thank you for finally picking up the phone.I never did get the Turbo in my 2008 scion tC. Now it is a expensive paper weight collecting dust in my garage. I never received the computerized information that is needed for my car to program it to accept the new Turbo charger. How can I get a refund?

Ordered a ko4 turbo for my jetta and the product looks and feels great cant wait to install this weekend...Update its installed and not even 200 miles and the turbo is whining and making noises. Very disappointed was told a return label was being sent so it can be replaced and have been waiting 2 weeks for it still nothing so ill take it as a lost and took it apart to find out that the cool side impeller sheded its self and the wastegate flap was never setting properly lesson learned who not to buy from

At first I had great confidence in the reviews and the manufacturer because customer service was amazing but now that Im 6 months in on trying to get my EMUSA g35/350z coilovers on my G35, Im very disappointed. Who ever was putting the coils together put everything together wrong so all the springs are different sizes, wont measure the same or tighten the same so all sides are messed up. Ive had 3 mechanics look at this stuff and have called and found out this was a mistake by the warehouse and am stuck with these messed up coils instead of giving me the product I paid for. Extremely disappointed and money wasted.

I used to think emusa was great but now they’re dodging me when my coilovers maxed out for supra on my sc300 are almost tucking tire at their highest, have 3,000 miles; and I’m simply being penalized for purchase date. The car is a restomod, I’ve hardly driven it. I was talking to them on fb chat last night and they disappeared, now they’re avoiding my calls and my fb messages. I can’t even really find them on instagram. I keep tearing my muffler off going out of parking lots and over speed bumps because I can’t go any higher in the rear and they don’t care. They aren’t even seized; their range of motion is just poor.
