You can get a wide range of items and their curb side is convenient if they have staff. Never enough registers open and that was the case WAY before covid. I wish they didnt get rid of their price checkers. But you cant beat the low prices and one stop shopping

They seem to do a better job of keeping the shelves stocked, when they have access to the items. Have also used the order and pick up service and was very pleased with it

This location is one of the better ones in Columbus. I pass 2 other walmarts on my way here but its cleaner and usually well stocked with the items I need.

I liked this particular Walmart. I think I was able to find a handicap shopping cart on wheels. I loved the fresh produce & the freezer foods were adequate. Walmart just has a variety of things to look at and buy. Nice experience.😊

Convenient location but not very cleanly. Masks and litter all over the ground at the entrance. The US flagpole was broken and the flag limply resting in the building facade.

It was just a little busy yesterday but ok.... I always enjoy Walmart. I always find more than I need.

Worst Walmart you could go to. Dirty. Scarcely stocked. Youre lucky if theres even ONE register open and half the self check outs are broken so you have huge lines down the isles. Expect to wait in line 30+ minutes.

Walmart is excellent! Clean and well stocked. The shopping center could use another “anchor” but it’s still worth shipping at the variety of stores offered.

The Grove City store is the worst store. The shelf are empty, the employees are lazy. They do not want to help you and want to avoid customers as much as possible. I witnessed several employees rushing in the back in the deli depth. So they do not work. I had to call the pharmacy to get connected to the vision center. Customer service does not want to answer the phone. The men who pick up the carts did not want to help a elderly lady in the parking lot. We will not even go into the managers who hide.The Hilliard store is so very very much better and cleaner and brighter. Why is this? The employees in Hillard are helpful. The managers at Hillard are doing something right. Grove City needs to take lessons. It is sad because I live around the corner from the Grove City store. Grove City Walmart You Can Do Much Better. Managers get it together!

Half of everything was broke or didnt have prices. I was told if I want to know prices download the app, it has a scanner. I understand everyone is under staffed BUT when I come spend my tip money ($300) I dont expect ALL employees to be super RUDE. Our cashier was the worst! I tried to make her day better but she wasnt having it. I asked her if her shift was almost done and she said, no I JUST GOT HERE just wow! Im 7 months pregnant and couldnt even pee because the bathrooms were so freaking nasty beyond belief. They had about 20 different workers that I seen. Half of them standing at crates to put away just talking away for long periods of time. Get it together Walmart!

Went to get my granddaughter a bike for her Birthday. Older gentleman working in the area went above and beyond helping us find the bike we wanted. Also after paying for the bikenI asked if they could have someone help carry it out and for in my SUV. A young man helped us out. Very nice, polite and you can tell he was raised correctly. Made conversation with us about the weather. Put the bike in the SUV made sure it wouldnt move and that we could get other stuff in there and the back closed. Even thanked us for letting him carry out the bike ans helping us

Definitely does not Clean Bathrooms enough.

I liked the Walmart, didnt do much shopping, just stopped in the front where the men clothes were and go my husband a pair of jeans.

It was so dirty and had only 2 registers opened with long lines at even yhe self checkouts. Would not complain about that but I saw front end people standing around.

Good amount of items to buy. Some items were out but other stores are the same.

Only 7 self-check registers open and 0 regular registers.If not for the cashier I wouldnt be giving a single star. She didnt hesitate to cash us out at the front, she thanked every customer as they were leaving and had a great sense of humor.

Lack of check out lanes,not one for self service lanes. I want a person to deal with. People need jobs with benefits and good pay!

Waited in line for 20 minutes to check out around 5pm?! This is the peak of customer flow as people are getting off work and hitting the store before home. You need to work on better scheduling and have MORE LANES OPEN for check out. How can you have 20 lanes and only have 4 open and the self checkout that always needs an attendant because it never works correctly! Would rate zero but the lady that checked me out was sweet and rank me out fast once I made it up there!

Visited at night. All the staff are great! Lynda at the scan and go was super! She told us all about her family and their service in the Corps. My roommate and I wore our blue USMC hats! Sparked a lot of conversation and camaraderie! Randy (looked like security) was cordial too! Met an Air Force Vietnam Vet there too! Said he was an MP in the service!

I shop at Great southern location often, I am happy to see more law enforcement lately. The employees are always nice and helpful at this location. I guess my only complaint lately would be the cable sales people in the aisle always asking you who your provider is. Please give them their own stores. Oops they also need more riding carts for the truly disabled, so yes thats two complaints . Sorry

Always our go to store for what we need. The pharmacy is our main one for our medicine and everyone there is so nice and helpful. I dont like that there is not enough registers open, I dont get paid to check myself out.

I love mossying around Walmart. It is my favorite thing to do, however this Walmart did NOT meet my standards, they did not have goetta. Disappointing, do better. 1 star

Every Walmart is different from clothing options to cleanliness to the type of customers which all sums up to the way employees act and this super center is one of my Go-To, I have only had good experiences at this Walmart it use to be opened 24 hours so I’d take a midnight shopping trip, just to avoid crowds and they always have great deals I typically don’t have to wait for a sale to come on

Not stocked real well. Produce areas could be a little cleaner and better stocked as well. Employees could be a little neater with appearance. Just saying.

This place is a complete waste of time. Half their shelves are empty, the store is in complete disarray and when you finally give up on finding half the stuff on your list you have to wait in line longer than spent shopping. Hire more people and get your store in shape and get peoe through check out faster.

It appears you must have a smartphone and an app to shop there. I was looking at a small refrigerator/freezer there but it had no price, anywhere, -on sign or on it. I understand that can happen as displays chang. So, I asked a worker and was told that she didnt know and couldnt find out. She said I needed to download an app and scan it myself, or load the refrigerator into a cart and stand in a check-out line to have it priced. I think Ill skip rude workers, and mysterious pricing in the future.

Its Wal-Mart, dont go in with high expectations, we all know this. The lines are always long, there are never enough registers open, some staff arent the best. I will only go early before 9 am or after 9 pm to avoid majority of the crowd. Yeah they are out of things when I go but so are most stores. My biggest complaint is their pick up app. This app has to be worst one around. It goes off my GPS which doesnt make sense if you send someone else to pick up. Never updates for me to put my spot in. Dont go in or pick up with high expectations.

Pretty well stocked inventory of products for the most part, although their camping section lacks a bit in diversity, would like to see them offer a more wide range of gear options catering to other outdoor activities, such as hiking and backpacking, possibly expand the brands they offer beyond the lower level, for the most part the brands they offer are a bit too low line on camping gear.But for the most part, its a good store and is within close proximity to many fine dining places and other good stores to shop at.

Terrible!!! Store was dirty, messy and so many empty shelves. This store has definitely gone down hill.

Somebody hit my car a couple of weeks ago and kept going. I was parked out so no one could hit me and they still hit my car in the back bumper and kept going. My information is even on my rear view window so the intended still did not inform me. I contacted the on-duty security officer and said they may have it on tape. I made a police report and I am waiting on the results.

The store was busy but moving around went well. The staff was doing a great job stocking. My biggest downfall with the store is not enough cashiers (only 2 open). The self scan were 12 deep. It is the 1st of the month.

Such nice people there. But needs more cashiers to move the people out of the place.

We went to find craft supplies for my 15 year old daughter to create her art. She found beautiful, soft yarn, stickers, a dotted journal, a couple of Fa quarters, markers for temporary tattoos, and. Ore.

The high riser, (where the backstock is kept) was had too much on it. Deodorant fell off and landed about a foot away from my son. Thank goodness it didnt land on him. :/

Huge store with nearly everything you could want or need at nice values.Store needs to make sure items are priced n shelved accurately. It is a pain trying to figure out which tag is the right one coz its rately in the right place.

This location is one of the cleaner columbus Walmarts. They always have shelves stocked and when you can find an associate they are knowledgeable about where things are. My two gripes are they dont seem to ever have anyone in electronics and their parking lot is a hassle to traverse.

Had an alignment done and couple lights replaced. To hey went over things with me and the work was completed in a timely manner. Very satisfying.

Holiday items were completely sold out two days before the holiday.There were only 3 registers open and all three lanes (and you-scan lanes) were stretched back completely THROUGH womens apparel! We were in line for over 35-40 minutes.

I believe it was called a cat Hunter rod and reel made by lews.. do not waste your money buying it. It was either 25 or $30 and has to be probably the worst reel ever made by them. Not only did I lose the fish because the trap bent on it, but it also would have been the biggest fish of the evening at approximately 25 lb so I also lost about $350. Thanks Lews for putting out such a s***** reel and thank you to Walmart for selling it. Smh

This would be for the Grove City. The store could be more stocked. Also, not many actual cashiers working service lines. I like human interaction. So, all in all not a bad location.

The line was pretty fast and the person serving me at the window was very very nice. He was patient with me while I counted my change LOL

On the tax free weekend, everyone was buying school supplies and clothes. This Walmart had 2 out of 8 lines open. No self checkouts were open either. The 2 lines that were open went all the back into ladies clothing.

Such a negative vibe here. So cluttery and dank feeling. Cashier was clearly angry when I didnt want to buy a couple things in my cart. Could there be less help in the departments? Not a happy place to be.

I was going to buy my grandson a bike, the person who took it down from the rack told me it was 88.00 and the cashier rang it up at 149.00, so I argued that they should honor the price I was told because they scanned it before they took it off the rack and the lady at customer service was rude like I was trying to RIP them off. Screw Walmart I will go elsewhere from here on out.

Cant find anyone to help or cut fabric nobody is ever in the crafts you have to wait and sometimes they dont show up at all I can usually find them on their phones God forbid if you interupt them and ask for help

People at Walmart is very helpful great place to come when you need the stuff that you cant find.

This place is scary and ruined, I avoid shopping at any Walmart period. All of th Walmart in Columbus Ohio or anywhere else. Walmart has many items and the quality of their products has improved. But their customers service is the worst of any stores. I feel so unsafe and I feel so unappreciated as a customer. It better to go to Sam Club, but now Sam Club is lacking cleanliness and customers service is none. The employees are forced to work with destitute situations that Walmart corporations systems put in place. All about profits, not caring about their employees, customers service, safety or the quality of how their associates treats their customers. I put Walmart as the worst business in this country.

It was terrible they had one checkout that was operated by employee which the line was backed up on. Then all of the self checkouts the lines were backed up on the wait to get checked out was approximately 15 to 20 minutes before u could get to any register at all. Wouldnt recommend going to the Grove city super Walmart until they get employees to run registers. Thats funny when I worked for Walmart we werent allowed to have any lines like that but now I guess it is ok I would guess. Well not with me I left the buggy in the middle of the line and left.

Didnt have a great selection of particular items i needed, customer service in the aisles arent too ambitious on helping get what you need, and Id definitely recommend self- checkout for any/everyone.

Standard walmart, you will be ignored by employees and shelves half stocked at peak times.

Pick up employees are lazy on multiple occasions. We do not live near our parents and walmart employees are constantly failing to fullfill their pick up orders. Today they did not have a shower head available. So we sent inside and there was 6 of them. #lazy

Many people shop here so the parking is a circle and view or park and walk then there is the entrance it has been sectioned off to let to know the enter and exit sides inside the doorway there are shopping carts for you even inside the store there are motion gates that you walk through then you start your shopping throughout the store with its many varieties in different departments from home, camping, fishing, tv stereos, computers, bedding,sewing, clothes, foods, jewelry and so much more. Enjoy your trip.

Its a Walmart always fun to go never know what your going see. Prices are ok you gotta watch sometimes you can do better at other stores and get name brand. Never cared for there meat dept. Or there brand of food.

I must say if I have to go to walmart..this would be the one. I dont care for walmart and try to avoid that place if i can.

The 2 assistant managers John and I believe David or Steve (probably got the second name wrong but he was equally as important to my visit.). These gentlemen were awesome! Very courteous and professional. Willing to help and go the extra mile. They helped me with a getting a grill loaded in my cart, I was ready to help lift but instead they insisted I let them move it. John offered to go out and help me put it in my truck but I politely declined the offer because I had to prove my manhood... I’ll tell ya, they made it look easy. Felt like 200 lbs. Still got it though! 💪Great experience! Good people! Highly recommend! 👍
