Had an excellent experience at the Mattress Firm in Guilford. The store was very clean and asked shoppers to wear masks (which I was thankful for). John was my sales associate. He was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door while maintaining social distance protocols. He was helpful but not pushy which I was happy about. I went to the guilford mattress firm location to test out a mattress I was looking at on the website and melesa (sorry if the name is spelled wrong) was absolutely amazing! She helped me test out the mattresses that were best for my problem areas and she stayed within my price range!

Buying a bed was a breeze. We just moved here from out of state and my mom was sleeping on an air mattress. We stopped by the store and Kim was so helpful. We picked out a perfect mattress for her and had it delivered the following week.

We worked remotely with Ken Clark, who collaborated with our local store in Brattleboro, VT. He knows his stuff! And he and the sales rep in Brattleboro worked so well to make sure we got what we needed. The deal he arranged just couldn’t be beat. And he made sure all details were taken care of including how our delivery experience went. Found out he is called “Superman” for the way he goes above and beyond for his customers. From the experience my partner and I had, I would say it is a title well earned.

We went into this store looking to buy three mattresses - one for us, and one for each of our kids. We were helped by Carolyn, who quickly greeted us, and asked us for our preference of firmness. She showed us to several mattresses in varying price ranges, and without ANY pressure allowed us to test them in our sleeping patterns. She also showed us to some mattresses for our kids (which were priced appropriately). It was a simple, pressure-free purchase. We would strongly recommend this store, and if you go in, ask for Carolyn - you wont be disappointed!

Great experience at Mattress Firm, Guilford with Carolyn. She was knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. I found exactly what I needed to replace a very old mattress and solve my sore hip problem. She gave me a great deal on the new sheets I needed as new mattresses often require deep fit sheets that are very expensive. Very misleading ordered a discontinued mattress never mentioned it was a floor model after we waited two weeks for it to arrive. Also recommended we look around somewhere else. Not interested in a sale.
