I was checking out and found out you cant use the scanner for your card unless you use your pin only. When the cashier tried to void the transaction, the register prevented him from doing so. I dont like using my pin in a public place nor do I ever. I didnt have much choice and had to. Next time Ill put it in the slot but they need to update that for contactless transactions. Everything else about the store is fine.

What happened to Cumbies? Used to be my favorite convenience store and gas station. Prices have skyrocketed, bananas doubled, gas higher than competitors, dirtier interiors. Have they given up?

Beautiful Remodel ! Excellent varieties from shakes to Pizzas and the pretzels are almost as good as NY Pretzels take it from me Im a Bronx Boy !!!!!

Employees letting people hang out in parking lot.I was approached by several kids asking me for money and to buy them cigars. Employees got mad at me and actually kicked me out.I guess its ok to feel uncomfortableWhile I was making coffee..I had to watch my car. So I asked about their policy..they go you can leave sir. So I left store . Man were they disrespectful to me. I only can pray for people like this who are rude toCustomers. After reading reviewsI feel so much better that most folks are treated poorly..thought Isomething wrong. Well ok I just spend like 500 a month there. But I go elsewhere. Lets pray for these employees who are very unhappy and take it out on us customers

They have a nice machine for filling tires and its free

Its convenient for the most part but can be expensive but I have had multiple bad experiences with like 4 employees they are very very rude. Even the manager the boss I had a bad coffee just today she put a lot of ice in it so I tried to tell her and shes like well what so you want me to do??

I go to my local Groton Cumberland Farms almost everyday. They have delicious coffee that you can make any way you like as they provide almost any coffee condiment you can think of. The best part is any size hot or iced coffee is only 99 cent. The staff is super friendly and have become like a part of my family. Another thing I appreciate about Cumberland Farms is that they give Free coffee to the Military and Police!

I dropped my cinnamon roll. I was devastated. Every one was so nice as they saw my super sad face and offered me another. Sadly it was the last one, they offered me any pastry which was super nice as it was my fault. Luckily my 90lb husky was in heaven as we didnt waste the precious cinnamon roll. Tomorrow is a new day, I will be back, I will eat one of those delicious rolls soon enough. Thank you cumbys for a ways being awesome!! -30yr old girl who just wanted a cinnamon roll

There mozzarella sticks are not that great and the marinara sauce is gross. The Cumberland farms in colchester Vermont has the best one!

Terrible service. Asked for a particular sandwich and was told they havent made those as they are discontinued. I pointed out I bought one yesterday and she yelled, in front of customers, theyre discontinued! And then, as I was leaving continued making comments and personal attacks. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this store as far as rudeness, abuptness and inappropriate comments about customers.

Gas prices are good, staff is friendly and 1 dollar sodas cant be beat!

This has to be the most poorly run store I’ve ever been in. First off, it’s always dirty and looks like a bomb went off in the place. Second, everything you look for is out of stock! Never any plain Seltzer water or Cumberland farms Peanut Butter Gold Rush Ice Cream. If you sell that much of these items? ORDER EXTRA!!!

Its been nothing but pure happiness since cumbies reopened! They are back and better than ever!!!

As I was getting my morning cappuccino at 330am on August 5, 2016, I was confronted by a woman working there named Kim. The foam from the cappuccino overflowed just a little bit and the excess foam fell into the drainage where you would think any spillage would go into. Just because the foam fell into the platforms, Kim runs over to me and yells at me, ITS NOT A DRAIN, ITS NOT A DRAIN! I apologize and say sorry theres no sign saying that I thought the foam could go there instead of the floor. She Rudely responds well now I have to clean it out again. I usually have no bad experience going to grab a quick coffee but Kim made me NEVER want to go there again. She was so rude to me and when a guy walks inside the store she was nice to him. So discriminating.... horrible service.

Cheap good food. Good people and awesome coffee. Oh and its cheap!!!!!!!
