Despite others experiences, I have always had a great experience at this pharmacy and store. The staff are very helpful and readily there to answer questions. The pharmacy is efficient and obviously busy, but dont leave me waiting. They work hard to let me know when there are changes in cost and tell me about coupons when they are available. Ive also seen them readily consult with customers. No issues to report!

Been going to this pharmacy for over three years and never had a bad experience. The people in the back of the pharmacy were always nice and helpful and also the employees in the front running the register

I knew we were facing a long weekend, dr.took too long to callin prescription. CVS in Westford didnt have it and wouldnt have it until next Weds. So I had to get dr.to cancel the prescription and call a new prescription into a different CVS. And even after calling and checking to see if dr. Called it in. I still had to wait 2 hours. I was told come in at 11. I got to the store at noon. I and still had half hour wait.

As a customer of this CVS for over 25 years, I am always amazed at the wonderful work the team performs everyday. They are attentive, courteous and pay attention to the customer whether in peak times of slower times. I am made to feel important as they know you by name. Keep up the good work!

My wife & I have been coming here for years. I am very surprised at the number of negative reviews, especially the the complaint of employee rudeness. The pharmacy employees have been consistently helpful and courteous in our experience.

I have been going to this CVS for 20 years. I find the staff to always be helpful and courteous. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism/courtesy at the CVS Groton, Ma pharmacy. I dropped off my childs prescription on 1/9/20. At that time, I was told I needed a new manufacturers coupon which I appreciated.

Ive been going here for years and the pharmacy always comes up with nothing but problems and rude people. They absolutely cant be bothered to do their job, always pass it to the next employee and waste so much of your time because theyre either lazy or just dont know what theyre doing. Im finally pulling the plug and willing to drive twice as far just to not have to deal with these nasty people.

Been going here since they opened, always helpful. Pharmacy staff especially, even when scripts run out they will give you a few pills to hold you over till Dr gets back with refill info. Never met a ride or uncooperative person there.

Kristie from the pharmacy was exceptional. She was extremely patient, helpful and happy even though the store was extremely busy. She helped me sort out all sorts of insurance and medication refill questions that Ive been attempting to sort out over the past two months.

Such a rude cashier... called to ask a simple question and the guy straight hung up on me.

Very rude staff. Never though i would get laughed at for asking a question and having them make me feel so stupid. Good thing i asked a question about a product they carry. Luckily i have the GM for that product in my phone and will be having a word with him. Funny how they offer a price and pay the company a certain % to drop your price. But hey you guys cant compete with other stores and keep the price the same.

After reading all of the bad reviews on the pharmacy, its not even a surprise that the rudeness overflows to the front store staff as well. Very arrogant and unhelpful. Will definitely take a longer drive to a another store just to actually feel like a valued customer. Absolutely terrible.

We arrived this morning at 7:59 and when my husband walked to the door, the person opening the store informed him that they open at 8:00. So he had to standside for 60 seconds outside until she was good and ready to open. Then, when he checked out she was nasty to him again. Unnecessary!! CVS, find better employees!!!

Arrogant and entitled pharmacists that never have your prescription ready, do not trust what you tell them, and have no sense of empathy for your condition. Not all pharmacists,but some real nasty people. It is also 3x more expensive than most pharmacies.

Pharmacy here is consistently bad. We use it in a pinch but otherwise avoid it. So inefficient and often unfriendly. The store staff has always been good.

1-2 Hours on average to fill a basic PILL prescription.....1-2 hours to put 9 pills into a bottle? Seriously? I may switch to the one in Littleton they are BUSIER but yet 2-3 X faster. The pharmacists here are inexcusably slow.Went back as of March 2018 and they are even WORSE. I Would give zero stars if I could, the pharmacists here are not only slower than snails they are rude as hell. Avoid this CVS like the plague if you can.

They have screwed up my meds since I started going there. Telling me that they werent cld in when they where. Never answering the pharmacy phone. Gave them all my insurance info. Told me they didnt have it. Incompetent. Damn, I could do a better job.

Just left the drive thru for my prescription. The woman at the window was so rude and condescending. I had a sleeping baby in my car and did not want to get out to go inside to give her a coupon. She explain to me why I would need to come in with the coupon and I said nevermind thats okay. She continued to go on and on and then became very rude and snide with me. Ive never had a problem with any customer service at CVS before. Im really disappointed in the way that I was just treated.

My issue is with the pharmacy. Twice theyve made the same error. After the first time I filled a sript here, I called and complained they put on a child proof cap on my meds even though I signed the release that it I declined the cap. Went back with a new script. Handed it to the pharmacist (per her name tag) and made a point to remind her, no child proof cap. Before releasing the script, I signed the release.Guess what. They screwed it up AGAIN.

Zy in the pharmacy was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the fact that the staff were busy and short staffed but he made sure to fill my prescription before they closed.

Prompt service and they always come through!

They never inform me that my daughters prescription is in...and its never filled on time...the date its due to be filled. The pharmacist are very rude and asked me if I was on wic and it was a coupon from the company! Wouldnt come here if I didnt have to.

The Pharmacists and Techs are friendly and efficient.

I was in lots of pain waiting for prescription to be filled.So much pain I couldnt hide it.No one was waiting in line.Pharmacist took so much time putting 14 pills in a vial.Then when I paid for prescription the woman at the counter waited for every last penny even though I was having a hard time getting the last 3 cents out of my purse.They could care less this bunch.

The last thing you want to deal with when you’re ill and trying to pick up your medication is a very rude and unprofessional pharmacist.

The worst pharmacy. They never have my script ready when promised. No call or anything when they dont have the medication in stock. Id say 8 out of 10 times theres some kind of issue.

90% of the time they are short staffed, there are times that prescriptions needed to be filled that day were not filled after stopping in two or more times a day to pick up....meaning.my son could not get what he needed when he needed them.
