Butch Oustalet Ford Gulfport sold a car to me that is SERIOUSLY recalled. The 2017 Ford Focus has a defect that will cause the engine to shut off with no warning ⚠️. I shutter to think about what could happen if youre traveling on the interstate. A used car that is recalled, CAN be sold without telling the customer about the recall. The 2017 Ford focus was recalled in 2019 and Butch Oustalet in Gulfport sold the car to me April 2020. Theyre no obligation to tell the customer about the recall, but any decent human being would let the customer know about a defect that could cost someone their life. Im so sad to think Butch Oustalet would do this to any human being. Im just starting my journey to have this resolved, but through tears and fears I will let people know about this always. How scary is this?

TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! Save your money!!!!I walked into this dealership with $14,000.00 cash to purchase a vehicle they had listed for $13,400.00. I was ready to purchase this vehicle until they realized they mis priced it. Not only did they price it wrong once but they priced it wrong twice. From original asking price to fixing their mistake they went up $8377.00. They were not even willing to meet me half way or work with me on price at all, they were very rude So I took my money and left and they had the audacity to email me asking if I was still interested. No thank you. My attorney will be contacting them

We settled on the price over the phone in only a few minutes. Car was ready for a test drive when we got there and the paperwork was all ready to go. Outside of our test drive we were there for about 30 minutes and on our way home. Would definitely buy from here, and from Ronnie, again.

Super disappointed with the customer service. I was looking to purchase a vehicle with them and was promised a call back on two different occasions and never received a call. You would think if they wanted to make the sale they would follow up as necessary. Very glad I didn’t not make a purchase with them.

I made an appointment for 1pm but arrived at 12 noon. They were very welcoming and took my truck right away to get new airbags installed even though I was 1 hour early. The service waiting area was clean and the staff was very friendly. They were finished with in the time frame that they specified. This was the first time getting repairs done that it was enjoyable. I will be recommending them to all the Mazda owners that I know. Thank you very much!!!!

Ronnie was fantastic in getting our jeep traded out for a tundra. Took a while to get everything done, but no longer than expected. Roy in finance took his time and made sure we understood everything, greatly appreciated. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Incredible dealer. Bought my 2018 CX-5 there. Got a good deal, have had all my service done there, so far.. which is unlike me, but Mazda always sends me a coupon, its easy to make an appointment and they have loaners if youre going to be there awhile. Cant get synthetic blend change and rotation anywhere else cheaper than what they charge, either. Got my carplay upgrade also, and it was $200 cheaper than the mazda dealership in nola. Josh in the service department is fantastic - yall keep him around please!

My daughters 2005 Mazda Tribute check engine light was flashing. Mr. Yennie had it towed in for us quickly and diagnosed the issue. He found that a coil had gone bad. Mr. John repaired it and had it back running smoothly again. I have utilized their services several times and Im very pleased with their work.

No pushy salesman, very welcoming and willing to work with the buyer to achieve their financial needs.My wife and I drove on the lot as a curious buyer and ended up driving off with 2 vehicles.From the floor salesman to financing everyone was pleasant, professional and entertaining.Yes, purchasing a vehicle can be a lengthy process and sometimes leave the buyer confused as to all the additional costs and warranties, but these guys broke it down and explained it very well so you dont feel hoodwinked.. and honestly the time flew by.Will recommend and definitely will be a returning customer.

I dont think I would even give yall a one star if there was a lower option. Yall assured me there was nothing wrong with the car I was purchasing. Now its a week after I bought my car, & we find out that we have to spend around $1300 for the A/C. I was assured that yall wouldnt sell a car if there was anything wrong with it. I have a 4 month old that I drive around. How do you think he feels when hes burning up in a car without A/C in our Mississippi weather? Never again will I buy a car from your cocky salesmen!

If all of your personnel are as congenial and capable as the two gentleman with which we dealt, you are very fortunate. If we purchase another Mazda, your dealership will be our first choice.

Brought my Mazda 6 here with a vibration at 70mph. I told them my transmission pan and valve cover gaskets were leaking and that I believe the passenger side cv axle assembly was faulty. They replace the axle and fix the other 2 issues. They then contacted my fiance and told her the rotors were warped causing the vibration(brand new rotors less than 50 miles on them) so she was had them turn the rotors (150.00) problem still not fixed. I get the car back and it vibrates from 35mph-85mph worse than it did when I brought it there. They refuse to fix the initial problem and only made it worse. They said its the road. I took it to dean mccreary for a second opinion( what Mazda corporate recommended) and they had a technician ride with me and he could immediately see an issue. Said it was in the steering itself (safety issue) I take it back to butch oustalet Mazda and they refuse to work on it or fix their mistake. I was a previous employee there, have bought 6 cars there, my fiance bought 1 car there but kept up with the maintenance through them religiously. Im refused service of my car because of a personal issue with the manager and me from my previous employment and with both me and my fiances names being on the title they wont touch it. Discrimination. If you want your car fixed and done right go to dean mccreary in mobile or any other Mazda dealer for that matter. The sales team here is great. The service side not so great. I reccomend buying a car here, just dont get it serviced here.
