For being a thrift store the prices definitely dont reflect that. I was able to find 2 decent shirts for a few bucks each but a lot of the items are way overpriced for what they are. Some of the stuff is selling for more than what it costs brand new. Seems like a lot of these thrift stores are just gouging prices now.

Thrifting is always a good time. This store is always orderly, items well priced, and worth a trip. Just didnt find anything this trip. But when I go again, this store will be on the list for sure.

Prices are fair and place is organized and pretty big so they have almost everything clothes for any age and all size, staff are very friendly definitely I will be back. I so enjoyed the bed sheets and curtain section I got lucky I guess I got the colors and design print I like, also the dress section they have lots of well known brands.

We found a dresser that we wanted, and told the sales lady we would go ahead and pay for it, if she could hold it long enough for us to run to the house and get the truck. She put our name and everything on the dresser and put sold. We was gone maybe 45 minutes and when we got back the dresser was gone. They let someone else buy it and take it. Not only was the dresser gone but we wasted our time and gas for nothing. I will not shop there again.

This place is a hit or miss as most thrift stores are. I never know what they might have on any particular visit. Their pricing seems to be all over the map and consistency is lacking in that regard. My advice is to check the price and make sure it is a good deal...

Fairly decent thrift store. Except the room where they keep the childrens toys. It looks more like a throw for all. I understand children probably go in there & play but my every visit there. It has always looked that way

If you are wondering why the store is not getting anything good in a manager informed me that they are shipping stuff out for online auctions that means video games. Doing the Goodwill thing that is why I never shop goodwill anymore because the brick and mortar stores just have garbage now. Also price in the store are getting expensive might as well shop online for the same price for new goods.

The last time I visited this store before today, I listened to an old woman employee berate a mother for her toddlers being loud, and go out of her way to make their day harder. Today, I was argued with by ANOTHER old woman employee, because I wanted to use my debit card, as I have EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. that I have shopped here, and she didnt want to let me without seeing my ID, which i didnt bring in, because I wasnt planning on purchasing anything that requires an ID. She loudly told me that I wouldnt be able to make my purchase because of it. I made the purchase anyway, because I needed the work pants for my husband, but I will not be returning to this store again. Whoever is in charge should be absolutely ashamed and disgusted at how their employees act towards customers.

The Walmart of thirt stores. I cant imagine leaving empty handed. So much selection and organized very well.

Fairly large store with abundance of closing items. Everything is well organized. The store is clean. That also take donations. The staff is friendly. There were enough cashiers, so wait to check out was less than five minutes. Discounts are available based on the colors of tags. When I was there they had 25%, 50% and 85% discounts. I had a good experience.

Cluttered but not busy. No masks begging worn by customers, only some employees.

Great thrift store! Lots of great stuff. My favorite. Today being the last Weds of the month which meant everything half off! Cant beat that.

This place is nice pretty well maintained if are looking for a great deal on some used stuff. I cant say this is the best place Ive been. They can be a bit pricey compared to some of the competitors. The nicer items are through the roof expensive and some come comparable to retail. For this reason I picked up nothing. Most of the name brand shoes where where horrible condition. Seen considerably nicer shoes but they where 20-70$. Used bose speaker system from 2010 era for 400$. Just to name a few items i seen. This place isnt for me but if you go I hope you find a few gems at a good price.

Prices are extremely high for donated and used inventory. No air conditioning. Employees are not friendly. The bathrooms are nasty.

Its a clean place. Location is good. Staff isnt very attentive and I felt I was bothering the one I was talking to. It took a good 3 to 4 minutes for someone to come out of the back to wait on customers. This was at 6:30 or so in the a m so they may have been short staffed.

OMG. It was so awsome. The people were very friendly and the stuff was so great. The only thing I noticed was when I was checking out, there was a squirrel hiding out in the bathroom. He was not so friendly. He came running out with his nuts in his hand. Screaming where am I.

I usually shop once a week. Definitely on the last Tuesday of the month when everything is half off. I purchased items that were discounted. The cashier missed one that I knew fir sure. It was regularly priced $3.99 but was 75% off. That was the item I noticed immediately after looking at my receipt because it was on top. I normally watch as the cashiers rings up my order, but I was hanging the hangers on the rack from my clothing. I took my recept back and informed her that she didnt take my discount off my pants. She called someone over and I explained she didnt take off my discount. There were no calculations done at all. She opened the register and gave me $2.00. There was no documentation, nothing typed in the register, or anything. Once I got in my car I realized that the discount was more than $2.00. Instead of going back in, I drove off. When I got home I had 2 additional items that should have been 75% off and 3 that should have been 50%. I will never not pay attention again. I was cheated once by my items not being discounted. Then again when I was given the wrong amount for what was supposed to be my discount. Pay attention when you are checking out.

Just another thrift store that doesnt know what the word thrift means.Go elsewhere to save money.

A little crowded today, but for a pretty Sunday I kind of expected it might be. I feel all the thrift stores could be a bit cheaper than they are but this location is very fair compared to locations in central ohio.

If they would take the ink tags off would be so nice. I bought an Vera Bradley purse this morning and just took it out of washer and saw an ink tag inside it, now what. I live far from them. Just went through the filthy trash to find proof that I did buy it!!! But I live 70 miles away. So I guess I will stick it away until next Dr. appoint.

Overall the store is awesome...good prices and selection..must have new management and I asked her a question and she was rude...another staff member said she was a manager...Get over yourself honey..you are not better than anyone else...I will be going to another thrift store..This is Grove City...not Beverly Hills!!!....SMH

Its easy enough to donate here. You drive up to the side door and knock. Most often somebody answers in a short time. They are easy to work with, and I usually donate here when I have household goods. They also provide a receipt without being grumpy about it.

Great place with lots of random stuff in respectable condition and at great prices. It has a super easy drop off on the side of the building for donations, however Im not sure where to drop things off if your wanting a receipt for tax purposes. Though Im sure if I asked the staff, theyd be more than willing to answer.

Love this place, and the employees are so nice.

Cashier didnt seem to want to work. Kept 1 hand in her pocket while using the other hand to ring up stuff slowly while yawning, coughing and wiping her mouth then touching everything. Took forever to ring out and disappointing when things on the racks are not marked then we cant purchase them after taking the time to find and try the stuff on. Should be a manager or something that can come up with a price.

Great dressing rooms. Employees very friendly. Selection was pretty good. Clothes clean and most items in excellent condition. Only drawback was some prices were higher than other stores with like products.

I give the store a very low score 1 when you buy merchandise everything is written on the furniture everything is overpriced somebody dont know how to price used merchandise

They have a great selection of things but their prices have went up tremendously. Their clothes are fairly priced. Everything else is just crazy expensive. I use to shop here, almost every day and haven’t been in a while. JUST stopped in and this stuff is used, right? There were a lot of people walking out without things, those that did had items, had clothes. Greedy IMO

Had the pleasure meeting a super nice young man Jonathan today at the register. Such a kind, positive attitude. He was called up to the register from unloading had sweat pouring down his face BUT had a smile greeted each person nicely. Jonathan is a great asset to VOA and I hope to continue seeing him.

This is a great thrift shop! The selection of clothes is excellent and the clothes are in great shape, some of the clothes still have the tags from the original purchase. They have home furnishings along with jewelry and fashion accessories. Please check out this store! I love to shop there.

I drive about 50 minutes to get to this store. Its worth the trip. The staff is helpful and friendly, the store is well-organized, the restrooms are clean and maintained.

Best option for a thrift store on this side of town. Shame people pilfer the games and DVDs. They should really keep them by the front like they used to.

If you like electronics or building robots its a great place to get spare and junk parts

The wife and I visit this store several times a month. They have the best selection of items that you could ask for.While we love the store and support it whole heartedly, we have noticed a disturbing increase in prices over the past year or so. I would hate to see this trend negatively affect their appeal.

This is hands down the best thrift store in the Columbus area. Huge selection of good quality clothing and the lowest prices of all the thrift stores. Housewares and electronics are good quality, clean, and low priced. The store is large, clean, and pleasant to shop. I have yet to see stained, torn, burnt, dirty items like you see at the other popular thrifts.

They have good prices for sure. Wish theyd separate by size, even if rough guess, as having back pain limits my time. Some workers are mean and obviously dont want you in their way. Others are genuinely kind and courteous. Needs a new bathroom. Can be dirty sometimes still, great bargains if you have time to shop.

I was very pleased with my visit to this store. They have very good products. The stories clean and the eyes are wide and organized very well and the people that work there were very helpful and polite.

The guy with the facial hair and glasses outside where you drop off donations clearly hates his job. He’s rude and you can visually see disgust on his face. I’ve been here 3 times this week and every time I was here, his terrible attitude was the same. I’ll be making the drive to Goodwill in Hilliard again, even though it’s out of my way.

This is a wonderful location to indulge in TRUE bargain shopping, thrift style! Always many wonderful buys: One can find hidden gems in the book sections as well as among the housewares or the shoes!

Best location in the metro area, last Tues of month all items r half off, very busy & crowded, bring ur own cart if u can. This place is so dirty, I feel like I have lice. They had used makeup and other cosmetics. I dont think I found one complete housewares appliance. It reminded me of that room in your house where you have all your junk that should be in the dumpster.

Not what it once was. I could always find useful, good condition items. Now it is harder to find things that are decent. And some of the prices are ridiculous!

Whats up with all the white censor big plastic tags they are putting on just about everything even 2 dollars jeans. The place is way over priced and the bleached blonde, short clerk flirts with just about every man she waits on and she wears very low cut tops and tons of make up, overly tanned with wrinkles . The old grey haired woman in there is always very rude and unfriendly.

Impressed by how organized this thiftstore is. They also have 3 different tag colors on sale each day with varying % off.

I love looking around for a good bargain here but it seems some of the prices are a little higher than should be for a thrift store. They have awesone childrens clothes and things are organized well.

Of the three thrift shops in Grove City, the VOA shop always seems to have the best selection of kids and adult clothes. Highly recommend.
