The guy who attended me had a notable lack of knowledge about car audio installation, I had to go to another place to get the steering wheel controller to work, i dont think they even tried, they just told me it was incompatible, however in another place they got it to work in less than 15 minutes. Very unsatisfied with the job they made to my car.These people try to get out the most jobs possible in the less time possible Im very sure that if they would have read the steering wheel interface adapter instructions they would have figured it out because it had the adapter working with another aftermarket radio, i just went to this place to change the radio for a newer model, i really DO NOT recommend this place they just dont give their customers the attention they deserve.Not to talk about the arrogance oh the manager, he thinks people are stupid, i am myself a software engineer, but I didnt even mention that to him, so he can keep up losing customers with his arrogance.

Great technician, had great knowledge on car audio and was able to provide valuable suggestions on my problems. Not so great manager, a bit dry and arrogant.The speakers and woofers they have are way overpriced, but service was reliable.A good place to get wiring, fuses, boxes, etc.

Hi Edwin,In March 2018 I had JL / Rockford speakers installed and Skar / JL plant in a Mustang.Two months ago my 6 passenger horn started to fail. With each speed bump it disconnected and came back and connected.Instead of disturbing them, I fixed it myself.What I saw inside is not a professional job.Punctured wire with the horn, broken made on the aluminum edge (which were not primed or painted), and mold all over the door and on the horn magnet.They didnt do the wiring how it should be with the factory DIN unit and they took the monster cables I brought them and used 12ga from PepBoys$ 450 in installation

The guy who attends the counter is a pork license, the technical guys are very attentive and friendly. On the other hand, the sticker and labeling kiosk is also very friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service.A man arrived, he answered me and I told him that I was looking for a remote cable and the amount between my order came in a call which took about 11 minutes after that he gave me the cable, I arrived at the box and the owner attended to a customer before It ends with the client, he passes me by the front to take a call and leaves me waiting at the level that I leave what I was going to buy and I left, I do not recommend them
